Started with some apps- Mozzarella sticks, fried calamari, and Ceasar salad. The calamari had a great crispy and not overly fried. Margherita pizza had a nice sweet sauce touch. The penne was decent with a thick creamy sauce. My mother had the chicken marsala with a side of pasta. The pasta had some of the marsala sauce in it. Very nice touch. My wife had the filet sole with francese sauce. It was light and flavorful. The broccoli rabe was roasted well with garlic. Decent spot to get a some simple Italian food. This review is based off a party that we had attended here (two long tables; happened to be when another party of similar size was right across from us but still felt private enough especially since it was afternoon time). I didn't plan the party, but my cousin who did said that Patsy's staff were all super friendly and helpful and made it pretty easy to plan. I loved how the food platters they brought out were family style so we could try a little bit of everything. I remember loving the pizza and the chicken parm in particular. Service was great; I wasn't searching for the waiter for refills on drinks really at all. They let us stand near the tables at times as needed without disrupting the rest. For what appeared as a casual little pizza joint, I thought they did a great job taking care of a large party which was awesome. read more

Iconic nyc pizza. Always consistent and delicious. Thin crust pizza. Oscar was so nice and has been making pizza for over 15 years. I ordered the white pizza with hot honey. 10 out of 10. The 12 inch half hot sausage and half pepperoni pie. Again 10 out of ten. Good cheese pull. What blew my mind was the housenad fettuccine Alfredo sauce. Was homemade and fresh and delicious. Would go just for that. Welp, actually id get a pie too lol. The clans oreganato was good. Good salad. Nice Malibu n pineapple drink. Snores pie for the dessert was a win too. We went to see if the new owner was going to keep patsy's a place to come back to, since we were past customers. Our visit did not disappoint. The food was excellent , we met the new owner who came over and introduced himself, the staff is so friendly and helpful . So our friend from whitestone told us about this restaurant and we decided to try it out. We didn't tell him it was for our wedding anniversary so I was expecting a more romantic place but he didn't know. It's a small place but was seated right away even though I was late for my reservations (I called to inform the staff). They accommodated us and sat us right down and the waiter was very nice but felt he could have checked on us and didn't. He got our order in quick and gave us extra napkins etc if we asked. The food was amazing though! The clams were crispy on top and baked to perfection. The main courses were great and we had no time for dessert. I did add a note in my review and stated it was my two year wedding anniversary so I thought they would do a cake or something. I also could not ask them since it's small and my husband was right there. Overall I would go back and they had delicious food. My parents have been eating here for years. Since our ritual Christmas Eve dinner spot went out of business, the rents decided on this spot to celebrate. My parents started eating Patsy's after I moved to FL so every time I come to visit, Patsys is is always a must. This most recent experience was the first time I actually dined in the restaurant. My parents usually order food to go and we eat at home. We had just arrived at my parents house only an hour before our reservation so we had a lot of catching up to do. We were greeted immediately and led to our table. We were offered drinks, which arrived quickly, as well as a bread basket. Since I moved to central FL, I have been craving fresh seafood and it is generally difficult to find baked clams in FL. So of course I ordered that. My parents insisted on ordering enough for an army, to which my brother and I had to remind them it was going to be too much! My parents insisted on the cheesesteak rolls so we ordered two servings since there were 5 of us. They were really good but I was in Heaven with the clams oreganato! Hubs and I have ordered the Rigatoni a la Patsys before so we ordered that again and split it. The first time we ordered it, years ago, there was no evidence of any cream so I was disappointed. Out of all the times we have had it, I think it needs more Alfredo. Surprisingly, we finished everything. I would like to try more items on the menu when I visit again because the quality is good. The restaurant is rather small so I would recommend making a reservation. They also have a parking lot behind the restaurant. read more

The absolute worst meatballs I have ever eaten. Tasted like they rolled cat food into a ball and microwaved it. I love thin pizza but the pizza was so thin that I could see through it. I love their Caesar salad with grilled chicken. I crave it & have to have it on a weekly basis. It's better to eat in than to take out. When you eat in, the salad is bigger, there are more crispy bread bits and parm in the salad, when you take out, it's a gamble tbh. Still, I have to give them 5 stars bc I love the Caesar, it really is 10/10- even the chintzy takeout version. Also, the Leonard pizza is really good, the pepperoni & hot honey is a fantastic combo. I also enjoy their meatball appetizer with onions & cherry peppers from time to time, very tasty. The service is excellent, the restaurant is a bit outdated, which is to be expected, but overall it's very clean and it's pretty roomy- the tables aren't all jammed together to max the seating which is really a perk in queens. Perhaps Patsy's Pizzeria is adjusting to new ownership. I went there the other night with a reservation for four people. The new owner insisted they didn't have our name on the list and therefore we had no reservation. No apology was made and the owner was very dismissive. The food is still good, but maybe the new management could work on their people skills. Very disappointing. read more

I stopped in here for a quick dinner and the service and staff was great. We got the penne vodka which was delicious and a clam pizza which was a little underwhelming. They don't serve it traditional style so we weren't expected one whole clam on each slice in the shell. The undercarriage was a little under done too. The flavors were pretty decent but I suggest when customers especially new ones order the clam by try and describe exactly what it is or make the menu describe better. We received the pizza ice cold. This was one of the thinnest crusts I've ever encountered for a pizza that wasn't supposed to be thin crust. They called this traditional. This was over $20. I had my daughter's first birthday party here and everyone was so helpful. The staff was great and served us so well. We got the event package which came with apps, entree, dessert with beer and wine. There was also a separate kids menu which was great. Man, it's been years since I was here. In fact, last time I came, there was a wall that separated the two dining rooms. I remember having a minestrone here about 7 years ago (or longer), and it looked like vomit and tasted only slightly better. I went this evening with my family and MY GOODNESS this place was good. I had Eggplant Rollatini for appetizer, and it was fabulous. Like... perfect. My main course was Chicken Marsala, which was almost excellent, but really, really good. Very tasty. My wife had Mussels, and I know this sounds gross, but I ate the rest of the "soup" in her plate with the spoon... just like a soup. It was incredible. Not sure how healthy, but I couldn't help myself. My daughter was embarrassed AF. I didn't GAS, FYI. I had a side of Penne a la Vodka with my dish... it was OK... not great. My daughter said her Rigatoni a la Patsy's (pasta bolognese mixed with Alfredo) was decent. The waiter was at times difficult to find, but his service was good. One thing I sensed is that the waitress who was helping other tables was not really available to us if we needed help. I really like to sense that they all work for the SAME restaurant, and they're a team. Sometimes they're just not on the same team and don't help each other out. The busboys were OK, but just seemed a wee bit aloof... but when I asked one for help, he was very gracious and patient. In fact, I had a plate that had another empty plate on top of it, filled with our forks and knives and a napkin... obviously a bunch of finished plates ready to be taken away. The busboy had the decency to make sure, and ask me if it was OK to remove the plate before he stormed off with it. I think this is great manners, and I hate it when people remove your dish before you were ready for it to disappear. The place is not cheap at all, but I would say that I was satisfied and didn't feel ripped off. There's a note inside the checkbook that apologizes for having to charge a fee of 3.5% for credit cards since COVID because of their shrinking bottom line... I didn't have $140 + tip to pay in cash, so I sucked up the $5 fee and paid it. COVID is basically done in my mind, though I don't have access to the restaurant's books, so I have no idea how impacted they may still be by the pandemic. But if it helps them survive for the next 10 years so they can celebrate their 100th business anniversary, I guess it's alright by me. I'll likely be back. read more

Service was pretty dismal because one dish came out, then 2 more 20 mins later, then 3 entrees another 15 mins wait. Tab was incorrect . Sheesh. We think the Dover sole was actually tilapia. Just ordered their Chicken Parmigiana Pizza on Ubereats and it was absolutely terrible! The delivery was extremely fast which normally is a very bad sign with pizza. I expected a reheated pizza they made earlier in the day, however, I got an ice cold burnt piece of trash! The pizza was cold to the touch in the middle, bottom side was very burnt, and the top itself looked like it was cooked hours ago in the early morning. Patsy's is a casual and welcoming place. Planned a retirement party for a friend at Patsy's 3 years ago and it was great so, when I needed another party spot this month, chose them again. The party packages are reasonable with plenty of options. They are also my neighborhood Italian place, so I know that the food is consistently good. The manager let us come in even earlier than I requested so we could decorate, and the staff were very helpful and accommodating. My guests raved about the food, and the service was great. The calamari and Chicken Francaise are my favorites but there are so many other wonderful choices on the menu.
