I'm emotionally traumatized by him, he had no business raising his voice to me when I was trying to de-escalate the situation. She then to proceed to tell me I have to walk through the entire building to get toward my unit because I can't walk through the inside door with her because of "security purposes" Anyways. After finally getting into my unit to my surprised everything had a layer of rat poop on it. The one time move in fee for the rental vehicle, gas and mileage was more than fair.
