The car is over 15 years old, and when they finished, it honestly looked brand new again. I will say the customer service from the lady in the office could use some improvement, as the experience there wasn't the best. However, Robert, the manager, completely turned my impression around. I was hit on the freeway right before the holidays and didn't know what I was going to do. My car looked horrible! I took it to GHG collision and I got to say, impressed is an understatement. Brought my car in for a quick diagnostic and was greeted nicely by the front desk workers. They offered me a comfortable seat and coffee while they had the check up done. Took no more than 30 minutes. The staff was nice and pricing was great, cheaper than the other so called "professional shops." After their work I also brought in my honda for a quick bumper fix, the guys at GHG were happy to fix the damages and paint it. Their work shines and hopefully i don't mess it again lol.
