And I'll not forget to give high props to Kiana E. at the Call Federal Drive location in Richmond, VA where my personal belongings are currently stored. Absolutely wonderful storage facility. Clean, organized, and well maintained. Staff is courteous, well knowledgeable, and polite. I recommend 100%. This is the only storage facility that I feel comfortable with within a 50 mile radius. Prices are also best in town. Unbelievable the amount of quality value you are getting for the price. All units are climate controlled and gated access. All other storage companies in town are a joke, waste of money, and does not provide half of the benefits here. read more

The staff at this location is very friendly and accommodating. I had a storage unit here about two years ago, left, and came back when I needed their services once more at the beginning of this year. They kindly welcomed me back and I currently have a unit for which I pay a reasonable amount per month for the space I am getting. I like that Mini Price has several different locations depending on where you reside in the Richmond area, but I am glad that I am currently using this location's services. I just recently had to come here and change my passcode (I'm only human- people forget things!) and the process was quick, simple, and handled with professionalism and friendliness. I've never had an issue here and don't believe I will. Definitely recommend if you have a little too much stuff for the living space with which you are working. read more

Gosh, if there is any service location in or near where I do business that can out perform the Representatives at this particular Mini Price Storage; I'd gladly spend my dollars. From the moment I walked into their fabulous lobby, my mind's eye reminded me of five star guest services at the Ritz Carlton Hotel (D.C.) the Associate Killiam right away shown such professionalism, courteous treatment, overwhelming patience in describing specific to allow me a sense of decision making mood. Killiam won me over more so when he shared perks in the lobby, complimentary coffee station (With one of those fancy Coffee maker you find in some banks), it doesn't end with my love for favorable international bland of coffee and tea. They also provide business center, computer/printing,etc. While Killiam prepared the paper work, that after having shown me the magnificence storage spaces, well maintained corridors, plenty of lights and spacious storage of all sizes. Finally, I felt truly engaged in the awesome structure internal and external with adequate security monitoring external/internal. Before I signed the rental agreement the Sales 7 Operational Manager Naarah arrived and was equally as professional and courteous. I strongly recommend anyone seeking a well maintained facility to store your tangible items to visit Naarah and Lilliam, experience the customer friendly service so lacking at many businesses with east of west of Hall Street Rd. The staff at this location are wonderful! The facility is well lit, clean and convenient, no matter what level you store your things. They offer a lot of extras that really helped me. You can use of one of their moving trucks and a dolly(for a certain amount of hours depending on the size unit you rent), they have a computer with internet and printer available to use, plenty of moving carts to help move your things into the building, and large freight elevators, lots of packing supplies for purchase at reasonable prices. I will add too, that the day I planned to move my things, the location I rented did not have a truck available, but the staff took the extra time to locate a truck at another of their facilities close by and made arrangements for me to be able to use their truck (no extra charges for the mileage from there to my place). I did not end up needing to use the truck, and the staff was just as friendly and understanding, even though they went out of their way to help make sure I had a truck for me to use.
