There is no way to give a lower star rating than a 1 beware of this company the company will have you work and then if you're not on top of them they will refuse to do their job and regulate and record your hours in line with the job that they placed you in .Then you're without a check, they say that they verify your hours with you, which is completely unheard of because you could make up hours the lady that supposedly owns the company which is not entirely true Corey Divine is partial owner as well she has an attitude problem. She will talk down to you be rude to you she basically looks at every body coming into her office of work as lower class or trash by the way she talks to people . I would beware of this company for sure if looking for employment try going directly to jobs not only will it increase your pay due to cutting out the middleman thus raising your pay. But you don't have to deal with these rude unprofessional people. ZERO STARS! read more

This group was amazing. We had a last minute move in July that had to be done within 2 weeks and I thought it was going to be impossible to find help during the busy moving season. It was also our first time using PODS, which only gives you time estimates and not exact drop off times. They were very understanding and accommodating to this. Since our pod was dropped off early that day, I called to let them know the movers could come early if they were available. They showed up within 45 minutes of my call (which was 4 hrs ahead of our scheduled time) and we beat a major storm. Everything was handled with care, their pricing was very fair (we only needed help with carrying things into the pod--did not need actual moving help such as boxing, wrapping, etc), and they were very kind and professional. We hired two guys for three hours and they did an outstanding job. Particularly, Will Heath was extremely cautious and methodical about how he and Phil fit all of my larger furniture into one single garage, without any damage to anything and also allowing for reasonable access to anything I might need sooner than later. He is very courteous, prompt and also quite personable. This is the second time I have used this company in three years, and I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone. Also, I believe that this is the most cost-efficient way of moving, where you pay a very reasonable rate for the Rent the Help guys, and then can rent your own 15' moving van for $66/day (Budget). My total move of almost an entire household of furniture & misc boxes came to $270, including the truck and even tips for the two guys. Couldn't be more pleased! read more

Excellent service. I hired Rent the Help to go in and clean up the chaos left by Bekins movers when they delivered my household furnishings to two adjoining storage units (rooms). I paid Rent the Help by the hour and the workers were very considerate on being efficient with their time. They organized the jumbled and hazardous mess of many boxes mixed and balanced with furniture. When Rent the Help was finished, the boxes were safely stacked and organized by rooms as previously labeled. The furniture was safely situated, to avoid further damage already caused in the move. The Rent the Help work will save considerable time and expense when moving everything to my new home. I found the entire Rent the Help team to be courteous and very responsive. We hired 3 guys to load the items from our townhouse into a POD. All three of the guys were on time, polite, and were efficient workers. All three were constantly in motion moving items back and forth. You could tell they had packed many pods before as they knew exactly what items to put in and what order so that every inch was filled as much as possible. We had a few items that didnt fit into the pod (which we had already known was going to be the case) and they moved them all so they were downstairs in one location to make it easier for us when we moved those items out ourselves later. They were so fast they actually finished an hour faster than we had estimated. We will be calling back when we get to our new house for help unloading! read more

We have used Rent The Help twice now and had the same great experience both times. Prior to the move, we had very clear communication from the office and on the day of the move, things could not have gone smoother. Both our movers, Loc and Dylan, showed up on time, ready to work. They were able to organize the furniture and files needed to load onto our moving truck very efficiently and worked extremely well together. When we got to our storage unit, both movers were again in sync with what needed to be done. We also wanted to add furniture from a storage unit close by. I gave Rent The Help 4 stars because I just don't believe anyone or anything is perfect. They may not be 5 but they are as close as it gets. I used Rent The Help for their companion care services for my mother. Our family decided a long while back after mother was scammed that we needed to work out our schedules so that there was always someone with her. We were able to maintain up until my son started College in January. We have struggled since. We looked into companion care but could not find anyone affordable. A friend told me about Rent The Help. To make a long story short we are now using them and it is definitely in our budget and my mother is happy and safe. read more

Awesome awesome experience! Matt, Will and Sandy were on time and very professional. They had to load up stuff from a detached garage and also furniture and boxes of all sizes from the apartment. Then unload all this (including furniture reassembly) at our new home. They even put together our Daughters bunk bed which probably took the longest since it was already taken apart when they loaded it (dismantled from a previous move, no space for it in our apartment). I needed movers to help load/unload furniture and larger items out of my second story apartment in The Fan to our new place. Rent the help was awesome in my move. It took a long time for my house to close, and I could not find movers available for my date. I was booking an U-HAUL truck, and stumbled upon rent the help. After the initial request, Connor contacted me and sent Hank, Ben and Wyatt to help load/unload. The three guys were awesome, came early and started work. I moved out of a 3 BR Townhouse, and into a larger house in 2.75 hours in a packed 17 ft U Haul. All three folks were friendly, and professional. I would definitely recommend them. We decided to rent a U-Haul to move our daughter and found Rent The Help for the labor. The two guys they sent were the best. They arrived on time and the lead guy knew exactly how he wanted to load the U-Haul. They moved heavy furniture down to stairs and then up two and three stairs at the new house without mishap. Used this company for the first time yesterday. I had called by mistake, not realizing that they do not provide a moving truck. However, the person who I spoke with pointed out how I could save dollars if I rented a small UHaul for $19.95 and use two of his workers to move my stuff. He was right. The move went smoothly.
