Their 20-passenger party bus was the perfect size for our group. Sharon made the booking process incredibly easy and was so helpful in answering all of our questions. Their pricing was also much more affordable than other companies we looked at, so booking with them was an easy decision. We were able to schedule pickup from our friend's house, transportation to our event, and a return pickup and drop-off afterward without any issues. Our driver, Leland, provided 10/10 service. He made sure we had the best experience from the moment we got on the bus by setting up the Bluetooth before we left and making sure the cooler was stocked with ice. He even picked us up a little earlier than scheduled since our event ended ahead of time. Most importantly, he got us to and from our destination safely while making the ride fun and enjoyable. Thank you, Leland, for being such an amazing driver! We'll definitely be booking with CLS Global Transportation again for future events, and I recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, affordable, and excellent party bus service.

After some research, I came across this local Concord company. Word of advice: don't always look to the major cities like San Francisco, San Jose, Oakland... they can't offer you the personal level of service that local businesses can. I spoke with Vicki, the co-owner, to get a quote and was pleasantly surprised at the competitive rate. Our group of 30 youth group kids and teachers chartered a 47-passenger bus for a winter retreat in South Lake Tahoe. Subsequent correspondence was with Charles, who was also very helpful and accommodating. Our driver, Geno, was very knowledgeable, good with our kids, and willing to work with us every step of the way. I think the thing I liked best about AST was their "no B.S." approach to business. Because we were travelling to Tahoe and weather conditions/traffic are always relatively unknown, I was worried about overages in cost. I was assured there wouldn't be any hidden fees or charges, and they kept their word. What I paid up front was what it cost. Kudos. Like their website states, they only employ qualified drivers with tons of experience. Everyone I dealt with at AST was a shining example of this policy, not just the drivers. I am thoroughly impressed with the level of service we received, and I'm confident we have found a company we can do business with for years to come!

Once our guest started showing up, he was very personable and helped everyone with luggage that they had. And the bus was in amazing shape.
