Ask Charlie for a peppers onions and double cheese Sriracha breakfast sandwich and you will be blown away how the peppers and the onions are perfectly sauteed the Sriracha is mixed into everything somehow. The eggs are layered in a way that makes the egg just dissolve in your mouth it's amazing. Now this may seem like it's coming from somebody who should know this much about food.
