    Do NOT use this company. Worst moving experience I've ever had…read more My scheduled arrival window was 12-3 PM. At 2:30 PM I received a call saying they were on the way. No one showed up. I had to call twice for updates, and the movers didn't arrive until 5 PM -- nearly three hours after the end of the window. Once they arrived, they moved extremely slowly and spent excessive time wrapping even basic items. After loading the truck, I received a call at 8:30 PM saying they would not be delivering my furniture that night because they had "timed out." I was left sitting in an empty house with my daughter and our dog with no furniture, no belongings, and nowhere to sleep. We were told to get a hotel and that it would be reimbursed. At 9 PM on a Friday night, I had to scramble to find a last-minute room. I was also limited to hotels within the City of Richmond because I didn't want to drive far from the house given the circumstances. When I later submitted the $300 hotel bill, I was rudely told, "We didn't say you could stay at the most expensive hotel in Richmond." That was completely untrue -- I booked what was available, last minute, within a reasonable distance. To make matters worse, they left items behind at my old house, damaged my front door, and no one has reached out to apologize or offer a meaningful resolution. UPDATE: Their Customer Experience team reached out promptly after I shared my feedback. They were very apologetic, took my experience seriously, and offered to reimburse me for the hotel.
