    Kelsey is amazing and welcoming. I also need to majorly brag on Marcus Terry. He went above and beyond to get my children in and I in a safe car at an affordable price. I could not recommend him enough. thank you Peltier Subaru for everything!

    Only contact I had was with the service department. I called and made an appointment and they were able to see me two days later. Nigel was super helpful on the phone and even more in person. They took care of me super fast, even did my 6k scheduled maintenance. Which is great since I drove two hours as it is the closest Subaru to my house. And here's the kicker I bought my Subaru from another dealer(in California) and bought the maintenance plan, so they made nothing off of me. Plus they are dog friendly. Even have a large dog bed in the waiting room. Would totally recommend coming here. Everyone was nice, helpful, and quick!!!

Our Toyota Rav4 had a splash…read moreshield needing replaced and we went to Classic Toyota and dropped over $200 for the part and labor. Fast forward a few months, the new splash shield that they installed began dragging and ultimately snapped off mid drive. While under the 1 year warranty, because the splash shield was not present and able to be brought in (somewhere in the middle of the highway broken), they would not honor the warranty. On top of that, the front bumper's eyelids that hold the splash shield are now broken from the splash shield THEY IMPROPERLY INSTALLED. Now they are quoting over $500 to fix their inadequate work. The best part is them saying they are getting their manager to approve a good will replacement on the parts since we bought the parts there, they installed it, AND they are the only people to have worked on the car for oil changes. After waiting a hour they tell is no good will was approved. Pay full price. Freaking joke. They've lost my family's business for life and don't deserve yours.

I have genuinely have nothing but GREAT reviews for Tyler Ford. If I could give this place 10 stars I would. Being an owner who lives in Dallas, I have a myriad of Ford dealerships to choose from. I choose to drive an hour and a half to Tyler Ford because of so many positive things. The staff is patient, respectful, and treats you like family. They have incredible deals and will patiently walk through questions you may have regarding financing and what not. Made me feel at ease and comfortable with my purchase and took away all my anxiety about leasing a new vehicle. When I have car troubles, the dealerships in my surrounding area just give me the cold shoulder and vaguely explain issues and resolutions for the problem. It's so frustrating. I feel like just another customer with a car to get in and out as fast as they can. At Tyler Ford they treat you the way they as a customer would want to be treated. The service team is great at communicating the daily status of your car, and helps explain what they are doing to fix it. They don't treat you like a factory like, at Tyler Ford they treat your car as if it were their own. The owner Dave went above and beyond to help me with issues with my mustang that no other dealership in my surrounding area was willing to do. I would just get blown off and told there was nothing they could do which is extremely frustrating. Unlike the others, Dave wouldn't take "there's nothing we can do" for an answer. I brought my car back to the original dealership in Tyler. Worth every mile. As previously stated, they treat their customers vehicles as if they were their own personal car. Dave made sure the service team wouldn't stop running tests until they found the answer. He really went the extra mile with customer service. If I could give Dave 5 stars I would! And not just Dave, but all of the staff honestly goes above and beyond to help you with all of your needs. Bryan and Riley took extra out of their busy day to walk me through number by number while figuring out my lease term. Bless their hearts, I had so many questions, but they were both so caring and patient with all my questions and answered every one of them! My anxiety was gone and I felt comfortable with my lease financing. This is my second lease with Tyler Ford and they made leasing my second vehicle a breeze. I could go on and on about the positive things with Tyler Ford. Hands down the best dealership in Texas. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! This kind of customer service is rare, and worth every mile to drive from Dallas for this kind of quality customer service. Keep up the good work Tyler Ford!!

Didn't notice a large crack in the plastic under the seat. Yeah, maybe I should have in the test drive, but didn't. They won't make it right, saying "they didn't make much profit on the truck." I can't speak to new cars. But I'd really avoid buying a pre-owned from these sketchy folks.

They kept my car for a week and never touched it. I had to pay for a rental -- no loaner cars. This is TERRIBLE customer service. Be transparent. I drove my car for a week thinking I would get it serviced on Friday when I made my appointment.

The first service took forever just for a scheduled oil change. The oil change took 15 minutes. It it took over an hour to get my car back even though I had a scheduled appointment and showed up on time. I scheduled another appointment last week for today. This time I scheduled it for 7:30 a.m. to avoid the service department getting backed up. After an hour and a half they had still not pulled my car in for this second oil change. I finally asked the service advisor who had not updated me at all and I was told it would be a while before they could even get my truck pulled in because they were backed up. I own two businesses myself. If we run behind we notify our customers in advance. It's not a mystery that suddenly arises. Then we keep them informed. This time I finally left and will not return. I would much rather drive farther to a better dealership.

    i got a jeep from them a little over a year ago and up until now i had no problems. initially i…read moredropped my vehicle off to get an abs sensor fixed. i was told it would take 2-3 days to fix. a whole MONTH later they finally "fixed it" during that time i constantly inquired about a loaner car and kept being told "the 2 we have are currently being used" (for a whole month though?) so after getting my car back (a month later) it was in my possession for THREE days before it start messing up AGAIN! so i drop it off AGAIN! a couple hours later someone from service called asking have i been in water because it was water in my transmission fluid. i replied "no" so he goes on to say my transmission needs to be replaced. at this point im sooooo irritated! i feel like this is something THEY did! my car wasn't in my possession long enough for me to do anything or go anywhere. now here we are going on 2 months and my car is still NOT fixed and still NO loaner car (so they say) i've been paying the note (and insurance) for a car i havent been able to utilize for exactly 1 month and 3 weeks. i absolutely do NOT recommend getting a vehicle from them! they don't care about anything but the carnote payment. till this day i still DONT have my car back even though i was told it would take 3-10 business days... this is such an inconvenience! i shouldn't be paying anyone to take me anywhere! this is insane!
