Best body shop experience considering the circumstances. I got rear ended and Henry from United Auto helped me from towing my car to the shop, to getting my car fixed quickly! He spoke to my insurance and made sure the damages were paid for. Great customer service, Thank you guys! read more

I logged into Yelp to personally leave this review for the outstanding service that was provided to me by Henry. My car was involved in a minor fender bender and Henry made sure to go the extra mile to get the insurance company to pay to properly repair my vehicle. He argued to use all original and new parts, and wouldn't budge on quality. I would highly recommend him to all friends and family! read more

I would give United Auto Collision 10 stars if I could. Henry is the absolute BEST in the industry. He walked me through the whole process from start to finish and any questions you may have while your car is in the shop will receive a response within minutes. I was referred to this place through a mechanic friend. This place did an amazing job, I was so surprised to see the results. I had dents & scratches on my vehicle. He said he would fix it & re-paint it. It's like I just got it from the dealer. Superp work. Also, you may think my profile is not legit... it is. I was shocked from how much of a damn good job this guy did, had to leave a review. Thank you united! read more

He constantly updated me on the status of my repairs, he was there to answer the phone whenever I called to answer any questions that I had, and my car looked better than it did before the accident. I had a pleasant experience with United Auto Shop. The car was towed to the shop. Sal was very courteous and professional, he answered all my questions and kept me updated on the work with texts and photos. My wife's Nissan was returned like new, and as and added bonus was detailed, at no extra cost! They've done it every time we use their services. Sal treats it's customers like family. I highly recommend United Auto Shop. Excellent service, professional and courteous. read more

This place sucks ass would not use them if they were the last show on Earth.. Henry the owner is a place or shit.. I got my car fixed there January of last year my paint started chipping and they would not repair it read more

Came to this shop due to a vandalism on my truck. A guy named Sal got with me and told me to leave my truck. This guy Sal called me back at work and told me that there were more damages on the truck than what I have seen and told me to tell the insurance, he said don't worry the insurance will take care of the damages. Picked up my truck and can still see the scratch on the hood, he said that he will take care of it but I was already upset and it seems that they just touched up the scratch instead of the full sanding and repaint as what is on the quote. I picked up the truck next day which was unusually fast repair. Then after a 2 months the freakin scratch showed up again. Stay tuned on what this Sal will tell me after I bring it tomorrow. Spoke to the owner and he is more reliable. read more

SHORT VERSION: Great customer service. Extremely nice workers and owner. Quick turn around. I will be referring all my friends to this place for any type of work! Hopefully I won't need their services again, but if there are any car issues, I will be going back without a doubt. LONG VERSION: I have been driving around with a side view mirror that has been taped to my car bc I have been too broke to get it fixed. I got a quote at some other places and they were telling me that because my car was too new, I'd have to order the original - which of course means WAY more money. My car is a 2009, I don't think it's THAT new...but then again, I do not work in the industry so really, what do I know? I actually live in the neighborhood near this shop, and since they do body work, didn't even bother asking if they fix little things like a side view mirror. Big mistake! I should have stopped by the day it happened. I spoke with Sal and he was SO nice. Told me that it's such a simple job, he'd only charge me for the part, no labor. After looking at it more thoroughly, he noticed, why order an aftermarket part (which I was told by the other mechanic they do not exist) when I have the original, and all that needed to be replaced were the nuts and bolts to keep it on. It took them maybe 30 minutes tops to fix it. He, his team and even the owner were nice enough to talk to me about it and find ways of saving me money. It's hard to find trustworthy people to work on your car. I have no doubt that these guys are there to provide the best service to their customers rather than making a quick buck. I really appreciate the work and their help in saving me some money. I will be buying the guys some breakfast on Monday! read more

I was recently involved in a pretty bad accident and Henry did an amazing job on repairing my auto (in a short time too) he was so professional and answered any questions I had promptly. So I was involved a car accident and almost totaled my car thankfully nothing happened to us and since I had a big car the damage was also scary lol. However I was completely lost on how I was planning on fixing my car and the cost and most importantly how long it would take considering I need my car to work. I found these guys online and literally gave them a call and next day towed my car and they gave me discounts when I explained my situation and my car was fixed within 2 WEEKS ... keep in mind I almost totaled my car. I'm so so so so thankful I got back to work and paid them but if u do come across my review. Trust me give them a call the owner is the nicest, he will help you out in every way he can !!! Thank you guys so much !! If I could give more than 5 I would double it lol !! read more

I am very happy with the job that United Body Shop did on my car. I had to have some repairs done to my front fender and the driver's side door. I stopped by the shop to get an estimate. I had just pulled in the driveway and someone was there greeting me asking how he could help me. We talked about the repair and how much time it would take. Even though the shop look crazy busy he assured me that this could be done in a couple days. I dropped it off the following day paid a deposit since this was not being covered by insurance and I was off on my way. When I called this morning to make arrangements to pick up my car; Jim was again, extremely accommodating and very helpful. I arrived there and found that my car was in perfect condition. It was sitting up front in the drive waiting for me. It looks like nothing ever happen, in fact it looks better. United Auto Body had also washed the car and buffed out some other blemishes on the car. So now it looks better than I ever expected. I have recommended United Auto Body in the past to my brother and friends. I would highly recommend them to you was well. They are friendly, very accommodating and do excellent work. read more

Best body shop! So glad I found out about this place. I've had to get multiple things repaired on my car, and Henry has always been so nice and attentive. As a girl, I don't know much about cars; so finding a trustworthy person was very important for me. I know I can trust Henry, he always does a great job and does not overcharge. Recommended him to all my friends and family, and so far everybody has been very happy with his job. read more

Henry was incredibly helpful when it came to fixing my damaged car. I've had some dents and scratches and needed an affordable but quality shop. Henry was honest, helpful and attentive through out this entire process. His prices were the best in the area and my car looks brand new. United Auto Collision - Love how they left it! Beautiful . I had to fix it since I worked hard to pay for this car. - Body Shops Near Me - Glendale, California

See all

I'm new to California and my car had never had a license plate on the front of it, so it needed to have holes drilled into the front. I took my car by and the guy there installed both of my new license plates onto my car for free. Super nice and quick! Will go back if I ever have to. read more

This is one of the best Body shop experiences I have had and believe me I've had many. I had been hassled already by a very well know body shop in the area (caliber collision on San Fernando) and I called here to see if they could take over the repairs of my vehicle given that my car had been at the previous body shop for over a month and nothing and I mean nothing had been done to it. A nice man named Sal answered the phone and I told him my situation. He quickly sent a tow truck to pick up my car and the repairs on my vehicle started. I got my car back a few days ago and it looks great, like new! Ask for Sal, he is great and will work with you. read more

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! Literally the worst service I've ever had in my life. A co-worker hit my car (2010 Mazda 3) while it was parked and left a few scratches on the bumper. We took it here at 7am on a weekday and I was promised that the paint job would be done by 5:30pm. The manager, I think his name was Louis (he refused to give his name to me over the phone), called me at 5:30pm and told me that he wasn't happy with the job they did and they need to keep it for another day. When I started asking questions about what he meant by not being happy with the job (was it bad paint? did they need to redo it completely? did the color not match?) he got aggressive with me and screamed "F**K YOU!!" and hung up the phone. He called back 5 minutes later and apologized. I asked for his name and he said that his name wasn't important. I asked if this is the way they normally treat their customers and the manager told me that I'm not even the one paying so he doesn't care how I'm treated (the person who hit my car was paying for the work). He cussed me out again and hung up on me again. At this point I didn't want them to finish my car, I wanted to pick up my car without the finished paint job and take it somewhere else so I called him back and told him that I would be at his shop in the morning to pick up my car and asked him to stop working on it. He cussed me out again and hung up. I go to the shop the following morning at 8am to pick up my car and they had re-painted the car over night and it was barely dry. They had redone their job knowing that they wouldn't be paid if I picked the car up with an unfinished job. The paint job was terrible and didn't even match; my bumper is now a different shade of black than the rest of my car. The clutch is also loose now, whoever drove it must have had a very heavy left foot. I'm hoping there's no damage and I'm taking it to another shop to have everything looked at. Based on the way this shop operated I wouldn't be surprised if they did something to my car intentionally. I'm notifying the bbb and contacting my insurance company in an attempt to have my bumper repainted (by another shop) and to have the money refunded by United Body Shop. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE!! read more

Came in with some damage to my bumper (all paint, nothing structural.) Sal's quote was half what the other places I got estimates from, both in terms of time and money. He asked what day I'd like to come in, and said if I got there early, he'd have it done that afternoon. So I'm in at 7:15 the next Monday - and my car was washed, waxed and ready by 5pm, looking just like new. Can't say enough good things about this place. Will definitely refer people here. read more

He was very accommodating and efficient! Sal even had my car detailed at no extra cost. The car came out of his shop looking like it did when I drove off the Toyota dealership. Nothing but praises for his services. He is the best choice and I fully recommend his services to anyone who needs help with body work. He wont disappoint. I was fully pleased!! read more

My 1986 Miata was badly rear-ended while I was waiting for traffic. .United Body Shop on San Fernando Road in Glendale was recommended by a friend and what an incredible surprise upon viewing their carefully detailed work.. I was told that Sal and Jim were top of the line and they certainly are the best-of-the-best. Sal explained that they have been in business at this location for some 40-years, repair police vehicles, and love restoring the exterior's of antique cars. Actually the Miata is an antique and United put it back together to showroom quality. Their sign out front is small and basic but their work inside is splendid. Thank you! Richard C. read more

I wish my doctor were this good. I called to get a quote on a side mirror. Henry Called me and then we kept in touch via text. I was actually amazed by his responsiveness. I'm used to waiting hours or days for replies and not minutes. He has also given me a quote that was a lot cheaper than all the rest of the auto bodies I had called. When I brought in the car that needed work he looked at it. Instead of telling me I needed a new mirror, which I was prepared to pay for, he buffed out the scratch and then put the part together and said the mirror was good to go and didn't need any work! This is an honest shop and I will recommend this to everyone! read more

Just really great people! I moved in behind the body shop and Sal noticed my tail light was out and they replaced it for me and helped me make an insurance claim for another small accident. (Burbank drivers are NUTS) Just moved up to LA and I think they will be my go-to car shop up here! read more

But I decided to take it there and I met the manager Sal. He was super friendly and very accommodating to my needs. He helped me get a car rental. He took me to the rental place and helped me get a car really fast that was great cuz I had lots to do that day. I am very nervous leaving my car with anybody. I was not sure of the type of quality that United body shop would do on my car. But Sal was very helpful and calming me down. He said that they would take care of my car and do a great job. And I must say that he kept his word. He was able to make my car look just like it looked out of the dealer. He went above and beyond to meet my needs. The car feels really good. The paint job looks very professional and the interior looks magnificent. You can tell that they spend their time on your car and that made me feel really good. I highly recommend this body shop to anybody because the customer service is really good, and the work is magnificent. Give them a shot you won't be disappointed.
