I was intimidated by all the things I was moving and they made this process a breeze. As soon as I finished booking them online, Tony messaged me to ask for more details on the move. The next day they showed up at my storage unit on time. I was a little late and they still worked the two hours I hired them for. They were very kind and flexible. I was moving a storage unit that I inherited to a basement storage space. They worked quick and even helped me throw away the heavier items I couldn't lift into the trash. I hired them for two hours for a 10x10 storage space that was packed. I appreciated the affordable price and great service. Greg even went the extra step to help me reorganize the new space. I would hire them again for future moves.

The owner Denzel said that I should have signed up for the insurance (I admit I overlooked it). But, that's not the point. The point is that they damaged items in the move. I have never experienced what I have doing business with this company. it first started when the…read moreowner sent two of his "floaters" (his words), to my house to load my things in the U-Haul. They didn't take care of my things so I called the owner right away because they were banging my things on the glass front door. I asked them to please use caution and they ignored me. I didn't have they much stuff for them to load and they filled up the entire trailer with many empty spots even though I explained numerous times to owner and the 2 men that arrived that I have boxes I still need to pack. They didn't load 1 box but didn't listen to me and because of that, I had to borrow money to rent a trailer to get the rest of the things to my new place. I had to pay to get a hitch out on also and pay for the parts, etc.. The owner called me after I reviewed the company on U-Haul and wanted to make it right. I was appreciative of it and he said he would refund me. I haven't received it yet. Yesterday, I asked him via text if he could help me by picking up a lot of items I'm not taking and trash them in lieu of. he replied saying yes, they would do it today. He also said he would be sending me the refund today as well. I have not heard from him today. I called, I sent numerous text messages. ZERO response. I now have to leave and I put all of these items outside for him to pick up and now he disappeared despite telling me via text that he would today. I have the screenshots. I understand things happen but when the owner lies to a customer who paid for a service, that says a lot. if that wasn't bad enough, some of my items weee damaged due to the lack of care of my items when placed in the trailer. from the reviews, I had high hopes. when the owner reached out to me, to make it right, I appreciated that. However, he didn't do what he said he would do. He could've responded telling me he can no longer help me but he didn't, he just ignored my calls and text messages. So, I'm out of money and now have all of this stuff outside. horrible.
