These people are total con artists, I had an incident where I accidentally ran over something and damaged the engine cover underneath my car. They lied and try to get me to have my car Fixed through them, they said I had all this damage underneath my car and that there were oils leaking. Plus they told me to go through my Insurance and I wouldn't have to pay a deductible, I don't know how they would do that but it would make my insurance go up. The owner said it wasn't drivable and tried to get me a Uber home before I could even think, I got my car out of there and took to a buddy I know who said nothing was wrong with my car just that the engine cover needed replacing and he was glad I didnt have them take my car. Whatever you do don't go to these con-artist guys they WILL lie to you. read more

My car was rear-ended and my friend recommended Pazi. Their tow truck arrived within 10 minutes of calling them (yes, I timed it). I suspected my car would be a Total Loss. Pazi worked to make sure the repair estimate was comprehensive. They even pulled apart the car to be certain they found all the damage. The other guy's insurance company kept trying to substitute cheaper/used parts to drive down the cost and avoid the Total Loss. Pazi helped me justify the need for high-quality replacement parts. The thing that impressed me the most is that Pazi could easily have acted more in their own interest, but they didn't. They could have lowballed the estimate to convince me the car should be repaired. I would have had no way of knowing and they would've gotten the repair business. I had had a lot of work done to my car from accidents and from unfortunate dings Every Autobody shop I have been to is very bad with communication and will overcharge for parts and even skimp on quality. This is not the experience at Pazi Performance Autobody. My AAA guy, towing my car actually recommended this place since it was close and well, it was 8:30 at night... He knew the son, David, from the Pazi Performance family. David just happened to be there late, opened up the gate and let him drop my car off. Then David asked if I needed a ride. From the get-go I was treated like family. The next day, Ara called me to let me know it could take some time depending on how fast the insurance company sent out the appraiser. I've had to visit their shop twice this year- the first time when somebody decided to back their truck up over my hood, and the second because I messed up my front bumper. They informed me that I need new tires and that it would cost 225$ a pop which would equal out to over a grand after labor costs. I went to Ara for a second opinion. He was appalled by their prices and fixed everything for me for under 300$. He even polished my lights for me for FREE! I took my car there to have a carbon kevlar wide body kit installed. They said they would have it done as soon as they could. I checked back periodically and was always told they are still working on it. After 6 months had gone by I dropped in with a few friends to see the car and see the progress but was told it was at a different location and was not allowed to see the car. I was told that the car would be towed over to the shop next week and I'll finally be able to see the progress. So I arrived the next week only to see the car still halfway completed and one of the workers of the shop told me they had been working on the car all of last week. This leads me to believe that the car had sat for 6 months and they didn't start on it until I showed up. The car was completed about 3 weeks later only to have huge panel gaps and they lost the inserts on my front bumper as well as a headlight bracket. When I had questioned them on this they said I never brought it in and to show photo proof. Long story short I shouldn't spend $20,000 on a wide body kit and have it installed in this manner. You couldn't pay me to take my car back to the shop. So unfortunate. read more

After hearing horror stories about shops that keep your car for longer than the agreed upon time, are unresponsive to requests for updates on progress, don't take the time to repair you car to pre-accident condition, I was quite cautious when picking a body shop for repairs after my first accident. Pazi performance was recommended by a neighbor and the shop was a breath of fresh air. It's an Armenian family run business with a good work ethic. The head mechanic / owner Ara (sp?) is very straight forward about what needs to be done to repair your vehicle, how long the process should take after they receive payment from the insurance company (if there's one involved), and the fact that he doesn't do mickey mouse work. You will get the best job that he can offer. He stood by his word. I received my '09 VW rabbit back in such a condition that I couldn't tell it had been in an accident. They used factory parts (OEM; other equipment manufacturer) from dealerships in the greater Los Angeles area. I know that they have contacts with Audi and Volkswagon dealerships, but they may also have other links. After my vehicle was repaired and returned to me, I went into the Volkswagon dealership to have the car looked over as part of my care free maintenance package, and everything was up to spec, and brand new. The owner is trustworthy when it comes to his business, and he knows it well. I endorse this body shop. read more

I came across Pazi Performance I guess by fate - kept seeing some nice high-end cars with Pazi license plate frames and decided to check them out when shopping around for a place to make some fairly minor visual mods to my BMW 535i. The moment I walked into a shop there was a different "vibe" compared to most bodyshops (and I've been to quite a few). Pazi is a very busy collision repair and customization place yet they find a way to treat every customer as a family member. David was very patient with all my questions and made sure I left the shop feeling comfy with my decision to entrust my car to Pazi. Disappointed from my last review. I really thought they did a great job on my car when i picked it up, even if i was supposed to pick it up 2 weeks rather than a month. Not more than a couple months after, my top coat of my front and back bumpers are all cracked (which ive never seen before, only on nail polish) my passenger blinker doesn't stay on when my car locks or is running, i paid for my window seals to be fixed so when the car has rain and i put my window down, it wipes it, it has been replaced from being brittle, now it doesnt wipe any water away. I'm just so sad that all this happened when i put my trust in them to fix my damages back to new. I really was happy when i got my car back and then to see that it was just temporary, sucks. read more

If you don't want your car driven instead of being repaired, do me a favor and never come here! The people who work at Pazi are very rude, dishonest, and lack customer service; something a business should be skilled at. I needed my door replaced and once they told me they were almost finished replacing my door, it took them 5 months to finish my car. I wasn't happy with what they've done because there was a piece of hard glue stuck on my window buttons and it wouldn't come of. Also, when my car was there, I can be sure that they took my car to Starbucks. One, there was a cup of coffee spilled in my car. I can assure you it wasn't me because I don't drink coffee. The cup of coffee was half empty/full on the passenger side with the coffee still on my weather mat. Two, there was 2 cups of Starbucks coffee on my car's cupholder. Can you explain why there is coffee in my car when I don't even drink coffee? That is unacceptable and I will never be returning here. I will tell my friends and family to not come here either even if this is the last place in the world. I highly do NOT recommend this to anyone. Do me a favor and do not go here! read more

I love this auto shop! It's family oriented and friendly! They take good care of my car right away when I need the oil changed. Also, they fixed a flat I got a while back right away. They fixed my flat that got punctured and I was able to drive it long distance with no issues since then. I took my car to them with no hesitation because of a car accident. My insurance carrier lagged on an adjustment review and Pazi called them repeatedly so it could be taken care of. At that point it had already been a month and past my time to cover for a rental car.
