Sloppy. When I got my car home and opened the passenger door, the door handle fell off because they didn't install it properly . I also noticed a small piece of my car's interior trim missing, apparently they had left it in accidentally in their shop. I also found another part of my car missing sitting in my trunk which they had failed to reinstall.
