Very helpful and knowledgeable staff, clean units of various sizes that are all climate controlled. One great feature is that they let you use one of their moving trucks for a day. Don't fall for the truck it's a gimick. God forbid you own a business and have a vehicle in the business name of which you own better off getting a U-Haul and somewhere with larger units for a better price. The units are like closets, rectangular extremely narrow and far from your car from where you at drop anything off you will end up losing furniture that you can't take yourself along with your security deposit from the place you moved more than likely! read more

The employees were very helpful in identifying the right size storage and very friendly. Only complaint is that when I left a few items outside for 10 minutes as I left my key at home, the staff told another tenant they could take my stuff. Otherwise things have been perfect. read more

Turns out only the first month was that price (despite it being listed as first month free) and it was going to be over $200. False and misleading advertising. Great storage place. I feel my items are secure and protected. The staff is very helpful as well. Whenever I have questions about my bill, they are quick and concise. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is the lack of multiple carts to load up the unit. Granted there are 2-3 at every entrance, but if you try to move in or out on a weekend- get there early or move in/out on a weekday. I'd say 2 out of the 3 times I've gone there on a weekend- I couldn't find a cart and had to 'stalk' other renters to use their cart when they were done. All in all, a great storage option though. read more

I just rented a unit here and couldn't be happier with the experience. The staff is top notch. The entire rental process took less 20 minutes. This included a tour of my unit as well as the best locations for loading and and unloading. In the past when renting a unit at the end of the month I've had a hard time securing smaller storage spaces. This place is huge and I had several different small size units to chose from. I chose to rent here because of the location. I wrongly assumed that it's prime location would mean a premium price. I'm paying $50 for a 10x4 with the second month free. Those prices just can not be beat. The only drawback to renting here is you do not have 24hr access. For most this won't be a issue. I'm sure not having 24hr access allows them to keep prices lower and adds to the overall security of the facility. I will absolutely be using use them again. read more

Great experience here. Place seems relatively new. Everything is very clean. The facility is 3 stories, but the available carts and elevators make units easy to access. Unit doors are smooth and easy to lift. The alarm system gives you great peace of mind - they'd know if anyone attempted to access your unit, and you have a personal code to enter the premises. And the staff here are all so friendly and accommodating! On a hot day moving in, they offered us free bottles of water. Plus, all moving supplies are half off for renters. So nice. read more

Mini Price Storage is the best facility I have ever used. The facility is it clean, climate-controlled, well-managed, and secure (I always felt safe). The cost was more than reasonable, and they worked to keep it that way. They provide dollies to help you move your stuff and locks to keep it safe, and a truck if you have immediate moving needs. However, the most memorable part of MiniPrice Storage is the people. Besides knowing their business, the people at the 4300 Broad Street location are friendly, helpful, with a can-do positive attitude. The moving company was problematic (to put it nicely), changing dates, making my move to Richmond difficult. Dawn, Valerie, Amber, and Lorraine worked with my changing dates and assured me everything would be taken care of - and it was! They were beyond superb! Speaking to Fatima on the phone and working with KIllian at other locations just reinforced how positive and helpful the people at Mini Price Storage are. I highly recommend them and will use them for any future storage needs. read more

I came to this storage so I could save money by using their free truck. Moving day came and I went to get the truck but because my mother's name is on my car registration I could not use the truck. I was then instructed by the employee that I could go to Uhaul, rent a truck and they would refund me for having to go elsewhere. She told me if I could get my name switched on the registration then I could use it upon move out. The employee knew up front I would only need the unit for a month between my apartment transition. Well jokes on me! 1. You can only use the truck to MOVE IN, not out. 2. I was supposed to bring my uhaul receipt into the office that day to get the "credit" for my next month's rental of the unit. Well I didn't need a second month - which she knew. So I had to rent a truck to move my stuff out as well and wont be getting refunded for my initial truck rental because they only credit your account for the next month.. which I didn't use. The manager then called me and left a voicemail looking for "Megan" well.. my name is Morgan. All she did was apologize and didn't remedy the situation at all. Anyways, save yourself the money and rent the unit from uhaul.. it will be cheaper (they quoted me for a cheaper price when I asked) and easier in the long run. This place has horrible communication and doesn't seem to try to fix any problems besides saying "sorry". read more

Excellent facility. Been a tenant for over a year. Customer service is always pleasant and helpful. Space is air conditioned and heated, also has surveillance in place. Never thought twice about the safety of my items or myself while in the building. Have not had any issues with insects, water damage, or other things that could cause damage to my property. Have push carts for use in transporting items to/from your vehicle and your unit. Overall, could not ask for anything more in a storage unit. Highly recommend this location! read more

Nothing less than a mafia operation. If your ever late, fee's will be so excessive you will never be able to satisfy the rent. I have had my storage unit now about seven (7) months and have accumulated well over $300.00 in late fee's and auction fee's. This business hopes you will be late so they can assess fee's in the hopes of auctioning your personal property. In fact, they are so bad they actually have there own staff write Yelp reviews.
