I am on a Saturday evening at…read more7:41 trying to get ahold of the property management because they promised me two units to move into tomorrow and I just saw the woman this afternoon and she never gave me a code and she doesn't even have my name on those two units so I have rented a truck I have filled that truck it is sitting out in front of this happy boxes which is a joke waiting to be unloaded into a facility that is closed tomorrow as far as a property manager. I have put money out that I don't have poor truck and for people to help me and took off work because I have to have my stuff out of this unit by the 14th and it is now the 11th and the plan was to move on the 12th into this facility. I have called several times to a phone number and had been promised three times already that they will contact the manager and have her call me they have contacted the manager through text I imagine that's what they told me and she has not returned or called me to straighten this matter out. I am going to wait 15 more minutes and I will be calling the number back there is no listing for a corporate number to call them. I will make plans to go to another facility. I will also make sure that the media know exactly how I've been treated by this company. Now because of this I will have to hire movers to get this done because the people I have ,have jobs to go to on Monday. Talk about a company that puts a person like me 62 years old in a bind like this and doesn't have the decency to call me back to make this right. I wouldn't give it one star but because they have no options for no stars I had to put one. I suggest that you not use this company unless you want to deal with this kind of in consideration.

I called yesterday to request that my June payment be postponed until July because I experienced an unexpected financial hardship that was beyond my control. My dog recently passed away from kidney failure, and I incurred significant veterinary and end-of-life expenses. I explained that I would be able to pay both the June and July payments together next month. Dylan told me that this arrangement would be fine. I specifically asked whether the late fee could be waived, and he responded that it could. However, when I later asked him to confirm the total amount that would be due in July, the amount he provided included the late fee. When I reminded him that he had agreed to waive it, he then stated that he could not do so. Before we had even fully discussed my situation, Dylan was very persistent about asking me to go online and leave him a positive review on Yelp. Based on what he initially told me, I submitted the review. However, after he reversed the information he had given me and did not provide the assistance he promised, I no longer feel that my positive review accurately reflects my experience. My concern is that Dylan appeared more focused on receiving a favorable review than on providing clear and accurate information about my payment arrangement. Representatives should be well-informed about company policies and should not promise accommodations that they are not authorized to provide. Please consider this message my request to retract the positive feedback I previously submitted. I also wanted to bring this matter to management's attention so that another customer experiencing a hardship does not receive conflicting information or feel pressured to leave a review before their issue has actually been resolved. Thank you for taking the time to review my concern.
