Patsy won't make you feel like a patsy but it also won't make you feel like you successfully robbed a bank either. I know both feelings, therefore with experience I can indeed posture that comparison. The outside is cool, there is a car as pictured. The inside is nice, it is clean. Not so clean it be pristine but clean enough for me to mention it so stop bugging me you bug. They begin with an adventurous soft to touch and soft to tongue and soft to heart sweet potato chip, of which you dip into Patsy's sauce. Who is Patsy? Where is she? Questions I usually ask, usually answer, this time didn't, and I'm currently wondering why I didn't or don't. ~ Where is linguini? What has happened to me, where do I go from here... ~ Anyways they teased us for about 15 minutes with a brunch menu, and then as our orders were vibrating in our vocal chords the menus were pulled. *gasp*. The waiter signaled to the the bullpen and brought out the afternoon menu. This, unfortunately, to our disappointment. This menu blew a save, was nowhere near as creative so I settled for the French Onion Burger which was solid but nothing to Yelp home about. Still got it, kid. Few other meals looked the part, were good portion wise yet didn't create luster in the eyes of any single of the grand group I was sat down with at the knights table. I also nary a murmur of complaint on service but this place is service was double bogie type o' subpar. Not disrespectful in any way just slower and more dazed and confused than Matthew McOnAHay. I also don't mind slow service so this should really tell ya something. 3 star, .5 of them being for the car. LB sliding it, slugged up in some cocoa butter... for another time gents be safe be good... or be great if you so choose.

We went here for the first time after driving by regularly. It was Father's Day brunch. Luckily we didn't need a reservation. Service was friendly tho a little slow. Maybe because it was Father's Day. We started with crab cakes which could've been better; they were burnt on the bottom. My daughter had a breakfast burrito which she said was pretty good. My husband had a burger with which he wasn't impressed and said he's had better. I had the French toast which was absolutely delicious. Rating our overall dining experience tho, I'd have to give it 3 stars.

Welcoming gastropub with lots of enticing options! The draft menu is modest but good, including some local Sloop and a decent amount of variety. There are other drinks available too, including milkshakes! They definitely seem to specialize in burgers and sandwiches, of which there are a lot of options. The chiqumula burger was messy but juicy delicious, and the cod-a-licious was well cooked and tangy. Portions are huge! Definitely go for the avocado fries; we loved their kick and dipping sauce.

Found this place via Yelp! Wish they advertised in Poughkeepsie Coupon Magazine! Great atmosphere! Wish they had a band schedule as we would love to sit on the outdoor patio listening to music having a few beers during the good weather! Service was friendly and timely! Had to take off one star because food was average at best. Burnt chips and dip came out as an appetizer, build a burger not much better then Red Robin. Wife said Cheese Steak Sandwich tasted like Arby's and Mac and Cheese not very Cheesy! Don't get me wrong food is decent but for the price it needs a bit more Pizazz! I'ld come back if I had extra money for food but looks like a great place to hang out for a couple of hours for a summer beer with friends!

We were passing thru the area, and the hubby was hungry. So I whipped out my phone and consulted my fellow yelpers. Since the hubby was in the mood for pub food, we decided to try Patsy's Roadhouse. So upon entering, there was a sign for us to wait to be seated. There was another person waiting, for their take-out order. This was around 2pm. So we waited, and waited, and then someone came out with the take-out order. The order was incomplete, so they had to return to the kitchen to finish the order, and so we back to waiting. Finally, they came back, finished with the take-out order and took us to be seated. I wasn't too hungry, so ordered the Beef Chili. The hubby got the Blazing buffalo Chicken sandwich. As he's eating it, the juices are dribbling out. Watching him eat, I was getting hungrier and hungrier. That chicken was Sooo juicy. My beef chili was also really good! Not your normal, run of the mill chili, I think this was a gourmet version with the avocado aoili and sour cream added - really special. Now they also brought out some sweet potato fries which were really good too. So I have to say the food is outstanding. The service is ok, but is a bit lacking. This was late in the afternoon, and again with the waiting, for drinks. And a refresh, wasn't happening. So I think they need more staff... Worth a visit, but bear in mind you have to be patient.

Blown away by the Bison Burger! The fried pickles where a little crispy for my liking but overall were good. Very cozy and nice environment while dining. The service was very attentive and the food came quick.

Enjoyed the atmosphere with the welcoming of an modern old country feel. Served complimentary sweet potato chips with some type of orange dip. The chips were crispy and thin. Started with the fried pickles, nothing fantastic but at least not oily or greasy. They had a rather thick fried layer and not enough pickle. Decided on getting the Dennys Cheesesteak and a side of fries. The sandwich was a little too greasy for me but was flavorful with mushrooms, onions and peppers. The French fries were to die for. I love when they have that extra layer of crispy crunches on the outside. Super soft on the inside. The fries got them from 3 stars to four stars. The service was fantastic, one women managed all the tables (including a party of at least 12) on the first floor with incredible care. Always asking if people needed anything, ran over to us, back into the kitchen. She did a phenomenal job, wish I caught her name!

    Hanging by the thread pretzel.

I've been going here for years. Never had a problem but tonight was something different the host had an attitude the whole time I was on the phone with her, horrible customer service. Go to pick up my order and the appetizer I got ,which they are famous for, the hanging by the thread pretzel is so unbelievably over cooked and rock hard. And also requested two of the sweet cream instead of the mustard and one of the regular cheese. Look inside my bag to find out the dipping sauces were wrong also. Needless to say I won't be having anymore business with this restaurant if this is how their employees are going to treat PAYING customers .

Prices are fair considering the quality and overall we need more places that are different and unique like this in the village. They have small cozy area for you to chill and enjoy your meal and the service is always quick and friendly. Many of the towns in the Hudson Valley have been revitalizing their downtown areas with great success but Catskill Village seems to be moving a lot slower compared to those other areas. The salad bar is one of those places that's helping it move forward.

Update: We went back almost immediately because we couldn't stop talking about the first meal, and…read moresomehow it was every bit as amazing. The lamb shank was absurdly tender, the baba ganoush was smoky and rich, and yes, the ezme, beets, and pita remain mandatory ordering. But what really sets this place apart is the heart behind it. On a hard night for our family, a simple unexpected dessert brought genuine comfort and a smile when we needed it most. They don't just feed your stomach here. They feed your soul. I would go to war for this restaurant. An absolute gem, genuinely some of the best food I've had in the area!! I don't write glowing reviews lightly, but this place absolutely earned one. From the moment the food hit the table, it was obvious this was something special. Every single thing we ordered, from the mezze sampler to the drinks to dessert, felt like the best version of itself it could possibly be. Not one weak note. Even the pita bread was memorable. Warm, soft, fresh, lightly charred, and worthy of praise in a meal FULL of standout dishes. The mezze sampler was EXTRAORDINARY. The beet and goat cheese was one of those bites that makes you stop mid-conversation. The goat cheese was fresh, creamy, rich, and perfectly balanced by roasted beets that were unbelievably sweet and luscious. Honestly, they were almost candy-like. I don't know what they did to prepare them, but they were incredible. The spicy vegetable dip, Esme, was bright, vibrant, and bursting with flavor. Fresh, zippy, and balanced with just enough heat. The eggplant dip was equally impressive, with a silky texture, subtle tartness, mellow tomato notes, and that gentle pleasant bitterness that makes eggplant so satisfying when it's done well. The hummus was ridiculously creamy and rich with tahini, giving it a deep nutty flavor that made it one of the best hummus dishes I've personally had. We also ordered the Turkish manti, and they were fantastic. Little handmade parcels topped with cool yogurt and warm spiced oil that brought everything together beautifully. We didn't even manage to take a picture because by that point we were so completely absorbed in the meal that all manners disappeared and we just devoured them immediately. No photo. No pause. Just instinct. That might be the strongest endorsement I can give. The mint lemonade was perfect for a warm day. Bright, refreshing, tart, cooling, and mint-forward without being overly sweet. It tasted clean, balanced, and incredibly refreshing. Dessert completely sealed the deal. The Turkish revani was unbelievably soft, soaked through with milk, and had that luscious almost tres leches quality that makes every bite melt away. The fresh berries and raspberry sauce gave it just enough brightness and acidity to balance the sweetness beautifully. I had a cup of black tea with it, and the combination of cake, berries, and tea was one of those simple little moments that feels kind of magical. The restaurant itself is beautiful. Tasteful decor, warm atmosphere, and thoughtful design that feels welcoming without trying too hard. The service was friendly, attentive, and genuine. More than anything, the whole place feels like a labor of love. What blows my mind most is that this restaurant has apparently been here for over two years, and we somehow only just discovered it. We were legitimately mad at ourselves thinking about how many meals we could have had here already. Now we're just trying to make up for lost time!! For roughly $80 for two before tip, the value was outstanding. At first glance, the menu might look a little upscale, but once the food arrives, it makes perfect sense. The quality more than justifies the price. I've had good Mediterranean food before. This is operating on a completely different level. Without question, this is some of the best Mediterranean food I've had anywhere in the area, and I can't wait to go back.

We didn't have any reservations, and I thought - Why would we? We started with the appetizers, babaganoush and calamari. Both were good. My wife and I had the mixed platter for two. All the meats were tasty, seasoned well and weren't dry. For dessert, I tried the affogato, espresso over ice cream and that hit the spot. Overall, we were impressed. People did start coming in after 6 so it's best to reserve a table especially if you have more than 4 in your party. The don't serve liquor so it's BYOB!!
