Cabela's is not just a sporting goods store, although, you can find almost anything for whatever sport calls you. Clothing options are vast. Shoe selection is immense. Boats are even available. The service is friendly, proficient and professional. The value is impressive, especially if you are a veteran or first responder for big discounts. More for your money can be found in the sale section for clothing. Big value!

This has become a cherished tradition for our family every Christmas season. We come every year with our dog and our 4-year-old, and this year we were even able to bring our 4-month-old as well Making an appointment for photos with Santa is incredibly easy online. When you arrive, there are kids' crafts and treats that make the whole experience feel festive and relaxed. It's truly a fun little outing for all of us. This year we got a cute cookie cutter goody. They include a free photo afterward, with the option to purchase additional ones if you'd like. Our dog loves it too -- he gets a treat, and they squeak the dog toy to grab his attention, so his photo always turns out great. It's absolutely worth the drive out to Verdi, especially since we can grab some last-minute gifts while we're there. We look forward to this every year and highly recommend it for families (and pups!)

We always come here as a tradition for photos with Santa and the Easter bunny. They are always so kind to offer a toy and a free photo and the option to purchase more. We also like to shop around when we come and often find ourselves in the camping section. They have a wide selection from home goods to outdoor camping gear, fishing, hunting, etc. We love seeing their animals on display and their large fish tanks.

Brought our son here for Santa pictures and some shopping. It was such a wonderful experience! My son is 5 months old and didn't cry at all! Santa was authentic and the set up was beautiful! Making an appointment for the pictures was quick and easy! The store was clean! The deals they had for flannels and other things were very nice! My son loved loved loved the fish tank and watching all of the fish swim around! Super fun experience and everyone was so nice!

This is a massive sporting goods store with a lot to look at. Prices are a bit high, but they have lots of sales and clearance items that are 25 to 50% off. Unfortunately for me, even the sale prices are too high for me. Everything seems to be good quality and lots of name brands. Great for anyone needing sports gear or clothing who can afford it. The displays are fun to look at, so even if you're not buying, there's something to see.

Grandpa brought me here to do a bit of shopping for my birthday for a good pair of cargo pants. It was very easy to find them and one of the employees was very quick in opening the dressing room for us so that I could try them on! They were very friendly and helpful! The inside of the store was very well organized so it was easy to find anything we need! The atmosphere was very clean and friendly with employees always happy to answer questions and more than a few of them asking to make sure we were finding everything we needed! By the end of our trip I had a very nice new pair of pants at a great price! The material feels great and it fits me perfectly! Grandpa also got himself some nice new shorts as well! A very nice trip with nice prices too! Will definitely be coming by again if I'm in the area!

I a love coming here. They have so much good stuff. The inside is massive. My son loves looking at all the animals and toys. My only suggestion is for them to get a better selection of carhart women's pants. they need to add more cashiers. The line is always long and only one person rining up.

We went to Cabela's in Verdi it's a fantastic destination for outdoor enthusiasts and everyone looking for quality outdoor gear and equipment. They have a wide variety of products catering to various outdoor activities such as hunting, fishing, camping, and hiking they even had some snowboards. One of the standout features of Cabela's today at least was all the US flags driving in it was impressive, The store layout and design was beautiful

Complimentary photo in Santa's Wonderland sleeve plus tournaments to color, antler headbands and a plate to create for Santa's cookies!

One of my favorite features is the Walk of Presidents upstairs. The lifelike presidential statues are fascinating, and you can listen to each president's story as you stroll through history. Kids (and adults!) will also love the indoor Ferris wheel (only $1 a ride), the classic shooting gallery, arcade-style attractions, bowling, the candy shop, and the impressive aquarium. You could easily spend a couple of hours here even if you're not shopping. Don't miss the cafeteria if you get hungry. It's a great place to grab a bite, and while you're there, be sure to stop by the fudge counter. They offer free samples of their delicious homemade fudge, making it hard to leave without buying a piece or two! When it comes to shopping, they truly have something for everyone. Whether you're looking for clothing, shoes, sporting goods, camping gear, coolers, golf equipment, water toys, or just about anything for the outdoors, chances are you'll find it here. The selection is incredible. What really stands out is the customer service. Every employee I've encountered has been cheerful, friendly, and genuinely eager to help. Located at Legends in Sparks, Scheels is one of my favorite places to browse, shop, and spend an afternoon. Whether you're shopping, exploring, or just looking for a fun family outing, this place has something for everyone!

We are very loyal customers. Quality/Quantity - Here for the Wax and Watch event DIG. My first time and what an amazing event. Fundraising for so many nonprofits, see pictures. Also sponsored by Fifty Fifty Brewing Co; I had a few too many beers, too good of a time. I also found out about Fifty's Grand opening at RPM, which we also supported and attended the next day, see other Yelp Review. Non alcoholic drinks were also available. Too lazy to have brought our equipment for the wax. Plus Mt Rose gives us each 4 free waxes that I rarely use up. Raffle - We did NOT win. Atmosphere - Clean and organized location. Love the NV art on the side of the building/in the parking lot. Cool! See pictures. Open 7 days a week from 10am to 7pm and on Sundays from 10am to 6pm. Small parking lot, but because we came in off peak (weird) hours, it is rarely an issue for us. And today we got lucky as the lot was full but a car gave us his space. Service - The team is so welcoming and friendly. This is the #1 reason we are loyal customers. Events available - See website. Again, my first but NOT last time that I will attend an event. We will probably come back Sunday for the Mt Rose Passholder Spring Sale. Price - Expensive, but worth the quality, service, and culture. Owner Comment - Congrats on your success since 1973. And thank you for also giving 1% to not-for-profit workers "to defend the earth." And having programs that raise awareness of environmental and social issues. My favorite program is Worn Wear. You can either sell Patagonia your used clothes or trade them in so they can fix it. I believe that reusing is better than recycling. Furthermore, they give you credit ranging from $15 to $150.
