If I could give this place negative stars, I would. My girlfriends and I went in to watch a football game and the bartender gave us major attitude for ordering drinks. She made us feel as though we were annoying her by asking her to do her job. I will never come back. Do better. read more

So this review will be based solely on the fact that we ordered our meal to go. The place was clean and very busy. We were assisted right away when we walked in to pick up our food. We had to wait a couple of minutes but it wasn't too long. We got our two bags and left. Unfortunately, they put the food in clear plastic trays and as the trays weren't vented, any hot food steamed and sweated the bread and fresh vegetables out so that the were inedible and the fries were super soggy. I guess I'd be okay with it under different circumstances but we spent over $80 + gas and expected much better. read more

Sadly disappointed not sure why a cook would ever serve those pickles and I understand that I ordered a chilly dog , but I don't think that the bun should be soggy . That is just me and the fries , raw . I was sadly disappointed, because we were going to go to another restaurant and we decided to give them a try. Not good for Pub food at all. Went back to Patrick's after a long time. The new owner Tucked McNinch is doing a great job. Didn't change much. Great service great food. I had the chicken pot pie. GREAT!!!! While vacationing in the Berkshires we stopped in Pittsfield to shop around the downtown. We were in one of the local stores which was called the Museum Facsimile Outlet store which was great in itself. We asked the owner of the store for a recommendation for place to eat. He recommended Patrick's Pub. He asked us what we like and my wife told him I always get boneless chicken tenders lol. So he told me it was my lucky day because Patrick's Pub has the best around. He told me to get them extra crispy, mild with hot sauce on the side. Boy was he right. They were the best I've ever had. The batter was light and delicious and cooked perfectly. We also got and appetizer that was a corned beef fried egg roll that came with a side of sriracha sauce that was amazing. This is must stop if you are in Pittsfield. read more

Met up with a friend who happened to be in the area for work as well. She fancies herself Irish pubs so it was no surprise we landed here. She was already at the bar so I grabbed a seat and a pint of a local brew. Service seemed to be pretty slow here, but it also seemed pretty busy for a Monday night. We were there for over 2 hours but not because we liked each other's company. It took that long to order and then have the food come out. Overall the food was ok, I would probably not ever get the baked potato there though as it was really tough and felt like it was in the oven all day. The carrots and scallops saved the visit. Would I come here again? Probably not. Too many other places to check out in the area. read more

A very nice Yelp find while visiting the Berkshires. Had lunch here Tuesday, wife and I sat at the bar and the bartender was very professional and had very good knowledge of the beer options (very ample selection) as well as the menu. I had the veggie burger with the sweet potato fries. The burger was made at the restaurant, nice texture, and subtle sweet potato and black bean flavor. The burger was good, but the sweet potato fries were terrific. My wife's lunch was phenomenal, she had the spinach and mushroom quesadilla... if you like spinal and mushrooms forget the rest of the menu and get this! Place filled up nicely for lunch, good atmosphere, polite staff. Highly recommend and we will definitely be back next time we are visiting the area. read more

Sat at the bar. The bartenders were friendly and helpful. When I ordered a particular beer, she said if it was flat to tell her which it was. I ordered the pork schnitzel and fries. Never had a chance to taste the food. The service was less than awful. We arrived and were greeted by the server and told it would be a 30 minute wait. Or, we could order to take out, in which it would take about 30 minutes. So we decided to just wait for a table. One solid hour later, I went back up to the server and asked the status. Her reply was she had no idea how much longer. ??????? How can you know there is a 30 minute wait an hour ago and then not have any idea (her words) how much longer the wait would be after a solid hour. Had we known that, we would have opted for the take out. We left. Restaurant management is not high on the list of job requirements at this place. We are from out of town and come up this way once or twice a year. I can tell you this. We will never come back to this place. I can only imagine what the table service is like. read more

Service was just OK. food was bland. Seared tuna in a salad had no flavor. Mac and cheese was bland. Breadsticks were greasy.

The pub isn't a particularly charming place inside but the food is decent. I had a burger which was perfectly competent. It was nice to have an option to order sweet potato fries, and they were very good. I've also heard good things about the rack of ribs from someone who likes their ribs. As only a visitor to the Pittsfield/Berkshire area, I can't say this would be my first stop for food again. Overall it was good, not great. We had Dayton as our server. He was friendly, attentive and completely awesome!!! We had been to 2 other food establishments that day and left. So glad we did. The food was good (I can't remember what we had) the service was the best! That's what it takes to run a good restaurant, good food and good service. Just had a really delicious lunch here. I opted for the Patrick's burger - but in a wrap form. Delicious. Their curly fries were really good too, I even took them home to heat up in the oven. We chose to sit at the bar, which a very friendly guy named Ken greeted us. He helped me choose a cider, which was a great recommendation because I'm now on a mission to find it in stores. I will definitely be coming back, and hope to have Ken again in the future! He was very personable and made some awesome company for lunch. read more
