I was a bit wary considering the low cost, but they did an incredible job and maintained wonderful communication throughout the planning and moving process. I was given a window of 8am-8:30am for the movers' arrival, and Corey, Tamarius, and Drew arrived right before 8:30am. They did an excellent job taking apart and wrapping my furniture and got everything securely into their truck within about two hours. The unloading was extremely fast and Tamarius kindly put together the furniture they took apart for transport (and even moved some heavy packages that were waiting for me upon my arrival to the new house). I noticed a few small nicks on my guest bed frame and on one of the legs of my kitchen table, but nothing extreme (and nothing a wood marker couldn't take care of). The vast majority of my furniture (including my beloved bookcases) made it in excellent condition. TLDR; I couldn't recommend GS Moving Solutions enough! They were easy to work with and did a wonderful job moving me across state lines.

The movers were extremely unprofessional when it came to handling my belongings. They didn't seem to work well together, and they often carried more than they could safely manage. As a result, several items were dropped or damaged. One example was a file cabinet that was damaged so badly that it is no longer usable. They also damaged my $2,000 leather couch. They wrapped it with probably $100 worth of packing materials--which I had to pay for--yet they still left a significant portion of the couch exposed and unprotected. If you don't purchase full-value protection, you quickly find out that you have very little coverage for damaged belongings. But the damage wasn't the worst part. After the movers left, I realized that some of my belongings were missing. I had a couple of random boxes containing various items from my house that I had packed at the last minute. Both boxes were gone. I checked my old house and my new house, and they were nowhere to be found. Some valuable items were in those boxes, and unfortunately, I have no way to recover them. Everyone involved simply says, "I don't know. I didn't see anything." When I contacted management, I was essentially told that it was a legal matter and that I should call the police. At that point, there wasn't much I could realistically do. I ended up taking the loss and moving on.
