To coordinate a shoot is a very daunting task, it takes a lot of people's efforts to make it a success. First we need a facility to hold such a match, well Illumined Arms donated their fantastic facility for shooters to compete and the assistance of their staff to insure the facility is available for holding the event , then all the sponsors to advertise and staff, Battleborn group, Vet Mech Arms and the Lyon County Sheriff's department staff to run and insure this event went smoothly. We also had a late sponsor by Anderson renewal windows to support such a worthy cause. All this for supporting our neighbors in need of support with our donations. This was a turkey shoot after all, so turkey's were of course the prize to the top shooters. From what I observed, everyone left with smiles on their faces, satisfied knowing we were doing this for a very worthy cause and we all participated in a safe event.

Got the job done no problem. John called me when it was done, I came in and picked it up. He told me if there are any issues take it back to him and he will fix it. Would recommend it to anyone to get your weapon looked at to get a polish and a trigger job. My pistol feels better when I pull the trigger. John did an outstanding job on the trigger, sites and the polish. He did a few other things to it and when I asked him as to what he did he said "it's armors secret". I suspect he did a few things on the springs but not sure. Anyways, I have shot over 1000 rounds through it since and no problems. Everything works 100%! Updated on the trigger and site job on the Glock. No problems still shooting strong after 1000 rounds. Would highly recommend them if you want something done to your Glock. I know they have other guys who can work on other weapons. They are pretty well rounded and they said that the could work on most weapons. They also have a great selection of weapons. For those who are active military and law enforcement they have discounted prices for weapons. I always feel like a kid in a candy factory when I go to Bizzare Guns. Parking is okay but it could be a problem if they have a full house. Plus they are attached to a guitar shop. The guitar area is where you will pay when you purchase weapons or ammo. This shop uses deceptive verbal bait-and-switch tactics to scam inexperienced buyers…read more The salesperson explicitly asked my mom if she wanted a Glock Gen 4 or Gen 5, but after she chose a Gen 4, he handed her an older Gen 3 while quietly writing "Gen 3" on the paperwork to cover their tracks. The physical gun clearly proves the lie: it has no Gen 4 slide stamp, a tiny up-and-down mag release, and the old finger-groove bubble grip. Management even admitted it's a Gen 3 and claimed they don't even sell Gen 4s, proving their associates actively lie about inventory to upcharge and scam people. When called out, they refused to run the serial number or fix the issue, hiding behind the paperwork they used to trick her. We have no reason to make this up; if we got what we asked for, we would have gone about our lives. They are dishonest scammers--do not shop here!

Man I wish they had some space heaters hanging overhead in their outdoor ranges. My hands! LOL The service is straight forward. From stopping in, signing a waiver, picking up some rental items like ear or eye protection--it's all tremendously affordable and under $20. This alone offers a tremendous value. In terms of a selection per se, you can sign up for a membership which ranges from $30-$40 a month depending on the plan or you can go for a single day visit. Adults about $15. From there it's all about the training. From as little as 3 yards to as much as 2000, go for it. Pistols, shotguns, ARs, bring it. They also have some firearms you can rent while you're there at an affordable price (but there's a range fee required when using their firearms). It's a bit of a journey out to head out to Pyramid Way where they're located, but you should consider the journey and training there if you're serious about firearm training and understanding these tools in a wonderful outdoor setting that puts you in the mentality of growing your skill and proficiency. Shout out to Dean who was our Range Safety Officer that day. He was courteous, professional and that's what you want when working with firearms. Check them out!
