They "lost" $1200 in gaming equipment from my son's room, a full size headboard, and a bed rail--then assembled the bed anyway without saying a word. My iMac was completely smashed. Despite clearly labeled items, they still mixed up what was going to my new home and what belonged in storage. Total damages exceeded $3700. I emailed them repeatedly to file a claim--no response. When I finally texted, I was told, "Sorry, I've been out moving." That's the level of professionalism. I've moved cross-country and overseas. This 2.3-mile move was somehow the most disorganized, careless, and unprofessional experience I've ever had. Do not hire them. You will regret it.

Out of the kindness of their heart and good customer relations, they wanted to give me $50. Insult as I could never replace for that!!!
