Clean place, always has a table. We did wait a bit to get our order taken. They have a senior breakfast for 55 and older, LOVE THIS. It was a perfect amount and good price. My husband had the Swedish pancakes and he loved them. We have been a few times, we would go back! read more

Little hard to find, but I found after a friendly phone call. breakfast and fresh squeezed orange juice made up the meal and it was excellent. A friendly kind waitress and a great cook made up the staff. Hope you enjoy. read more

Terrible. Customer service sucks and BEWARE they charge an automatic tip but don't tell you. When you tip again, they don't say anything so you end up tipping over 40%. Food okay. Lots of much better options with way better customer service. read more

The food was actually pretty good but the service was horrible. I used to be a server myself so I know and I usually don't leave reviews but our server wasnt friendly at all and didn't check on us once however she checked on another table 3 times before they even had food down, I never got my drink that I ordered and another server had to refill my water after 10 minutes of it being empty and i like to think of myself as very kind especially cause I know how it is and the only reason I can think of for being treated this way is because I'm black. Very sad and disappointed. read more

Was pretty disappointing to get home with a pancake breakfast that was to include 2 pancakes eggs 2 bacon and 2 sausage but only had eggs and pancakes... Meatless breakfast...boo read more

We get our car serviced at Lynnwood Honda, right across the street. Last Saturday, my wife and I decided to have breakfast here while waiting. I went with ham, eggs over medium, their fried potatoes, english muffin, coffee. My wife tried an omelette. I will start with the good. They toasted my english muffin and my wife's toast pretty well. Now the bad... My wife found her omelette was more of a scramble. Not a dealbreaker, but annoying. Her dealbreaker was the amount of cheese and veg in her omelette. It was mostly egg. The coffee was the worst I've had at a diner in memory. I couldn't finish a single cup. My eggs were over easy. So the whites were runny. The ham tasted off. My wife took a bit and agreed. She actually spit hers out onto her plate. The potatoes were cut too large, and were undercooked. I like my potatoes a but crunchy... but not that kind if crunchy! They were also barely seasoned. Any one of these things I would have shrugged off. But all together it added up to $30 for a breakfast neither of us could finish. Also, I could see the kitchen from our seat. One cook wasn't masked, and the other was doing the thing where they keep the mask below their nose. Next time we get the car serviced, we'll walk a bit further and have breakfast at the casino. read more

Wow. Just had honestly a super jarring experience. The food was great and my server was awesome, but I went to the bathroom afterwards and they had a push type door. I pushed once and it wasn't moving so I pushed one time thinking I hadn't pushed hard enough but then and realized it was locked. I turned around to wait when a moment later a super rude employee rushes out and yells at me saying , "if you push once and it doesn't open it's locked". Like- sorry ma'am, I didn't realize it was locked until the second push. Startled, I apologized, but she stared me down like I had mortally offended her. What a weird experience- totally soured my morning. read more

Food was really good . Especially enjoyed the whipped sweet cream for the crepes! I put it on my waffles too and it was heavenly!

All of the kitchen staff have had their masks pulled down for the entire thirty minutes I've been here

I move out of the area and then they finally build a Patty's? Well glad to say that I'm back and as true to its name, the food is still amazing. The only issue I have with this location is that all the tables are so close to each other I feel like the other patrons are part of my breakfast. The staff is super nice and fast and I love the fast pace they are running. Glad to see the younger generation having pride in their work and working hard. read more

The Food tasted bad recently and when I questioned the receptionist cut me off. In the order after this I tried the Grubhub Service delivery and did not receive the order. When I called once again I was sharply interupted as she stated "that is not with us but your delivery driver." Have there been deliveries and pickup orders with no problems? Yes however in the last 3 months the food has had bacon that smelled bad on the corners and broken sauce that had a slight smell. Does not matter to try and suggest just rude service... read more

Edmonds location: After showing up at my scheduled time my take out order wasn't ready and I was asked to stand outside in the cold and wait. I did for several minutes, then came back in to check to see if the order was ready, it still was not, so I sat down at a one person table near the front more than 6 feet away from anybody and out of the way. They tell me I need to move because people are waiting for this table, which they are not, it's only for one person and there it's only one group of two people at the front door waiting to be seated so they wouldn't sit at this table. I am told to go wait outside in the cold again. I go outside to wait for several more minutes, come back well after the time the order was supposed to be ready, to find out that for some reason on their tablet it shows my order has been canceled. I did not cancel it. Way to go with customer service guys, you've definitely lost a customer. read more

How do I put this, it's not as great as Beth's Cafe, but also not as terrible as Denny's. Safe to say it's right in the middle of it all. This location just opened right by WinCo in Edmonds and i pass by it everyday so why not give it a shot? It's the typical breakfast/brunch aura. The servers are prompt so no issues there. I ordered the Bigfoot, which was a larger piece of chicken fried steak served with 3 eggs and a side of hash browns. The steak and the country gravy desperately needed salt. It was bland, but it was cooked perfect. The hash browns were well seasoned. I wonder if it was cooked by two different people. I would come back but I wonder if the other dishes will lack salt as well? read more

I was in this morning for take out and the staff couldn't be bothered to do anything. One person was standing off to the side on her phone and kept looking at me so I know she saw me. When she finally acknowledged I was there about 10 minuets later they took my order. They brought out the food and I went home. The menu shows the biscuits and gravy comes with eggs, hash browns and sausage or bacon. I got two biscuits and the side I ordered but no has browns, eggs or gravy. The first visit they did well but now that there's an issue they don't answer their phone and their voicemail doesn't even state it's this business but a default greeting with a phone number. I was excited for this location but after today it's likely they've lost a customer for life. I love the other locations and have frequently visited but I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone. UPDATE: I went in and was offered the missing items but told her I had no need as I had cooked my own eggs and gravy. She claimed the POS system is "so new nobody has figured out how to give a refund." She gave me a frequent diner punch card and filled the punch so I am eligible for $6 off my next order. So I paid a net of $6.50 plus tax and tip for two biscuits and have a filled punch card that will do me no good since you couldn't pay me to return after the way they handled this mistake. Recommendation: Save you're money. If you decide you've gotta have their food, avoid the Edmonds location and definitely don't order takeout! read more

We just discovered one of our all time favorite breakfast cafes opened in Edmonds We can't believe it's been open over 5 months and we weren't aware! Great service clean and awesome food! The food was terrible. Over medium eggs were over cooked on one side and raw on the other, I didn't know this was possible. Hash browns were cooked to perfection on the outside and undercooked in the center. Bacon was way overcooked. Service was great. read more

DELIVERY DRIVERS STAY AWAY!! THIS PLACE IS A WASTE OF OUR TIME!! Let's not forget that you're being evaluated by your delivery drivers . I came in to pick up a DoorDash order and whoever the girl was behind the counter told me someone else would help me. All she had to do was hand me my order and this review wouldn't have been written. I've worked restaurants, people have options. Why should they've go to Yuit establishment? WhT sets you apart? Sure as hell ain't your service !! if you're not a team you're nothing. I won't deliver for this store or the one on mount lake terrace. I won't eat here either, they just told me they don't need my patronage read more

Very displeased with service and food. We recently ate at Mountlake Terrace and it was exceptional. You wouldn't know that this was the same franchise. We were greeted, and asked our beverage requests - I asked for water and got coffee. Ok - I requested creamer and water which she brought - but no silverware to stir coffee. Had to ask twice for a spoon. She brought us a menu which was breakfast only, so we assumed the was a breakfast only location. I ordered the mini breakfast with extra crispy bacon and hashbrowns, hsbd ordered breakfast burrito and was not give a choice of sides to go with it. My order had neither potatoes or bacon that was crispy, asked to redo the bacon. She took the entire plate and brought back bacon that still wasn't crispy and now the egg was cold. We had to ask if the burrito came with a side - yes - hashbrowns. No ketchup was brought for hashbrowns, no freezer jam offered for toast. Upon receiving our check, we asked if they had a lunch menu and were told we needed to ask for it when we came in. In my opinion we should have been asked which menu we preferred since it was 1:30pm. It was a truly aggravating experience. we will not be back. Mountlake Terrace is now our location of choice. where they treat you like welcomed guests. read more

Favorite little "mom and pop" breakfast joint in this area. Hits the spot and I haven't gotten anything off the menu I didn't absolutely love. Swedish pancakes are a must-try but their Greek fare is also amazing. The different eggs bennies they have too offer a wide variety of flavor palettes to please. One time I was in with my boyfriend and we hadn't realized the closing time approaching. We just ate at our leisure like we always do and didn't realize it was past closing time until after we left. Nobody said anything negative, complained or pressured us to leave. I'll always remember that kindness and will always come back to eat here (and make sure I'm not late.) Coffee keeps coming and it's always hot and fresh. I'll always stop by Patty's when I'm hungry for some breakfast. read more

This place has gone downhill! Cooks don't care about presentation of the food or quality. ordered a Reuben sandwich for take out, there was no thousand island dressing, no sauerkraut and the cornbeef was just a bunch of fat with bacon pieces in it. Got it home and couldn't eat it so brought it back the next day and asked for refund of my money. manager did give me refund, but because it was in a takeout box I feel the cooks didn't care what they put in it because it was in a box and I couldn't see the contents when I picked it up! read more

First off the food took a good 30 mins to arrive. When it did the toast was not toasted but felt like stale bread. Then the hash browns, though well browned, was completely flavorless so for the first time I used the table salt. Didn't help. Then I moved on to the Italian Joe scramble, wooow completely flavorless. How do you make Italian sausage flavorless?!? The cheese was not melted, the onions were raw. I literally couldn't stomach it and for the first time left a restaurant starving. I am never coming back, what a waste of money and calories. Servers were nice and my bf said the coffee was good. But that was it. His brats were also not flavorful, his eggs also bland. It's like this whole place has never heard of cooking with salt or seasoning. It's probably the worst place I have ever eaten at. I wanted to say something but my bf being super southern just said everything was great. FAR from the truth. I should have just eaten at Starbucks across the way. Would have been the same price and at least I'd be full and my expectations would be met. Don't be fooled by the photos, this is bland town USA. My bf has been having stomach problems ever since. read more

I ordered by DoorDash bacon, eggs and biscuit with hot sauce and utensils requested. The food was cold, was provided no utensils, I got sausage instead of bacon and ketchup instead of hot sauce. Rude customer service. Doordash it if you're desperate, better than having these people ruin your day

Would review the food if I could. However I ordered food for delivery from Uber eats and immediately after ordering the restaurant canceled the order saying they were "too busy" on a Tuesday! What business turns away paying customers because they don't want to do the work!?! I have worked in the diner business before and never would we have turned away people because we were "busy" read more

It was a sad visit, I remember Pattie's in Mill Creek was excellent, I don't remember ever being disappointed there. Today service was pretty slow, as there's one cook & one server till 9. Swedish pancakes were flavorless, only one was finished, bacon was undercooked as the fatty pieces tasted weird & just chewy. Chicken fried steak hurt my teeth, overcooked & overpriced for what you recieve! Hash Browns were inedible, undercooked and wet, some of the worst I've come across. Even the toast screwed up, as though they have an insta toaster! It was only warmed up a bit. Coffee was okay and didn't run dry. All this for $38 read more

Ordered two breakfasts from Patty's Eggnest off UberEats around 8:50 this morning, my card was charged and I was given a delivery estimate of 30 minutes. 40 minutes passes and I get a call from the Uber driver saying Patty's Eggnest has told him they are not doing any deliveries or pick ups. THEN TAKE YOUR RESTAURANT OFF UBER EATS. It's pretty simple: if you don't want to accommodate deliveries during peak hours, MAKE YOUR RESTAURANT UNAVAILABLE ON FOOD DELIVERY APPS AND SITES. No, they'd rather create terrible customer experiences and cancel orders at the last minute. read more

Don't let looks fool you. This place may look nice and quaint but that's just first impressions. Fiancée and I came her 3-15 and sat down. The young girl working was very standoffish as was the older gal working. My partner asked if they had cappuccinos. The girl rudely said no and walked away. 20 minutes past before we were finally able to order. She said she wanted crispy bacon. It started to pick up a little bit in the restaurant. They need to have more than one person working in the kitchen and one person taking orders. One guy got so mad he walked out. Patricia the lady taking the orders followed him out and said did you not want your hot chocolate? I just made it. He came back. He looked so mad. When she brought the food it looked good however the bacon pieces were all just fat. Same with my partners. I asked if I could have mine remade just a little crispier. She snatched my plate took it to the kitchen and began bitching about it. They can't seem to remember who ordered what. 30$ for two cokes and two breakfasts so it wasn't too steep But these people need an attitude adjustment. The bacon was clearly thrown back into the microwave because my whole plate was hot and the bacon was like eating leather . Warning unless you don't want to be grossed out don't read on: I am writing this review from my bathroom toilet because not even a half hour after eating it messed up my stomach. I'm sure you can guess what happened. This isn't a mom and pop restaurant. They don't care for your business and they are mean. We felt totally unwelcome here the whole time. We won't be going back. Just a side note If you are anything other than a straight white male or an elderly couple you won't be treated fairly here. Check the other reviews. read more

Food not good, very bland. Eggs undercooked. Everting needed salt. Biscuits and gravy was gross. Sausage was gross.

Oh. They were great! Fabulous filling scramble and corned beef hash! We split those and we were both really satiated!! Thank you!

It kind of frustrates me that people are getting paid for doing jack sh**. As is the new norm for me, I get so caught up with taking care of my kids and all the crap I have to do that I missed eating breakfast. By the time I looked at the clock, it was already 11 AM. I packed up the kids and decided to stop by Patty's Eggnest since it's so close to my home and figured it would have offerings for my picky toddler. We got in the door and one of the women behind the counter acknowledged me and said I can sit anywhere. I decided to sit at the booth near the entrance. It was 11 AM on a Monday (today) and it wasn't packed or anything. So, we sat down and I glanced up at the chalkboard that had 3 offerings. None was really interesting to me, so I looked around for a menu. I didn't see one. You know what else I didn't see? Any of the workers trying to help me. They're only open from 7 to 3. Is it too much to get some service half way through the day, FFS?!? read more

Solid little breakfast joint. Quick and friendly service with a smile. It's hidden in a larger strip mall complex next to a WinCo foods. The restaurant is clean and bright - plus you can see the kitchen from the front of house. Looks like they had a recent remodel. And they make fresh squeezed orange juice from a machine - you can watch it being made! read more

Patty's Eggnest - Front View - Breakfast & Brunch Near Me - Edmonds, Washington

Disappointed is an understatement. Went there today for breakfast, later in the morning so there were probably about 3 tables besides ours. It took us over 20 minutes to take our order, and no refills on coffee. After taking our order, the waitress was telling every customer that she was really sick and continued to cough/sneeze and wipe her nose with her hands. Once our food came out it was all cold. Sausage was overcooked and cold. We didn't eat our food, but pick at it because the waitress was obviously sick. There was another person refilling coffee that wasn't the server, so perhaps that person could have turned food out. It was just gross. We will not be back. read more

Oh my goodness, where do I start? Don't come to this location! This was the most awful experience my partner and I have ever had with customer service. I love Patty's Eggnest, but this location disappointed us greatly. We tried to order our food, but wanted to make some modifications. As we ordered we decided to cancel our French Toast because our waitress said that it would be a lot food. To make sure she had cancelled it, we called her over afterwards and asked her if she had cancelled the French Toast. The attitude started here. She glared at my partner and became upset and said "No! You wanted to cancel your French Toast?" And continued to glare at my partner before angrily walking away...and then walking out of the restaurant. We could not believe that that had happened. We then asked one of the staff members who the manager was and she was confused. She spoke in Spanish to the lady at the counter who apparently was the manager. My partner and I are both Native Spanish speakers, so we then spoke to both of them in Spanish and they were still confused and rude. When we paid, the manager charged us and refused to speak to us (in English or Spanish) or to even look at us. We have never not tipped, but this was the first time. We are never going back! Also, we are not sure if this treatment was due to the fact that we are a gay couple, but it sure felt like we were not wanted there. read more

Please do NOT order from them. I had ordered Uber eats delivery through them and it literally took them 2 hrs just to PREPARE the food. The delay was not the driver's fault none whatsoever. My first time here and my group and I were all very excited to try it. Ultimately we all walked out feeling unsatisfied and disappointed. We were sat down but we never received menus. I had to get up from my chair and walk to the back where the menus were located and bring some back otherwise I'm not sure how long we would have waited just for some menus. The prices are quite pricey and the coffee as well. A cup of coffee is almost $4 and that's just for a basic cup of black coffee. May as well just go to Starbucks and get actual coffee that tastes good. Ultimately, the food left us unsatisfied, the coffee was overpriced and disappointing and the service was poor. I wouldn't recommend. read more
