Initially I had a great experience dropping off my car and was satisfied with the results. I was told to come back for a "2 week inspection". It took an hour and a half for them to damage my car to this extent. I was speechless. I left it at 9:00 AM and they said they finished at 10:40. I was told they would replace the damaged badges and paint correct but I don't know how they plan on repairing my damaged rear reflectors. I'm fully expecting either a partial refund or something because this is unacceptable especially for the price I paid for services. I didn't even check to see if I received the free ceramic coating because I was too shocked by the damages to my paint and lack of car the installer had. Update: Horrible business to even negotiate with. They only push for repairs through their own "network" and refuse to acknowledge my requests for insurance information. I've asked at least 5 times and they've only responded with deflection. They love to say they'll go "above and beyond" for their customers, but won't even offer a full refund for damaging my car. They won't acknowledge that they caused over $3,000 in damages to a brand new car, thinking that a paint correction pen will cover the deep cuts into my paint. They have time to post multiple times a day on their social media, but will respond to my messages once I bring up insurance and complaints. I am confident with my insurance claim along with complaints to the BAR that this situation will be resolved. Do NOT do business here if you value your car. Learn from my mistake in trusting a business with fluffed up reviews and heavy presence in social media. Response to their comments, the damages found especially done to the REAR REFLECTORS were agreed that YOU guys did the damages as you end up telling me that your installer "is facing POTENTIAL termination" which doesn't mean anything since he's still appearing on your social media. The $3,000 in damages is the repair cost just for the REAR REFLECTORS since they REQUIRE A FULL RE PAINT. Your business is full of scammers and bloated reviews done by your own employees. Anyone can see once you learn employee names. Do better. Your entire business is a performance considering majority of the work that requires a clean environment is done is a dirty garage. I was unfortunately informed by car community of how much of a scam your business is and I'm suffering from the same consequences. I brought my high-end vehicle (worth over $200,000 and with only 300 miles on it) to PPF Pros for a full-body PPF, window tint, and windshield PPF after speaking with Jerry (also known as Israel/Gerardo). Their pricing was significantly lower than every other reputable shop in Southern California, and they had excellent reviews, so I decided to give them my business. Initially, the experience was positive. Jerry was responsive, professional, and easy to work with. After the installation, I followed all of their instructions and returned for the recommended two-week inspection. During that visit, I pointed out multiple areas where the PPF was bubbling or peeling. They attempted to fix the issues and also replaced my window tint with a darker shade at my request (for an additional fee). After picking up the car for the second time, I let it sit in my garage for a week without driving it. Once again, I found several areas where the PPF was bubbling and peeling. At this point, I brought the car back for a fourth visit. Jerry assured me everything had been thoroughly inspected and was fine, but when I got home, the same defects were still there. Eventually, I convinced myself that maybe this was just normal with PPF and decided to let the minor issues go. Unfortunately, that wasn't the end of it. I then noticed about ten small dark brown spots appearing on the trunk and rear bumper underneath the PPF. At the same time, the windshield PPF had become extremely blurry, with multiple areas that looked like water spots trapped inside the film, making visibility noticeably worse. I contacted Jerry again and sent him photos. He asked me to bring the car back for a fifth visit. The windshield issue was obvious. Standing in front of the car, you could clearly compare the section with PPF to the section without it. Once the film was removed, the glass underneath was perfectly clear. Jerry then told me that "some manufacturers use double-layer glass, which can make windshield PPF look blurry." If that's something they already know can happen on certain vehicles, why wasn't I informed before paying $400 for the installation? Fortunately, they replaced the windshield film, although I was still left with reduced clarity. I accepted it. The biggest issue, however, was the brown spots under the PPF. Jerry called me and said, "Oh bro, I asked my technician. Those are burns from July 4th fireworks." That explanation made absolutely no sense. My car is garage-kept, has only 300 miles on it, and was never parked near fireworks. Even if it had been, why would the marks appear only on a small section of the trunk and bumper? Why wasn't there any damage on the roof, hood, or other exposed panels? More importantly, why was there no damage to the surface of the PPF itself? Everything pointed to contamination trapped underneath the film during installation--something that manufacturers themselves discuss in their installation guides and that can easily be found through a basic search. Every logical question I asked was met with, "I don't know, bro." Instead of standing behind their work, Jerry insisted it wasn't under the PPF and essentially blamed me for the damage. He agreed to replace the trunk section but refused to replace the bumper unless I paid for it. Even though this was clearly an installation issue, I was charged an additional $300 for "product cost." Before agreeing, I specifically asked him if he was confident the problem wouldn't happen again. He assured me that he would personally inspect everything. I paid the money. I picked up the car, drove straight home, parked it in the sun exactly as instructed, and checked it the following day. To my surprise, two more of the exact same brown spots had already appeared on the newly installed PPF. At that point, it became undeniable that this was an installation problem--not "firework burns." I sent Jerry photos showing the new defects and explained that customers shouldn't be blamed for workmanship issues. Only then did he begin backtracking, telling me to bring the car back so he could contact the manufacturer. That should have been the response from the beginning instead of charging me for a problem that wasn't my fault. Enjoy the $300. It wasn't worth losing a customer or the many referrals I would have given. I ultimately took my vehicle to another shop and paid again to have the affected areas redone because I no longer trusted PPF Pros to work on my vehicle. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this shop. While their pricing may seem attractive, I learned the hard way that cheaper isn't always better. When you're protecting a high-value vehicle, pay a little more for quality workmanship, accountability, and a warranty that actually stands behind the installation instead of pointing fingers at the customer. read more

Tuesday - 10/3/23 I had the PPF on for about 1 week after installation. Noticed the edges and door handles PPF was not adhering properly. I came back on Sunday the 1st and met Jerry who also helped me with Ceramic Window Tint, to check what was wrong with the PPF not adhere properly. Made an appointment for today to have my 2024 Ice Silver Metallic Subaru Crosstrek PPF for a Check Up. They inspected the areas and since it's under warranty, no charge. They also offered a Free car wash! Jerry is very Professional and knows what he is doing. This is my first time ever to get a PPF installed, he clearly explained to me how PPF works.
