If anything, I've actually offered to pay a little bit more than he's asked for a couple times For context, I've been driving German sports cars for years (Porsche, BMW, Benz). Kevin would do everything from painting the brake calipers, tinting the windows, color correction, wrapping and PPF. It wasn't until recently where I made the switch to a Bronco where I've been practically living at EVo these past several months. I've been customizing the crap out of this car and EVo has been my partner in everything from installation to creative consultation. I've probably saved tens of thousands of dollars by going to EVo for this Bronco alone, and I've gotten better quality than I would have gotten anywhere else!!

But it is significantly cooler, and there are zero bubbles or wrinkles and it just looks amazing. Other places I researched seemed to have poor craftsmanship with uneven application, purple tinting, etc. I highly recommend this place. Auto shops usually make me feel stupid and are intimidating. It took an hour and a half for them to damage my car to this extent. I was speechless. I left it at 9:00 AM and they said they finished at 10:40. I was told they would replace the damaged badges and paint correct but I don't know how they plan on repairing my damaged rear reflectors. I'm fully expecting either a partial refund or something because this is unacceptable especially for the price I paid for services. I didn't even check to see if I received the free ceramic coating because I was too shocked by the damages to my paint and lack of car the installer had. Update: Horrible business to even negotiate with. They only push for repairs through their own "network" and refuse to acknowledge my requests for insurance information. I've asked at least 5 times and they've only responded with deflection. They love to say they'll go "above and beyond" for their customers, but won't even offer a full refund for damaging my car. They won't acknowledge that they caused over $3,000 in damages to a brand new car, thinking that a paint correction pen will cover the deep cuts into my paint. They have time to post multiple times a day on their social media, but will respond to my messages once I bring up insurance and complaints. I am confident with my insurance claim along with complaints to the BAR that this situation will be resolved. Do NOT do business here if you value your car. Learn from my mistake in trusting a business with fluffed up reviews and heavy presence in social media. Response to their comments, the damages found especially done to the REAR REFLECTORS were agreed that YOU guys did the damages as you end up telling me that your installer "is facing POTENTIAL termination" which doesn't mean anything since he's still appearing on your social media. The $3,000 in damages is the repair cost just for the REAR REFLECTORS since they REQUIRE A FULL RE PAINT. Your business is full of scammers and bloated reviews done by your own employees. Anyone can see once you learn employee names. Do better. Your entire business is a performance considering majority of the work that requires a clean environment is done is a dirty garage. I was unfortunately informed by car community of how much of a scam your business is and I'm suffering from the same consequences. I refuse to let other people fall for the same scam and will be actively notifying the public.

They did a great job with the tint as always, but it was apparent they were closing early and the employees locked up the store and were all back to their cars before I could even get to mine.

UPDATE in response to the owners reply!…read more When my vehicle was first diagnosed, I was presented with two options: replacing the cylinder head or replacing the engine. The cylinder head repair was described as the more economically reasonable option at the time, and I relied on that professional assessment in making my decision. The repair took over one month to complete, and the cylinder head was sent to an external machine shop. Although outsourced, the repair was coordinated, billed, and released under his shop's responsibility. I proceeded with this shop because I needed reliable transportation for work and was informed the repair would take approximately a month. The availability of a loaner vehicle allowed me to continue working during that extended repair period, which was a significant factor given the timeline. After the vehicle was returned to me, it broke down on the freeway. I was then informed that the cylinder head could not be reprocessed and that the only remaining option was to purchase a replacement engine. At that stage, I no longer had a functioning vehicle, so this was not an elective decision but the only viable remedy presented. Before purchasing the replacement engine, I consulted with (David the owner) regarding where to source it and whether I should proceed. I relied on his confirmation before moving forward. While labor was not charged for the engine installation, no warranty was provided on that work. Regardless of warranty terms, the obligation to disclose safety related defects prior to releasing a vehicle remains. In his comment, he states that engine mount replacement was recommended. I was not provided with any written estimate, documentation, or verbal recommendation to replace the engine mounts prior to installation or before the vehicle was released. The condition of the mounts was identified only after I obtained an independent inspection due to ongoing noise concerns. That inspection revealed multiple broken engine mounts and a severely worn transmission mount. If mount replacement had been clearly recommended before release, it would have been documented and addressed at that time. My concern has consistently been transparency, communication, and the release of a vehicle with undisclosed safety related defects. This response reflects my experience and the events as they occurred.

I've dropped off the car right when they open at 8am, and received a text saying that my vehicle was ready for pick up at 12pm. Over fast and efficient work. David even showed me the location of where the crack was on the old radiator. Overall very satisfied with the work. I tend to get anxious leaving my car with someone else to work on it due to how much work I put into getting the vehicle. But with David he made me feel like he also understands the value of what good work should be and how to do things the right way. I was referred to this shop by my best friend. She had gotten her tints done here and I loved them so much, I had to get mine done too. Saying that I'm satisfied with my tints, would be an understatement. This is a long review, but strongly recommended to read for anyone considering taking their cars to…read morethis place. I took my car there to have them repair the quarter panel, rear door and the rear wheel. I asked this guy, Alex, how much he would charge to fix the scratches on all the wheels and he said he'll include it in the estimated price. He asked me to bring it next week on Monday so that he could order the parts ahead of time and have it done sooner. I dropped it off on Monday and he said it would be done by the end of the week. I called him on Thursday to see how it's going and he was talking vaguely saying that he just got the parts. I'm like ok, no big deal. I'd call him every few days to ask if he knows how much longer it's gonna take and he wouldn't give me a straight answer. Long story short, it took about a month for him to finish the job. I went there and looked at the car. Didn't notice any issues at first, so I paid him and left. As soon as I got in the car, I was shocked to see all the damage to the interior. The dashboard and the door panel on the passenger side were seriously damaged to the point that they were peeled off and the foam underneath was visible (photos attached). There were paint stains on the passenger seat and on the window. There was chemical residue on the gauge cluster, door panels and around the center console (photos attached). I took another look at the exterior and realized that the roof drip molding on the passenger side looked super damaged and rusted (photo attached) compared to the molding on the driver's side. As if they replaced it with a banged-up part from a junkyard. There was tape residue on the rear window (that I haven't been able to remove even after washing the car). The adhesive on the front windshield also looked terrible (photos attached). I went back right away and expressed my concern. He looked at them, completely denied that they were responsible for any of it and literally walked away from me as I was speaking to him. I was calm and super polite during our conversation and was surprised not only by him refusing to take responsibility, but more so by his rude behavior. As I was driving home, I realized the car wasn't driving normally. There was something off about it and I could hear loud creaking sounds as I turned the steering wheel. It kept going on during the weekend, so I got out of the car at some point to see if there's something going on with the wheels and the tires. I couldn't believe my eyes. My car has staggered tires, meaning that the front and rear wheels and tires aren't the same size. They somehow put the rear tires that are thicker and bigger in the front and put the front ones that are narrower in the rear. I texted him on Monday and told him about the tires and he didn't even respond to my message. So I had to take a half day off my work and take the car to my mechanic to have him rotate the tires. My mechanic's jaw was dropped when he saw that they had put wrong tire sizes on the wheels that didn't match. The paint job that they had done on the wheels was also so bad it kept chipping off as they were removing the tires (phots attached). As I was driving back, the windshield molding popped out of its place too. That's the level of attention to detail that you can expect from the Brothers. Since this Alex guy had decided to ghost me, I decided to go there in person to have him reimburse me for what I paid the mechanic. He wasn't there (or maybe saw me on camera and decided to hide somewhere). This other guy told me to come back next week to get reimbursed and glued the windshield molding with a frown on his face. When I went back to have him reimburse me, he had this look on his face as he was writing the check, and started yelling at me for bringing up the bad paint job on the wheels, because he did me "a favor". He was like I didn't even do your wheels, someone else did. Go and talk to them if you have issues. I also had to pay out of my pocket to do an alignment as it was completely messed up after what they did to it. I was already under a lot of stress after the accident and this whole experience made it that much worse.
