    Here is a picture of the damage Bellhop did to one side of my entertainment center. I have additional pictures of the damages done to my bed frame, bedroom dresser, kitchen table, and hardwood floors in my living room. Beware if you decide to hire this moving company! They sent me a settlement offer of only $308 after they damaged thousands of dollars worth of my furniture and flooring. The document they sent me for the settlement agreement did not even show how they arrived at this figure, so I'm assuming it was completely arbitrary. I am still waiting for a response to my follow up email I sent yesterday morning. Completely unacceptable.

They worked very efficiently especially moving items up 3 floors on an 85-degree day. The quote was quite accurate(even though I helped just a bit). There was a two-hour minium, even though it only took 1 hr 45mins to load, drive, and unload all of my items to the new apartment. Overall this was an excellent company for moving, and I will definitely use them again once I move!

The person said they will have all the pads and straps to deal with the job. When they showed up. They told me I could RENT the pads and straps. Which I felt a little bait ans switched, but I said ok "you've got a $50.00 budget do what you need. If you need more just ask me." I was in the space with them the entire time. They never asked for more to add more.pads. When I called today and reported damage. They said that piece was a piece they put in the container unprotected, and b/c I wouldnt let them have any more pads, that it was my fault and they weren't going to do anything about it. To make it worse their Operations Manager Jameson was part of the first move, the one that made this decision, and the one who is delivering this message to me. I thought given his position in the company I could trust he would do an adequate job of protecting my stuff. The guys who did the work were great. Jessica in sales has been great. It is disappointing to have the back end of the company fall apart and deliver unprofessional service. If you are fine with scratches then proceed, otherwise beware...

After yet another text from them, I replied with "stop", assuming it was an automated system. Got a snarky emoji back. Very glad I didn't trust these guys with anything important.

One positive I failed to note in my original review is that they did provide 45 days of free storage opposed to standard 30 days. For these reasons, I'm increasing my rating from 1 to 3 stars. ___________________ During the sales and scheduling process, Bold Moving was wonderful. They were flexible and accommodating. They even said they would pack and move liquids if they were not "Flammable or combustible items (gasoline, kerosene, propane, etc.). Everything changed once they showed up. The packers were very nice but told us they could not pack any liquids. When I followed up with the salesperson they responded, "I thought it was only flammable liquids, but you could pack non flammables in a plastic bin not in cardboard boxes in case it leaks." The real challenge started when scheduling the delivery of our items after they were in storage for about 6 weeks. I emailed two weeks in advance asking for a specific delivery date. It was accepted as the first available delivery date, and I was told they would call the day before to confirm the delivery time. When I didn't receive that call, I followed up with them first via email then via phone. I was told they would put our stuff on a truck, and it would be delivered "sometime early next week" which was about 5 days later. It was clear they would not make the date requested but no one reached out to tell us. This was extremely frustrating since I had a business trip the following week. I followed up daily but could not get a confirmed delivery date. I canceled my business trip on a Monday when someone told me they would going to try and deliver our items that week. He was very clear that he would contact me when there was an update. Therefore, I stopped following up. On Wednesday, I received a phone call from the driver. They were 20 minutes away from the empty house I was not at. Due to the lack of communication in the delivery process, everything felt like a fire drill. I lost money on the business trip that had to be rescheduled and incurred additional costs extending our temporary housing. But, I was relieved to finally have our things. The delivery team was also nice, but many items were broken. The leg on one of our dressers was broken. They blamed the packers because the dresser was just wrapped with all the original items inside making it heavier. Some dressers were emptied but some were still full. I could here the contents of our nightstands rattling around inside. Although wardrobe boxes were used, none of our clothes were hung up - just thrown in the box with the hangers on them. Kitchen items were just thrown in boxes. Some of boxes weren't even properly labeled - just "K" for kitchen. Lastly, the delivery team left scuff marks all over the walls with deep dings in some places on the wall. This was my worst moving experience ever. I would never recommend Bold Moving & Storage.
