This location is definitely super difficult to find. I went to the wrong location at the beginning and was told that there are 3 Holy Grill locations. OMG. It took a lot of effort to finally able to grab my food. What was worse was that it was cold outside as well. I had no choice but to walk outside. They are hidden behind the elevator above Tim Hortons and in the corner. This location is on Ritual and I placed an order through Ritual. I got the Ranch burger. I found the Prime Rib meat a bit tasteless and also the texture was very weird. It looked like it was either steamed or there were too many filler. I did like the bacon in the burger. The burger itself was huge and super filling. Their chips that came with the burger were awesome. It was super delicious. The burger itself wasn't greesy and oily. For the price it was definitely wow. For the taste, it wasn't wow to me. Maybe I have different taste buds than most people. I did like the decor and layout of this restaurant.

Counter service restaurant with ample seating. Quite busy for a Wednesday morning so obviously a popular spot. We got there a little too late for breakfast but they did have an all day breakfast sandwich, so we went with that. Oh my, it was everything you could want and then some. Fried egg, three full strips of bacon, avocado, spinach and tomato, and pickled eggplant, which added an intriguing tart note. It came with some kettle chips that tasted house made. For under $10, it was filling and delicious. Coffee was self serve and all condiments were available for the food.

FOOD: Good quality breakfast and great portion. I tried the Pacific Benedict with Smoked Salmon and my husband tried the Wakey Wakey breakfast with smash browns. Their hash browns (or they call it, Smash browns) were so crispy that I'm still thinking about them today. ENVIRONMENT: It took us roughly 15 minutes walking in circle on the street to find this restaurant. Until we got help from a security guy inside an office building, we then realized the restaurant was actually on the 2nd floor. As a tourist, I thought this was a true hidden gem. So hidden, we almost missed it. The space is open and modern. Lots of windows and seats. SERVICE: Friendly. You order at the front counter and grab your own seat. Once the food is ready, they will buzz you to pick it up. It was a bit quiet when we were there so the staff brought our food to our table.

This shop is hidden at level 2 so it is a little bit difficult to find out . We went in from back door and the staff was very friendly to welcome us and let us know the procedure, it is really good service which I always wanted. We order salad , soup , burger and Californian , all taste good , all in all , good place to have a meal .

Beet salad lunch w sprouts, avocado, artichoke hearts, strawberries, pickled goodness and the freshest greens. Poppy seed dressing was clearly homemade and perfect for lunch. Located upstairs one flight above the lobby and would definitively be back.

I was excited to see Holy Grill open up near my work. I met up with some fellow downtown workers for lunch today and was a bit disappointed in the food quality. I remember eating at the first location a couple of years ago and at the time, Holy Grill was delicious. Today, we ordered three different types of sandwiches/burgers. Here's the short of it - the inside of each sandwich was over cooked and the buns, rock hard. The long of it, for those of you who desire details, is as follows. The meat in the "gourmet burger" was rock hard and not fresh tasting. The patty in the veggie burger was lack lustre. The avocado breakfast sandwich filling was the best among the three. The crispy bacon was a bit exciting. The worst part, common to all three orders, was that our kaiser buns were hard and very cold - like straight out of the fridge cold. I prefer my buns toasted so imagine my dismay! In any case, I have faith. I will give this place another try because I want it to work out. As usual, the staff they've employed are pretty awesome. The interior is completely new and pleasant. Lots of San Pellegrino fizzy drink options.

A very cute and clean place on the second floor; you can take either the elevator or stairs in the back. We had a quick early lunch here and enjoyed the atmosphere and the food both. Had been recced the New Californian by a friend and it lived up. Who allowed this orgiastic explosion of flavorful vegetables in my mouth? Filling and so good. The beet chips are also crispy and slightly sweet and amazing with the house dip.

A breakfast sandwich beyond all others.

Excellent customer service and the food is absolutely amazing! A bit out of the way tucked behind a stairwell in the +15 it's well worth the adventure to find.

Very good burger! Fat patty. Loved the brunch burger with a sunny side up burger and big portion of fried.

One of my favourite breakfast places downtown, the food is delicious and the prices are reasonable, which is tough to say for most downtown restaurants. Great spot to meet someone before work, fast and tasty. I had the Sausage Nicmuffin, which was a great breakfast sandwich. For those with a huge appetite, you'll likely want two sandwiches, which is still very affordable, one was enough for me.

If you show up after 9am, be prepared to wait a bit or make reservations in advance on Toast to be safe. I tried their newer item, birria de res eggs benedict, which is served on cheese bannock, an indigenous Canadian bread, and opted to sub potatoes/salad for garlic fried rice for 3 CAD surcharge, which is well worth it. The beef was tender and the eggs are perfectly runny and the cheese bannock added heartiness and a more unique texture compared to English muffin. It is a combo of Mexican, indigenous Canadian, and Filipino influences all in 1 dish! To pair with the food, I had a pineapple mimosa which was of good portion. Originally, the dish had hair so I caught it and flagged the issue, so they immediately remade the whole dish for me, apologized, and comped my mimosa so despite losing 10 min of my time, I am okay with this remedy, so I rate this experience for the food and service outside of this incident. This is one of the more innovative and delicious brunch spots I have tried, so it is no surprise this place is fairly hyped up

It came with thick cut smoked salmon on top of sushi seasoned rice with poached eggs, seaweed, and spinach on the side. The seaweed pieces tasted old and were hard to chew. The seasoned rice had too much vinegar in it. The poached egg and salmon tasted fine. It also came with miso soup but it tasted strange, not sure why there was oil in it... miso soup usually does not contain oil. My fiance got the Breakfast in Manila and thought it was alright as well. The rice was too salty and the sausage tasted like low quality meat. It seemed like they were short on waitresses and it took a while for them to take our order and for us to get the check. This place is also a plant store and it felt cozy. Overall had a decent experience.

The Seol-wich was really tasty and a good size. My bro said he enjoyed his meal. Our server Rachel was friendly and attentive. All staff were great. By the time it arrived, everything was stone cold. The cheese was literally hard from melting and then going cold, the potatoes were undercooked and raw, and the entire meal was completely inedible. Spending $35 on food that went straight in the garbage is beyond frustrating, it's infuriating. And the $5 "seasonal fruit bowl" looked like someone's picked-over leftovers. A couple random pieces tossed in a container and sent out like that's acceptable? It's honestly disgusting and shows a complete lack of quality control. At this point, I would've been better off ordering McDonald's for a third of the price, because at least it would've shown up hot and edible. This is careless, overpriced, and completely unacceptable. 1STAR. Complete fail.
