    Cod wrap
    Justin D.

Went here for dinner during lent season. Heard good things, very nice bar inside and people were so nice. Def was picked. My waitress was super nice but def was stressed with how packed it was. The food was not good at all. I got the Cajuan chicken pasta (without the chicken because of lent) had zero flavor and the sauce was so runny. My girlfriend got the fried cod wrap. Not good. Cold inside and mushy. Our friend got the crab cakes and said mushy and def microwaved. The apps were good, mozz sticks excellent. Then the loaded fries very good ! Would never go back during lent. As the food we had was really bad. Would go back and try a burger or hoagie but wouldn't go out of my way to go.

    Melting pot wings
    Leanne D.

Came to Patrick's Pub and Grille for the first time and we were happily surprised. We sat out on the patio to enjoy the nice evening weather. Most of the table ordered their wings since they had a nice Sunday wing offer. Buy 8 for $12 and get the next 8 for half price, so that's $18 for 16 wings. We tried their melting pot wings with their special blended sauce and the house season dry rub. Both were very delicious!! Our server was friendly and fantastic!

    Guiness stew
    Ray C.

$11 for "Guiness stew" that is %75 broth. More effort needs put into this for the cost. MAYBE....4 carrots in it....maybe 5 pieces of meat. I would be embarrassed to serve this. Our server was top notch though. So good, i didn't want to complain to her. Stick to sandwiches here.

The staff were really helpful in making our selection. The pretzel was huge and a big highlight. Also like the nachos. And you get a ton. The sandwiches and pizza were just ok. It may surprise some to know how many times I've hung out in Pittsburgh in the last 16 years or so,…read morebecause I've never been to a Primanti Bros. before. But then again, I am vegetarian, so I didn't think they offered anything for me. I've looked at the menu online more than once, and didn't see any sandwiches designated vegetarian each time. But I was meeting a friend before a concert on the RMU campus, and this was conveniently located 1 mile away, and it had food and beer. I kept an open mind and figured, I'll just modify one of their sandwiches. When I arrived, I learned they also have a pizza option. But I still thought... when in Rome... There was a black bean option listed on their wall menu, but the waitress double-checked for me and we learned together that they use to offer that option, but no longer do. Damn. There was however a cheese (no meat) option on the menu, which I was surprised wasn't on the online menu. But I'll take it! Their sandwiches are interesting in that instead of sides of french fries and cole slaw, the sides are just stacked into the sandwich to make it a quick easy convenient meal! The draft beer selection was good, the sandwich was decent enough, and the service was great (weekday evening). In the end, I am not sure I'd run back for my one sandwich menu option, maybe I'd try their pizza, or go for some sides, or just stop in for a beer on my way to my next show. I enjoyed the vibe and most everthing about the place, but the sandwich was just okay.

We really enjoyed talking to her. The biscuits & gravy platter was phenomenal. Everything was homemade and unbelievably delicious. The gravy was so creamy and the sausage was so flavorful. Homemade Corn Beef really made my husband's breakfast. So flavorful and crunchy. Unbelievable! My mom absolutely loved the cinnamon French toast. It was super cinnamon. The homemade sausage was to die for. The band really made it. Love them! Live music is the best. They played tons of happy music that we loved, sang and danced in the booth to. I also want to give a shout out to the young blond girl who was like the expediter. She was fantastic and really kept things moving. The other girls who worked with her were hard workers too. It's a magical place and everyone who loves breakfast or brunch needs to try it. It's definitely a local gem.

Plus sundays they have a live band playing. That may be a plus or minus for you but we enjoyed it.

I ordered the spicy Italian on a hoagie roll, which was delicious and had a great kick. What really stood out, though, was the homemade cheese spread. They only have two tables and a few barstools along the window for indoor dining, but did mention that customers often take their food across the street to the coffee shop to enjoy when space isn't available. We were able to utilize the table for two. We both ordered the Italian wedding soup, a cup for $6 each, and two sandwiches. I went with the spicy Italian on their homemade bun and my friend got the turkey pesto panini. We both enjoyed the soup and she devoured her sandwich. Unfortunately, I didn't love mine as much as I had hoped. The sandwich was cold, which isn't necessarily a problem, but the bun itself was chilled, dense, soft white bread. After picking the sandwich up a couple of times, the bun became wrinkled and slightly off-putting. I'm sure there are a lot of people who love these buns, but it wasn't the combo for me. I'd try something on sourdough or focaccia next time.

The wedding soup was the worst I've ever had and I love e wedding soup, so I get it almost every time it's an option. There was no flavor at all. There were carrots in it, and the pasta used was cut up rigatoni. Zero stars for it. The other changes would be fine, but the broth had no flavor. Terrible. Get the Caesar salad instead. The main dishes we got were all great. Crab ravioli, meat ravioli, spaghetti and meat sauce, burrata à la vodka, chicken parm, & chicken piccata - yummy. We recommend them all and everyone has leftovers. The prices are very good for all the food you get. We will definitely return. Very little parking that is designated for them, but lots of street parking in Sewickley. Side note: Credit cards see this as a grocery store (even when dining there), so keep that in mind if you have a card that gives you a better percentage back on grocery stores than restaurants.
