What a great decision I made to choose UFS! I was looking for a wrapping company for my car and I found this Gem! They were very responsive through the chat and even called a day before to confirm what I needed. The are extremely professional, very responsive, very detail oriented and provided an excellent customer service! Found Ultima5e Film Solutions after reaching out and asking for a quote to tint my car windows. Response time was very good with the quote. Very reasonable price with the other business I had reached out to. I was given a few options and suggestions on what tint would work best for my vehicles windows. I researched the film they use and was very impressed with the high quality materials used. Appointment set up was easy and after they had a cancelation I was asked if I wanted to move up my appointment date. It worked for me so I went. The shop is easy to get too and very clean and well let. The work too about am hour and half and I was very pleased with the outcome. I only had my windshield and moonroof done. Had my 2020 Supra ceramic coated last June 4, 2024. I did the 5 year package that includes 7 steps of "paint prep" prior to the application of Ceramic Pro 9H. I also had the engine bay cleaned up for an extra $100. Basically, FULL exterior wash, engine bay wash, paint prep then ceramic coating for the body, windshield and wheel faces. I took photos after receiving the car on June 6th, 2024 and noticed a few things. It's little minor details but as a car enthusiast, you will definitely notice things especially if you regularly wash your car. First, I checked the engine bay and everything looked good, I took the engine cover off and it was still filthy, full of dirt even. That's the reason why I got the $100 engine wash is to clean the engine bay up, even if it's using compressed air or a dry rag. Second, from all the places I've seen, they usually remove the plate number so they can clean that area and coat it as well. This one however was untouched. Third, the small painted area under the wheel fenders, it was clearly left untouched. Lastly, the plastic trim near the door, bumper and hood was untouched as well. If it was clean then I would understand, however it wasn't. It wasn't coated as well which was okay since it was a misunderstanding on me and Daniels part. The trims will not be included on the 5 year package since it is tedious work --which I was okay with. However, maybe add a little bit of trim cleaner/restoration so the trim doesn't look dull/faded. Overall, the experience was good. Had my first light wash yesterday since it's more than a week since the coating happened. The water beads of amazingly, nothing sticks! Followed Daniel's tips regarding which products to use and avoid to prolong the coating. I am just nitpicking at this point since I am a car enthusiast and I enjoy detailing my cars. read more
