Terrible customer service. My son in law's 2018 Santa Fe is consuming 2 quarts of oil every 800 miles. We sent an email to Ms. York in the service department 2/1/24 and she has not responded. Today we filed a complaint with Hyundai USA noting that Patterson Hyundai is trying to force us to purchase a $700 "combustion chamber cleaning" prior to providing warranty repairs, which is an unnecessary service that will NOT fix the oil consumption. We sent pictures of 3 spark plugs which were completely saturated with oil. We also sent pictures of the undercarriage to note that there are no leaks in and around the engine. Hyundai USA agreed that we did NOT need the combustion chamber cleaning service to have Patterson provide warranty service repairs for oil consumption. I have tried to reach out to the service manager via emails, chats, texts and phone calls only to be ignored for the past several weeks. Here's a quote from their web site; "We are dedicated to maintaining top tier customer service, for both new and pre-owned car buyers! Allow our staff to demonstrate our commitment to excellence." I wish this were true. With Hyundai USA is now involved so maybe we will get the vehicle fixed!? To be continued.

I have genuinely have nothing but GREAT reviews for Tyler Ford. If I could give this place 10 stars I would. Being an owner who lives in Dallas, I have a myriad of Ford dealerships to choose from. I choose to drive an hour and a half to Tyler Ford because of so many positive things. The staff is patient, respectful, and treats you like family. They have incredible deals and will patiently walk through questions you may have regarding financing and what not. Made me feel at ease and comfortable with my purchase and took away all my anxiety about leasing a new vehicle. When I have car troubles, the dealerships in my surrounding area just give me the cold shoulder and vaguely explain issues and resolutions for the problem. It's so frustrating. I feel like just another customer with a car to get in and out as fast as they can. At Tyler Ford they treat you the way they as a customer would want to be treated. The service team is great at communicating the daily status of your car, and helps explain what they are doing to fix it. They don't treat you like a factory like, at Tyler Ford they treat your car as if it were their own. The owner Dave went above and beyond to help me with issues with my mustang that no other dealership in my surrounding area was willing to do. I would just get blown off and told there was nothing they could do which is extremely frustrating. Unlike the others, Dave wouldn't take "there's nothing we can do" for an answer. I brought my car back to the original dealership in Tyler. Worth every mile. As previously stated, they treat their customers vehicles as if they were their own personal car. Dave made sure the service team wouldn't stop running tests until they found the answer. He really went the extra mile with customer service. If I could give Dave 5 stars I would! And not just Dave, but all of the staff honestly goes above and beyond to help you with all of your needs. Bryan and Riley took extra out of their busy day to walk me through number by number while figuring out my lease term. Bless their hearts, I had so many questions, but they were both so caring and patient with all my questions and answered every one of them! My anxiety was gone and I felt comfortable with my lease financing. This is my second lease with Tyler Ford and they made leasing my second vehicle a breeze. I could go on and on about the positive things with Tyler Ford. Hands down the best dealership in Texas. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! This kind of customer service is rare, and worth every mile to drive from Dallas for this kind of quality customer service. Keep up the good work Tyler Ford!!

Do NOT purchase a pre-owned vehicle from these people - at least not without getting a thorough…read moreindependent evaluation. I dropped $50K on a used truck. Didn't notice a large crack in the plastic under the seat. Yeah, maybe I should have in the test drive, but didn't. They won't make it right, saying "they didn't make much profit on the truck." I can't speak to new cars. But I'd really avoid buying a pre-owned from these sketchy folks.
