The service technicians that came to install the shower were great. As you can see the shower looks great. We had one slight issue with the measurement of the glass door but other than that everything was great on the installation. I took a little bit longer because of a measurement issue but other than that this was a great experience. read more

I had a shower installed in place of a tub/shower. The work was neat and very timely. However, the sales person convinced me that a doorless shower would be perfect for my bathroom. He assured me (several times) that water would not get on the floors or anything outside of the shower. When the glass installers arrived, they stated that the water would not come out of the shower also. Well guess what! Water comes on the floor, vanity and walls. I complained to the project manager and his reply was "it's going to cost you" to put in a door. He didn't say that someone would come out to see how to rectify the problem. He said that I should call the sales person. I told him to have the salesperson call me. It's been and a week and no call, text or email. I don't have use of the shower in the main bathroom, and Payless..........don't seem to care! Stay away from this company. There are untruthful employees involved with their operations. read more

Rhea is the reason I purchased a really nice shower and floor and sink to replace the disaster that existed in my 1971 mobile home. Rhea just had a way with words as they say & coaxed me into at least meeting with the sales rep Steve. Steve stopped in and we spent a good solid two hour going over everything, regarding options available to me to make this happen and happen it did after Steve reached out to Donna who was the final say so to speak, regarding bottom line dollar wise. Steve & Donna both were supportive of the fact that I had a son in college & a condo mortgage, along with my mobile home space rent & two car payments, all on a retired PE teacher salary. And they considered the aforementioned and met me at the price that i countered with & they didn't counter counter....they both agreed to let it happen & agreed with my counter offer. And now i can't wait for the crew to arrive....cuz i've had this place six years and the bathroom is clean, of course, but just really harmful to the 'eyes'.....canary yellow paint that was just tossed on everything and spread over like it was a piece of bread in that the previous owners painted right over the cabinet hinges and cabinet drawer knobs, etc. THANKS GUYS!!! We had our bathtub removed and a shower installed. Water leaks from under the shower door. No one will come out to survey the situation, although they claim to warranty their work. They will send you a series of reasons why they cannot return to take a look. They have been paid; and they don't really care if you are a satisfied customer. When the sales rep Sean came to our home he said there was water behind our walls. During the demo we learned that was no water or mold behind the walls. This is a deceptive tactic that you should be aware of. They try to upsell you during the job. In the middle of the job they will attempt to tell you that something else needs to be done in order to proceed. There are plenty of other companies that would probably have a better customer service read more

All the crews from the demo guys to the cabinents, to countertop installers and the tile guy did amazing work. if I had any little issue they came back and fixed it. they were all amazing. Anytime I needed to review items or change anything my PM Cathetine was always there for me. Anthony my sales rep was also amazing brought me samples and always made sure I was taken care of. Because I had to give a star to write a comment, I still don't understand how this company is in business the customer service a year later is still awful. My kitchen had gaps all around the kitchen and my restroom was not capped correctly so I've been staying in a hotel since December since our walls and floors were so damaged. Not to mention mold in my daughter's room and the tile was never removed from my old shower. I could list more but I think everyone should get the picture by now. As a customer service manager a customer should ever have to ask for updates! One week later and nothing has been done. Something is wrong when the company is just apologizing and still doing the same mistakes. Hope this review helps anyone out there looking at the company. read more
