Outside pavilion of this place can host a good amount of people. Went here for an event and the food was catered under this structure. The food served were penne ala vodka, Parmesan chicken wings, pork bbq, a chicken dish, and salad. Nothing special about it, other than it's food. The service by our waitress was very excellent. She worked that pavilion by herself and was very attentive to our need for drinks or clearing out the table. They begin with an adventurous soft to touch and soft to tongue and soft to heart sweet potato chip, of which you dip into Patsy's sauce. Who is Patsy? Where is she? Questions I usually ask, usually answer, this time didn't, and I'm currently wondering why I didn't or don't. ~ Where is linguini? What has happened to me, where do I go from here... ~ Anyways they teased us for about 15 minutes with a brunch menu, and then as our orders were vibrating in our vocal chords the menus were pulled. *gasp*. The waiter signaled to the the bullpen and brought out the afternoon menu. This, unfortunately, to our disappointment. This menu blew a save, was nowhere near as creative so I settled for the French Onion Burger which was solid but nothing to Yelp home about. Still got it, kid. Few other meals looked the part, were good portion wise yet didn't create luster in the eyes of any single of the grand group I was sat down with at the knights table. I also nary a murmur of complaint on service but this place is service was double bogie type o' subpar. Not disrespectful in any way just slower and more dazed and confused than Matthew McOnAHay. Maybe because it was Father's Day. We started with crab cakes which could've been better; they were burnt on the bottom. My daughter had a breakfast burrito which she said was pretty good. My husband had a burger with which he wasn't impressed and said he's had better. I had the French toast which was absolutely delicious. Welcoming gastropub with lots of enticing options! The draft menu is modest but good, including some local Sloop and a decent amount of variety. There are other drinks available too, including milkshakes! They definitely seem to specialize in burgers and sandwiches, of which there are a lot of options. Wish they had a band schedule as we would love to sit on the outdoor patio listening to music having a few beers during the good weather! Service was friendly and timely! Had to take off one star because food was average at best. Burnt chips and dip came out as an appetizer, build a burger not much better then Red Robin. Wife said Cheese Steak Sandwich tasted like Arby's and Mac and Cheese not very Cheesy! Don't get me wrong food is decent but for the price it needs a bit more Pizazz! We were passing thru the area, and the hubby was hungry. So I whipped out my phone and consulted my fellow yelpers. Since the hubby was in the mood for pub food, we decided to try Patsy's Roadhouse. So upon entering, there was a sign for us to wait to be seated. There was another person waiting, for their take-out order. This was around 2pm. So we waited, and waited, and then someone came out with the take-out order. The order was incomplete, so they had to return to the kitchen to finish the order, and so we back to waiting. Finally, they came back, finished with the take-out order and took us to be seated. I wasn't too hungry, so ordered the Beef Chili. The hubby got the Blazing buffalo Chicken sandwich. As he's eating it, the juices are dribbling out. Watching him eat, I was getting hungrier and hungrier. That chicken was Sooo juicy. My beef chili was also really good! Not your normal, run of the mill chili, I think this was a gourmet version with the avocado aoili and sour cream added - really special. Now they also brought out some sweet potato fries which were really good too. So I have to say the food is outstanding. The service is ok, but is a bit lacking. This was late in the afternoon, and again with the waiting, for drinks. And a refresh, wasn't happening. So I think they need more staff... Met a friend here for lunch. Lovely spot with large glass windows and pretty views. Very friendly service and a varied menu. Served us a generous plate of house made sweet potato chips with a dip at no charge. Nice touch! We both had a southwestern salad with was loaded with fresh greens, corn, black beans crunchy tortilla chips, tomatoes, shredded cheese and a lime cilantro dressing on the side. It was delicious! Started with the fried pickles, nothing fantastic but at least not oily or greasy. They had a rather thick fried layer and not enough pickle. Decided on getting the Dennys Cheesesteak and a side of fries. The sandwich was a little too greasy for me but was flavorful with mushrooms, onions and peppers. The French fries were to die for. I love when they have that extra layer of crispy crunches on the outside. Super soft on the inside. The fries got them from 3 stars to four stars. The service was fantastic, one women managed all the tables (including a party of at least 12) on the first floor with incredible care. I've been going here for years. Never had a problem but tonight was something different the host had an attitude the whole time I was on the phone with her, horrible customer service. Go to pick up my order and the appetizer I got ,which they are famous for, the hanging by the thread pretzel is so unbelievably over cooked and rock hard. And also requested two of the sweet cream instead of the mustard and one of the regular cheese. Look inside my bag to find out the dipping sauces were wrong also. The Gigi wrap was OK, nothing special. $14 The chicken tenders were awful, super dry and maybe 5.5 tiny little tenders that were super dry. One tender was like two inches long so isn't that more of a half of a nugget. This rip off was $11. It didn't even come with fries. I know they would have been embarrassed to serve these if I was eating there In person. Would have been better off getting those at McDonald's! Tried this on a kid-free date night. Sadly it was a big disappointment. The only good thing about the meal was the sweet potato chips that are served. We ordered an appetizer on special that was supposed to be a corn dip. It came out watery looking more like a cold soup than a dip. We waited for the waitress to come back to the table but she never checked back in. Another server brought out our mains which were equally bad. We had ordered a Philly cheesesteak and a pulled pork sandwich. The Philly cheesesteak came out on white toast instead of a hoagie roll and the Cole slaw that came with the pulled pork sandwich smelled funky and looked super old. We waited some more for any waiter to look our way so we could alert them to the problem. It took about 8 minutes to flag someone down. It wasn't that it was busy at this point. The staff was just hanging out in the kitchen or building entry chatting. The waitress that finally came by was mystified why the cook would put the cheesesteak on toast instead of a roll, so it really never should have made it to our table that way. She took away the horrible appetizer and offered to replace the Cole slaw with something else. I opted for the baked beans. Only a minute or so later, she returned with the cheesesteak on a roll, now cold and clearly just scraped off the toast and thrown on a roll and a side of canned baked beans. The experience was completely ruined at this point. The meats were both dry. We had to wait about 15 minutes to get a check. The service was non-existent. On the way out, some of the staff was hanging out in the front chatting away, including cursing, rolling silverware. It appeared that a female owner or manager was there hanging with them and as we walked out, she was headed out to smoke right outside the entrance! The whole experience was awful. I recommend skipping this place and going literally anywhere else. read more

I went here on May 3rd with family. The food was fresh and absolutely amazing. We got seated right away and all the servers seemed like they were trained in customer service. Our waitress was rushing us a little bit, but it was understandable because the store was really busy and it was trivia night. I do have to say that there was this bus boy named Dylan (I'm so happy that I got his name) who was always coming over and sparking conversations with the customers and he made our night. Food and service is great when you go and eat in, but only order take out if you want incorrect orders and missing items. There have been countless times where my family has ordered takeout from here and more often than not has had at least one order incorrect, food missing, or side portions are much smaller when in a take out order compared to when dining in. For the price being paid the orders should at least be correct and not skimping on side portions. A real shame because the food is good. read more
