I brought my VinFast here for service and the technician who helped me when I dropped it off was great, super nice and professional. The person who handed the car back was also really kind. But everything in between was honestly really frustrating. I got a text saying my car was ready and that the shop was open Mon-Fri, 8-5. My husband took an Uber on Monday morning to pick it up, only to find the shop completely closed. He waited over an hour, along with other customers, and no one answered the phone, so he ended up spending $140 just to get there and come back empty handed. Nowhere, not the text, the website, or Google, mentioned anything about holiday hours. When I called later to ask what happened, the receptionist was really rude and actually yelled at me while I was just trying to understand why the hours were not what was expected. She made me feel like I was the one in the wrong, even though we ended up losing money and time because of their miscommunication. I don't like leaving negative reviews and rarely ever do, so I wanted the call to give the shop a chance to rectify this mistake by either refunding my cost or at least providing me with a shuttle so I wouldn't have to spend another $70 just to get back to my car, but I ended up just getting yelled at. The technicians seem great, but the lack of accurate info and the attitude from the front office made this a really stressful experience. Better communication and nicer customer service would've gone a long way. read more

Pazi Performance took possession of my car in August 2024. The repair work was replace the driver's side door look and alarm-fob system which were damaged due to an attempted theft. It took them until November 2024 to complete the work. My insurance agent says this work is easily done in a day or two because all it is is a kit that needs to be installed. I messed up letting them tow my car and place it at their repair shop. They said repairs were delayed to being short staffed. And they wouldn't let the insurance adjuster in to visually address the damages. They also promised to wash and detail my car by pick up time. That didn't happen either. Fortunately I had another vehicle to drive during 2.5 months they held my car. All in all a bad decision by me to leave my car with Pazi Performance. read more

I wanted to paint my brake calipers and found Pazi on Yelp. I came to their shop and was met by Carlos who helped me out and gave me advise on certain questions I had. I saw all the high end cars they were working on and decided to leave my car (2011 Mercedez E63). Carlos gave me an amazing quote and said my car will be ready in two days. Carlos called me back 2 days later and said my car was ready and I could pick it up. I decided to leave it there one extra day to make sure it was completely dry. Pazi was very helpfully and didn't have an issue with my car staying there one extra day. I'm so glad I took my car to these guys! They did an amazing job. I couldn't be any happier. I would recommend Pazi Performance to anyone that is looking to have their car repaired. I truly had the best experience. My insurance company kept giving me the run around and drug their feet in regards to inspections, sending out checks etc . However , Vic (the owner) provided A+ customer service. He made three way calls with me to my insurance company to speed the process along , when my insurance wanted to take the cheaper route he advocated for me and my car. The negative reviews were correct. Unfortunately, I didn't have an option because it was the nearest place my car could be towed to. They kept my car for almost a week. They kept telling me they would have a quote to me by the end of the day. I think they were trying to build up the storage fees they charge. I finally had to go there in person to figure out what the hell was wrong with my car. They gave me 3 different reasons and told me the most important item to fix. I paid them to fix the issue. They did a hack job because my car broke down again 2 days later. I had it towed somewhere else this time around and got a correct diagnosis and Pazi didn't give me the first time. So...my husband's car got sideswiped and we needed it to be towed to a repair place. The one we had scheduled told us that they no longer worked on his make of car, so the tow truck driver took the car to his "buddy's place" to get the work done. We were not happy about this but didn't want to deal with it any longer and left it there. What should have taken a few weeks, ended up being a few months! They kept saying they were having trouble getting parts, but come on!!! A ridiculous amount of time! When we finally picked it up, it wasn't even completely fixed and we need to take it back in (to another repair shop obviously.) The final straw was that after we got it home, we got TWO parking tickets in the mail from this place illegally parking the car on the street. AVOID this place! They are not good! read more

No engine issues but took them almost a year to get it done! Kept telling me it will be done next week after week after week! I needed major work done on a 2007 Audi A4 with almost 200,000 miles on it. It's also a manual transmission. Pazi gave me an estimate free of charge, and the final charges matched the estimate. This was a total scam. I was towed here by a Triple A Driver who I assume was a friend of someone who worked there, following a car accident. I was misled and did not want to go there. Once I arrived, they tried to hard sell me while I was on the phone with my insurance, crying and in shock from the accident. They were not a pre-approved shop through my insurance so I had a family member pick me up and my insurance had my car towed to a pre-approved mechanic near me. The next day I found out that Pazi tried to charge my insurance $1,500 for OVERNIGHT storage (my insurance wasn't able to tow until the next morning). Later I found out randomly, that my friend's mother had a similar issue with this place. Complete scam. Stay away! read more

All these very specific things I'm mentioning can and were only done by your shop. This is my daily driver and I think I'd notice the sudden difficulty to close my door and the myriad of other issues due to your sloppy disassemble and reassemble process. I also find it laughable that you are talking about me missing an appointment when the fact is that I have been trying to SCHEDULE an appointment with you guys since August of last year. That is five months of me calling and being told to "call back in two weeks" without even an attempted callback on your end. Shit I even gave you guys one last chance a week ago but of course no response. Its even funnier that you are mentioning me showing up unannounced, why would I do that? Oh yea you don't answer or return any of my calls so that is my only means of communication with you. It really makes me wonder what I've done to you guys to receive such treatment. I understand mistakes are made and I have never been unreasonable or demanding with you guys (maybe this is why I was exploited) but for me it is more important how you handle these mistakes. In your case you simply don't handle them. I hope a lesson was at least learned from this process as my pockets definitely suffered. read more
