Cookie dough cheesecake is absolutely delicious! We came back next day to get more. Wish you were in KCMO!!

I had the pleasure to stop in during the STL Bakery Crawl. The @foundry is not my favorite place to shop, but Patty's fits right in in the dining hall. It is in a location that is not convenient for passing by, however, if you are eating there it is great. The @foundry itself is a bit cold in decor. I tried the mini cheesecake and they were good, I loved the mini size, because for me they were the perfect size for an end of a meal. The staff was ok, she seemed a bit board but was kind and helpful. read more

Good cheesecake, but highly overpriced. One slice cost me $11 after tax and it definitely wasn't fresh. Tasted like it had been frozen for a while. Lady working did not greet me, just came out and asked me what I wanted. Maybe worth it as a one off, but probably not worth a return. read more

Truly lovely and a huge variety of options. I needed something special for an event and decided to run by Patty's to use as prizes for a game. I got the mini cheesecakes to distribute and they were the perfect addition! Everyone loved them, the crowd favorite was definitely the key lime. Strawberry was quite popular as well. Patty's Cheesecakes - Banana Pudding cheesecake - Bakeries Near Me - St. Louis, Missouri

I love a good cheesecake so had to try Patty's Cheesecake at the Foundry in StL. They have a lot of unique flavors which appears to change regularly, offering something new every time. However, the prices are a little steep at $4.25 for a petite (3 bites) and $9.50 for a slice. Unfortunately, they were out of forks so I had to ask other vendors. The display case was missing some flavors so I asked if they had any in back to which they did. Glad I asked but every available option should be on display and replenished until sold out. read more

What's not to love about mini cheesecakes!!? We have stopped by a few times to try their mini cheesecakes and needless to say I haven't tried one I haven't liked yet! I wasn't too sure about the sweet potato pie one but it may be one of my favorites! The original is always good and the cranberry white chocolate was equally yummy!! They also have slices but I like the petites so I can try different ones. Great place! read more

I've heard of this food theory that states that when you're eating, the first bite of food is always the best. The second bite is almost as good as the first. But after the third bite, you're just "chasing the dragon" to recreate the pleasure of that first bite. I feel like that's true. I find that I'm most happy when I eat just a few bites of something extremely good, rather than a lot of bites of something that's mid. Patty's Cheesecakes is perfect for people like me: People who want just a few bites of something that's excellent. Patty's sells slices of cheesecake, but even better is that they sell petite cheesecakes, which are about the size of a cupcake and are, at most, about four small bites of cheesecake. Perfect! Honestly, you could probably eat one of Patty's petite cheesecakes in a giant bite, or two regular-person bites. They're just the right amount of dessert. They have a stall at City Foundry Food Hall in St. Louis. It's hard to walk by Patty's Cheesecakes without wanting to buy something, because all of the desserts in the display case look delectable. Cheesecake flavors range from chocolate chip to pink lemonade to birthday cake to blueberry honey. But if I'm trying a cheesecake for the first time, I'm going for the classic: original cheesecake. My original petite cheesecake was incredibly creamy, with sprinkles of graham cracker on top and a layer of buttery graham cracker on the bottom. It was perfect. The desserts are all ready to go, so I had no wait at all to get my dessert once I ordered. The lady behind the counter was very friendly and patient with me while I gazed at all of the goods before I decided what I wanted. This is one of the only places at City Foundry dedicated to dessert, and it's definitely the place to go when you're in the mood for cheesecake. read more

I love this place because of Patty herself! I met her the other day and you can tell she loves her place with her whole heart and takes the time to think about these desserts. Minis are my favorite if I don't want a full slice but when I do wanna full slice, I want the Oreo centered slice or the apple pie cheesecake I enjoyed. It's closer to the back of the Foundry so just walk back there and enjoy! Next time I want to try the Apple Pie Ala Mode. read more

If you like authentic cheesecake, I'd recommend! Even two of us who don't like cheesecake loved it and wanted a bigger piece. The small ones are pretty small. But the regular slices are decent for the price! I had original and I'd get again anytime I'm in St. Louis. Great location too! Free parking. Nice place to hang out read more

Wherever you eat your main meal at in, The City Foundry, be sure to leave room for dessert. Then when you are ready for dessert, head over to Patty's Cheesecakes. When I arrived at The City Foundry, I quickly cruised all the food booths to see my options for lunch and once I saw Patty's, I knew I needed to leave room for dessert. Some of my favorite flavors for dessert are; birthday/wedding cake and funfetti. Seeing this huge slice of Funfetti, I was sold. It was perfectly creamy and not overly sweet. I am thrilled that there's a local baker showing STL that not all cheesecakes are like those mass produced cakes at the restaurant located in area malls. Yes, I said local. Did you know, Patty's is a local, black and woman owned business? Well I am here to tell you, that it is. Besides being delicious cheesecakes, that gives you three more reasons to support this independent baker. read more

went to the foundry on a chill wednesday night! i got the brownie cheesecake sandwich and my roomie got the strawberry cheesecake! i was bummed to see there wasn't many chocolate options for slices, but they did offer it in the petites. reasonable priced they were about $8 each. similar to cheesecake factory. nice employee and good service (: read more

Too expensive for a lack of quality taste. I had the banana cheesecake. Did not even taste like bananas; it actually seemed dry - not creamy or moist. I prefer Nee York style cheesecake with a dough base not graham crackers. Disappointed all the way around. My fault I should have investigated better. You may like it. read more

I was excited to try one of their cheesecakes at City Foundry, but honestly, it was pretty disappointing. Got their original flavored slices and the cheesecakes were not what I was expecting. I thought it would be more like Cheesecake Factory's where there was a graham cracker crust and rich filling but this one was kind of a mix between that and Japanese cheesecakes. Wasn't a super big fan of the extra graham cracker layer on top and thought the cake itself was a bit too sweet for my taste. Overall, not sure if this would be my choice for dessert when in City Foundry but it was good to know experience. I did think $8 for a slice was bit much though... read more

Petite cheesecakes- genius idea! They're the perfect size when you want a little dessert but don't want a full slice or want to try a couple different flavors. Each are $4 a piece. I tried the strawberry crunch. The cheesecake was lovely and creamy, but I would have preferred some strawberry swirl instead of being plain inside read more

The Original...yes, definitely Yes! Balanced level of sweetness, creaminess present and right amount of Graham cracker base. The petit size is just enough to satisfy that craving for dessert without going overboard. One of the specials in Feb was the Girl Scout Cookie Tag-A-Long. In general, great flavor, but a little heavy on the sweet side for my palate. Definitely chocolate forward and hits on all the girl scout cookie notes. read more

My first time having Patty's Cheesecake and the only regret I have is not trying it sooner! I went in 5-10 -minutes before they opened, but the lady was nice to still let me purchase few of their mini cheesecakes! I ordered the original and their white chocolate raspberry! Both came in cute containers and were delicious. I felt a sense of relief for not buying the full size. I would've definitely stuffed my face hole until it was gone! Definitely recommended read more

I can't believe I haven't reviewed Patty's Cheesecake! I arranged a cheesecake with Patty back in April before her location change. Patty was a delight to work with and the cheesecake was to-die-for. It was for my daughter's 21st birthday and she was so happy with her bday cheesecake! My daughter was kind enough to save me a slice, so I tasted it myself and give it my stamp of approval. Visited Patty's Cheesecakes at City Foundry STL on a Friday evening. I ordered a slice of the pumpkin cheesecake and it was the perfect finish to my evening. I don't know if cheesecake even needs reviewed because I've never met one I didn't like BUT Patty's does it so well. Between my group of 6 we tried just about everything from the banana pudding cheesecake to the strawberry champagne and LOVED it all! I was really impressed with their cheesecake selections! I had the gooey butter, sundae and the caramel macchiato. My absolute favorite was the caramel macchiato, I wish they had it in a slice, and not the petite. The caramel macchiato was flavorful, got the hint of caffeine without it being overpowering and it wasn't too sweet. The gooey butter and the sundae slices were really good as well. I couldn't eat a whole slice in one seating because it was so sweet. I hope to try their different flavors next time I am there! read more

My friend who visited from nyc and stayed across the street at the element told me that patty's was the best cheesecake she has ever had. I said shut the front door and gave it a shot. I tried the banana pudding cheesecake and wow it was so delicious! Two of my favorite desserts mashed into one awesome one - so much room for error and patty's was perfectly executed. Surprisingly not too sweet (a big plus for me especially with cheesecakes). I think I'm going to have to get one of these cheesecakes on a weekly basis now. Can't stop, won't stop.... read more

When I go to City Foundry and I'm looking for a dessert after dinner I often find myself at Patty's Cheesecakes. She has a variety of flavors in both mini and full slice sizes. They are always fresh, creamy, and delicious! My daughter loves when I bring her minis in the color pink (doesn't matter what flavor "pink" is always delicious). My 8/9/24 11:12 a.m. receipt shows ""Tip $1.35" and I know I selected "No Tip". Either something is wrong with their app or they secretly add the tip without informing the customer, which is unethical. read more

Like playing cheesecake roulette. Some of these are great. Some of these are...not great. For $3.50 a mini, your mileage may vary. Personally, I'm not interested in gambling on cheesecakes.
