We stopped by to pick up sandwiches around lunchtime. Although pretty full, we were immediately greeted upon entry. Tables were fairly clean but the drink station could have used a good wiping down. The employees allowed us to take our time to order as a couple of folks in the group had never eaten here before. I ordered the Chicken Philly and was surprised at how dry the sandwich was overall. It was made as requested but I really just wanted to add a good bit of seasoning on the meat too. If I return, I'd definitely be interested in trying one of the cold sandwiches. read more

Hate to do this because this location is usually on point, but today there were straight up trash!!! I placed an online order for two sandwiches. I ordered two Jersey Favorites. The first was on white, Mikes Way with the oil and vinegar on the side. I specifically requested the O&V be put on the side because my wife won't be home for three more hours and I didn't want her sandwich to be soggy!!! The other was on wheat, Mikes way, with mayo and mustard. After paying I found it odd that it said it would take 45 minutes before being able to pick it up. I placed the order at 2:46. I was on my way home from work and got there around 3pm. There were a few customers inside, but it wasn't crowded. My order wasn't ready yet. It hadn't even been started. The kid that asked for the name on the order said it was still being made. (He actually didn't even check). Another 5 minutes goes by and another kid asked me for the name on the order. (He actually looked for it). The supervisor came over and apologized for the wait and gave me vouchers for 2 sandwiches on my next visit and had them start making my order. I walked outta there around that 45 minute mark (sat inside the store for almost 30 minutes for my order). WTF!!! I could have just waited in line and got my order faster than pre-ordering it When I got home I didn't know which sandwich was mine and which one was hers (I absolutely hate that JM's doesn't label their sandwiches in peoples orders. The first one I looked at was hers. Guess what.......MF OIL AND VINEGAR ON THE SANDWICH!!! WTF GUYS? CAN'T YOU FOLLOW SIMPLE INSTRUCTIONS?!?! Then I looked at mine AND THE MAYO AND MUSTARD WAS PUT ON AFTER THE OIL AND VINEGAR. WHO TF DOES THAT??? Mayo on the bread, then mustard, then make the MF sandwich and add the oil and vinegar. I truly believe this was a wonderful addition to Moon Township! The only other choice we have for subs is the typical franchise, so it's nice to have a competitor with more choices and quality ingredients! I prefer using the mobile app to order because it is easy to navigate and understand. You are able to add coupons codes on the app, which is also a necessity for me! They often have several good coupons online and in the local mailer. My favorite sub is by far #5 The Super Sub. The combination of cold cuts is salty, refreshing, and delicious! However, my issue is that I believe it has been made differently based on the employee on the line. I enjoyed it the first time far more than the second time I ordered. I personally don't like a "wet" sandwich, so I don't order my sub "Mike's Way," but I know I ton of people that love it! They have a small selection of add-ons, but they definitely have everything I need! I will return to this location, but it would definitely be nice to see a little more consistency. Ordered the giant 13 sub par meh ok I already knew it wasn't gonna be great but was in a hurry the old girl that wrapped my sub her fake nails were so long that they poked through the plastic gloves over an inch it was a real site to see district manager should know that the health department would definitely frown upon this how does she even wipe when her nails are that long to be touching food disgusting thank God she didn't actually touch my food you gotta call a spade a spade out here read more

If you want an overpriced hoagie with a side of hair, this is the place to go. I stopped here one day on my way to work, after taking my hoagie to go, I get to work to find hair hanging off the side on the onions. I'm glad it wasn't under the bun otherwise I would have eaten it. I leave work to take it back to the store, the lady working wanted to remake it. Noooo thank you! I told her I wanted a refund. The manager took quite a while to figure out how to refund my money. She shorted me the tax but at that point I was annoyed and had to get back to work. I never ordered hair in my sandwich. I contacted customer service, I did there entire online Q/A routine and never got an answer, no one to call. I actually have my recent to verify my purchase, no response. I don't want a sandwich coupon, I want my money back... threw the sandwich away and I am not comfortable with the overall hygiene of the Moon Township work crew. This location needs a corporate take-over. The crew is utterly incompetent and there's no evidence that anyone is managing. Employees receive money then go back to sub making without changing gloves. They ask "do you want that Mike's way"? After telling them what you want you get it Mike's way. I hate oregano. They , across the board, lack the ability to cut a sandwich in half. They just don't have that nanosecond to cut all the way through. I still eat a lot of JM sandwiches but I avoid this location whenever possible. read more

When you get the sandwich you order it's pretty good. Everything seems fresh and tastes good. The problem is there are a lot of mistakes. I have stopped using the app for this reason. About half the time it's wrong and by the time you realize it you're back at work and don't want to or can't go back. If you watch them make it you can correct the mistakes, which still happen while you're standing there. Lots of chatter about non-work stuff and people making your sandwich are distracted trying to add to the conversation happening behind them. If you want the sandwich you ordered go and watch them make it so it gets done right...if you want to roll the dice use the app. read more
