I just got my CLS AMG back from Blumer Auto Center and had to leave a review. The body work they did was absolutely flawless, and the paint match is perfect. Honestly, you'd never know the car had been repaired. The attention to detail really shows, and they treated my car with the same care I do. The whole experience was easy from start to finish. They kept me updated, were straightforward the entire time, and delivered exactly what they promised. It's not easy trusting someone with a car you care about, but these guys earned that trust. If you need body work or paint done, don't waste your time shopping around. Blumer Auto Center does incredible work, and I wouldn't hesitate to bring any of my cars back! read more

Quick shout out to Blumer auto- especially Greg! Had an incident and needed motor and body work done. One stop shop! Extremely pleased with end result! And they handled it so quickly. Great communication, very professional, and high quality. They went a little above and beyond with some little things- cleaned my floor mats, wheels, and tires. My truck look beautiful when there were finished. Solid, trustworthy shop. Will use them again moving forward! read more

After getting a bad paint job from my BMW dealer's collision center from a hit, I used Blumer Auto Center after getting hit a second time, and I wish I had used them for the first. Between the new paint that perfectly matches the original and the new parts, my car looks perfect. Their manager Max, and Marina at the front desk were very communicative and responsive, helping me through the whole insurance and repair process and made it stress free. I'll be using them again to repair some of my own scratches and dings. 100% would recommend. read more

I want to say a HUGE thank you to the amazing team at this auto shop. I've been a customer for several years now, and every single time they exceed my expectations. This time, I needed a repair on my front bumper after accidentally hitting the curb and cracking it. I was worried it wouldn't look the same again -- but they did an absolutely flawless job. It looks brand new, like nothing ever happened. I'm truly so happy every time I see my car. Not only was the repair perfect, but the entire team is kind, honest, and professional. Special thank you to Greg, Marina, and Max -- you are all wonderful. What I really appreciate is their integrity. If there's something you're considering fixing and it's not necessary, they will honestly tell you it's not worth it. That kind of honesty is rare. They even fixed another small broken part on my car and didn't charge me for it -- which meant a lot. They also cleaned my car beautifully before returning it to me. It's been about a month already and everything still looks amazing. I genuinely recommend them from the bottom of my heart. Trustworthy, professional, and truly caring people. 100% five stars Thank you so, so much! read more

Do not come here! They charged me $400 for an oil change, wipers and air filter! They overly tax for no reason, there are way better places than this one read more

I don't often leave reviews but Blumer Auto definitely desires one! Thank you Greg and Max, your entire team was outstanding. The short of it, a rodent got under the hood of my Lexus and chewed up insulation and wires. Lexus quoted me $9735. Of course I called my insurance to file a claim, and they referred me to Blumer's. Max and Greg were able to get the job done in an hour, for less than my deductible. Thank you guys very much! read more

I was in a collision and told to go here for my insurance pictures... Reina, who called me back at their first opportunity was polite and helpful. He assured me that if we were just taking pictures that wait a minute and a half for assistance upon arrival. Easy parking. Clearly marked building. Took the pictures very quickly. He was also informative and polite! The whole thing took like 7 minutes. Thanks so much! read more

Quality honest work! The staff is very helpful. Not overpriced either! Found this shop as a recommendation for AAA members.

I brought my car to this body shop twice for the same issue, and both times I was told there was nothing wrong--despite clear signs something wasn't right. I eventually took it to the dealership, where they immediately diagnosed a serious transmission problem that required urgent replacement to prevent further damage. I was still responsible for the diagnostic fee, despite the body shop's repeated failure to identify the issue. To make matters worse, when I picked up my car from the body shop, the windows had been left down during a rainstorm. The interior was soaked. I even paid for a full detail out of pocket, but the moldy odor still lingers and makes the car unpleasant to drive. When I brought it up, they deflected responsibility, blaming a supposed leak--something the dealership confirmed wasn't true. Not only did they fail to diagnose a major issue, but their negligence caused additional damage. The lack of accountability and professionalism was extremely disappointing. read more

I started going to Blumer automotive 11 years ago. I got lucky ! My truck broke down at 11pm following a trip to Disneyland. After that I continued to go to Blumer automotive for all my oil changes and when I took the plunge and bought a new car. Greg looked it over for me before I signed the dotted line. .. I moved 4 years ago a good distance from Blumer and after being swindled and financially abused by mechanics, I took my RAV4 to Greg. He and his team have always been fair and transparent! I drive out if the way 30 miles to take my car to Blumer Automotive. They are honest, fair, and trustworthy! Thanks Greg ! You ROCK read more

It was my luck that brought me to Blumer's over 13 years ago. My truck was towed there in the early morning hours by triple AAA and I didn't really know how lucky I was at the time. Greg and his team are genuine and honest! They always provided great service and my truck ran great. When it was time to trade in the truck for something else...Greg and his team helped me examine the car I am still driving after 8 years. I moved out to Simi Valley 4 years ago and have been to 5 different mechanics. I have been ripped-off, misguided, finagled, swindled and even put in danger (one of them screwed with my front breaks so I would have to have him fix them) by EVERY single one of them. I have now returned to Blumer Automotive and no matter the inconvenience. (Its 60 miles) from where I live, I will be taking Lily (my RAV4) to Greg and his team. I cannot express how thankful and grateful I am to you guys!!! Thank you so very much for who you are! You represent the best of what a business should be. Brandy Rachel Frye read more

Superb service experience and pricing. Everything was what car repair should be be rarely actually is. They were polite, informative, fair priced (I "did my own research" lol) and were very helpful. My wife was the first to deal with them and she never felt like they were trying to up-sell, talk down to her or bamboozle her with nonsense. I picked the truck up and got all the info requested. I can't recommend them highly enough. read more

My car had been rear ended and I honestly felt like it was the end of the world. But with the help of the Blumer auto center I'm very happy to say that my car looks like brand new ! Susana was a lot of help thru it all and explained the process to me very thoroughly. Initially I was told I wouldn't be getting my car back for about a month due to the holidays but I was pleasantly surprised when I got a call a week later saying my car was ready for pick up. It was an added bonus that they detailed my car for me and I'm happy with their overall service. Thanks again :) read more

Blumer is place to go for my family's any auto related issues. We have been using their help for more than a decade. During this time frame, have been changing cars as well, from economic to high end luxury cars. Greg, the owner is very polite & soft spoken. He never rushes & explains you the whole process & the costs involved. It is evident from his speech that he is knowledgeable & interested in doing the right thing at the lowest possible cost. The front desk staff is pleasant. The mechanics are trained & professional. The waiting area & restroom are very clean. One time I had a chance to see his shop from inside & found it that they keep it very neat & organized. I can highly recommend them to anybody needing repair &/or body work to any cars, whether it be an economic car or high end luxury car. read more

I have been a customer with them since 2009 when they were formally called "Tony's Club Service," and have been so happy with them since. (I even wrote a review for them back in 2011 under the former name.) My fiancé and I refuse to take our cars anywhere else, even just for simple oil changes. Staff is friendly, honest, and really takes pride in the work that they do. They will not nickle and dime you either like chain garages or dealerships, and instead will work with you to find the best cost effective way possible to repair your car. They even called the dealer to see if they'd cover some work on my car under warranty so I could save some money! They honor AAA discounts, which is how we found them when AAA towed my fiancé's car to this shop back in 2009. I HIGHLY recommend this shop for anything your car may need. Make, model, and year doesn't matter. They will work on anything you bring in, and will do a damn good job. read more

The team at Blumer Auto Center are amazing and such decent humans. I have been there twice now, and they have not only been wizards with my truck. They are so quick with the turn around on repairs, and are fairly priced. The first time I went there the issue was with my fuel gauge, and I had thought I had a massive problem ahead of me, but I had only run out of gas. They didn't make me feel stupid which was very kind, and provided me with options for repair to the fuel gauge. I went back this second time because I felt so safe there as a woman trying to navigate this auto repair world. This time I had hit a solid wood mounting block and bent my bumper. They were great at listening to what I needed - when I asked for the range of options from a repair that made the truck look brand new to what would it cost like if we zip tied it on - they came up with a great plan, that worked with my situation and were able to fix it faster than I had expected. They exceeded my expectations and it looked like I had never had a brain fart and hit something huge. I would recommend this place to my mother, and anyone else I loved. The waiting area is nice, clean and modern. They had Top Gear playing on a huge TV and I was almost disappointed they were so fast as I was enjoying the show - who knew I liked car shows?! Anyway - long story short - they can do body work and engine work and I wouldn't go anywhere else! read more

Only went here because they were AAA recommended. Never again. I had to have my car towed here because I had a bad alternator. They told me they had to give me a full report on everything wrong with the car. I told them I know that I have several things wrong, but they were insistent so whatever. Were supposed to call the next morning. At 4pm, after not hearing anything, I called them and they said oh we will get right back to you. Shortly thereafter they called me and told me it will take longer than expected. He told me they needed to switch the battery and the alternator for over $800. He didn't mention any of the half dozen other things that I knew were wrong with my car. Plus I thought this was strange since I just bought a battery about 6 months before he said that. So I asked why the battery. He replied, "It's easier for us." Knowing my way around a car, I knew that didn't make sense. So I pushed back again and he stuck with it's easier. I got angry because it's just not true that it's easier to install a battery the same time as an alternator. I explained how he could start my car in an easier way without me purchasing a new battery (jumper cables, hello!) He then reluctantly agreed to replace only the alternator with the cost still being over 650. Next week I took it to a real mechanic to get an official report of what needed fixed. Things Blumer didn't tell me about when trying to sell me a "necessary" new battery: * Struts * Fuel Sensor (can't even pass a smog test) * Something to do with my heater * Other mostly cosmetic damage Several months later, still haven't bought a new battery and I'm fine. I did have another mechanic look at my battery though and he reported no problems. Long story short: They pretend to tell you everything wrong with your car when in reality they haven't even checked. They then try to up sell you services that you don't need. Don't like it and want to go somewhere else... you still need to pay their very expensive "diagnostic fee" even if they incorrectly diagnosed your car. read more

This company is by far my favorite for auto repair. I'm so very grateful for them. Blumer Auto Center is the first auto repair place where I have found a mechanic I can trust, who's committed to getting me the best quality of work, at a price I can afford. I know for a FACT the are honest and not trying to take advantage of me. That confidence is priceless. I highly recommend them for all your auto repair needs. read more

This company was recommended to me by Auto Club, so I had my baby towed over there. These were the nicest friendliest most welcoming people I have dealt with in a very very long time. They were honest and kept me informed on the progress of my car. The overall experience reminded me of how businesses used to be back in the day. It was a wonderful experience and I would highly recommend them to anyone and everyone. read more

My car was towed to this location because my car was not turning on. The people were nice and friendly and informed me that they would need to run a diagnostic test. They ran the diagnostic test on Friday and reported that I needed a new engine and wanted to charge somewhere around 3,500 to 4,500. I received NO paper work stating anything wrong with my car as proof. I did however have to pay for the diagnostic test. I scheduled for my car to be picked up by the junk yard and provided my signed pink slip. When low and behold my car starts up. My car was literally driven to the junk yard tow truck. You can imagine my upset. If I knew my car would start up and actually move I wouldn't have gone through with selling to the junk yard. I think this place just wants to make money off of you. I do not recommend this place to anyone. read more

Finally able to write a review since I'm back on yelp... all I can say is horrible service! I called because my car was making a noise and the check engine light was on they said they could see my car right away!! so my husband dropped off my car ...they never called to let me know how long it was going to be, my car was literally in the shop for about 2 1/2 days which is a total inconvenience every time I called nobody knew what was going on with my vehicle or I would be placed on hold for long periods of time. After 2 1/2 days of not having my vehicle they finally told me my car was ready for pick up I paid about $700 and change they didn't say much was wrong with it ...after leaving the shop my back windows were no longer working out of nowhere and the lift to hold up my hood was now broken. I will never be going back here again. read more

Wow! This has got to be the best experience I've ever had when visiting an auto-shop. 1st time customer and Max helped me out. I came in for an oil change and he honored the AAA deal no hassle or pressure to upsale anything. He did give a pretty detailed list of what kind of work my car would benefit from (spoiler alert: everything) My car is old and on it's way out BUT again I was not pressured to get extra work done and Max was very knowledgable and COMPLETELY HONEST which is a rare trait when it comes to these types of services. I was pretty blown away by the incredible customer service experience I had here and will definitely recommend and return! Thanks again Max! read more

I was in an accident and my insurance company requested Blumer Auto Center. With my first accident years prior , i was referred to a different shop and i was not pleased with the service nor the repair work, so i was kind of hesitant to repairing my vehicle at Blumer Auto Center. When i arrived they looked very busy but they still greeting me, ask me if i can have a seat they and will get to me as soon as they can, About 2 min later, Max came out and greeted me and asked if i had been helped etc....He was amazing he took pictures of my vehicle and asked me that my vehicle was not road worthy due to my light was broken and my rim was bent. He contacted the insurance company on behalf of myself and spoke to a representative and he cleared everything up. He was very experienced for how young he looked. The repairs took 6 business and my vehicle looked brand new. they even washed my car (WOOW) . My car looked as new as the day i purchased it from the dealer. Great work, Great Team. WOW WOW WOW i would recommend this to my family and friends. MAX BOYAD YOU ARE AWESOME. read more
