We just never have enough space, and lord knows this old house was built during a time when closet space wasn't a priority. The perks of Mini Price...a professional team. More than just "climate control " which at our previous space, meant, your 4 walls and a roof overhead to keep out rain, sun, snow. Mini Price actually has Air Conditioning, which makes it much more comfortable when needing to run in for something or to store something away. It feels very secure. My only gripe, would be, they advertise a price on their website, but that price is the "this is where they get you" per our salesperson. You can expect a pretty low price for the first 2 months and then the price goes way up. Apparently this place caters to short term clients, and it is a bargain if you just need a month or two. That being said, the price still isn't bad once you factor in that it is new, clean, AC, secure, a team of professionals on site to assist if needed, and ease of use. Though we did not take advantage of it, they even have moving trucks for move-in use, only fee is mileage. When we went to check this place out, the units with the size space we were seeking were fully occupied, so we ended up with a larger space for not much more than we were paying at the previous place. For that, the value is pretty good. Overall, so far so good. I would definitely recommend Mini Price for your self storage needs.

Do not store any boxes put everything in plastic bins. The unit will leak and your stuff will get wet. Seal everything tight avoid outdoor friends (bugs) making a home in your stuff. Now....If you close out write a letter and send it certified mail to ensure they get it. I called beginning of the month for Jan 2022 to inform them of my intentions to vacant the unit. The lady I spoke with advised that was fine and if I had a credit on my account (which I did for military) it will be refunded by check and mailed within 15 days. Jan 28th I called again to advise it will be all cleaned and swept out per policy at the end of the month. The lady I spoke with confirmed my address to mail the check to and stated ok. Jan 31st I called to confirm she has my unit closed out and done. Welp, Feb 1st I was charged for the unit. Feb 5th my account was closed. Feb 28th I got a refund check for $54.53 (well my credit was on the account for $25.00 already and the monthly fee was $88.00). This math isn't mathing right....... Here we are March 25, finally get a hold of someone and she asked who did you talk to....mmm I don't know person sound older though. And I really didn't think I need to check and balance with a storage facility, but Ok. So she explains my refund is minus the 15days of not given written notice. Unit is 88.00 per month (2.93 per day) 2.93 x 15 days= $44.00 88.00 - 44.00 = $44.00 refund I ALREADY HAD A $25.00 CREDIT ON MY ACCOUNT FOR WHEN I OPENED THE UNIT WITH THEM.. $54.53 - $44.00 = $10.53 $25.00 - $10.53= $14.47 REFUND MISSING!! Moral of the story they will take your money!

Anyway, I rented a unit here just over a year ago to facilitate a move. The facility was convenient for me and not over priced. Other positives: - Facility is clean and in decent shape. - Office hours 7 days a week. There are a few minor negatives, but nothing serious: - They do not send you a bill unless you miss a payment - and then they add a late fee. - As of November 2017, they are increasing rates by about 30%, but they were maybe a little low before. I plan to be out before the increase takes effect. The staff is reasonably friendly and helpful, but not overly personable. All in all, I've seen far worse storage places and much more expensive ones too. I'm happy with the deal I got.

The one time move in fee for the rental vehicle, gas and mileage was more than fair. I paid.25 cents a mile and.25 cents a mile for gas and I had the rental truck from 11am until 5pm and my total cost was $8.50. The great customer service, the great truck rental fee, plus the clean rental facility deserves 5 stars from me. I highly recommend!
