You could order a salad with endless toppings for 5.95 (not including meat that's an extra charge) and it'll last you three meals. The wraps are packed to perfection and bundled like a burrito. My boyfriend has a fairly large stomach and he had trouble finishing the whole thing. Don't forget to order some chips with your meal! They're homemade pita chips and they taste like heaven. We had a large group for our wedding welcome drinks, and nearly everyone had a negative interaction with the bartenders. Their attitude, eye-rolling, and lack of hospitality were consistent enough that guests independently asked us what was going on. Multiple people spent their night waiting to get a drink (30-45mins) and I can understand being busy but there is a difference between being busy and having no sense of urgency. Almost everyone behind the bar acted as if it was a surprise people showed up to their work and they actually had to wait on them. We were even told our group had turned their "fine establishment" into a dive bar, despite the bartenders apparently not knowing how to make an Aperol Spritz and serving red wine to someone who ordered Pinot Grigio. The way our group was spoken to was completely unacceptable. This was especially disappointing because the daytime staff, managers, and service team had gone above and beyond. They were kind, accommodating, and welcoming. I also want to recognize Courtney, who was wonderful. She treated everyone with respect and seemed genuinely happy to have us there. Unfortunately, she was the exception that evening. The daytime staff and Courtney deserve five stars. The bar staff we encountered that night is why I cannot rate this experience similarly. The bar staff minus courtney on 9/25 lost Jackson's a ton of business because after our wedding on the 26th we all refused to spend any more of our money there and sat in the lobby instead.

I met a friend here for one dinner. The setting was more on the casual side rather than fine dining. (I wore jeans and a blouse.) I have eaten authentic foods in South America, Central America, and the Caribbean, and I thought that the menu was slightly influenced by these regions. The waitress and waiter spoke nicely with us. Our dinner that included a BYO wine (with a $5 charge per person), appetizer, entree, and dessert lasted 1 hour and 45 minutes. The foods had strong flavors, and we both enjoyed everything that we ate. For appetizers, my friend and I shared the Crispy Brussels Sprouts, which also contained carrots, pecans, and a dressing, and the Hot Low Country Crab Dip, which contained a good amount of crab meat and was served with crunchy toast. For entrees, I ate the Cutler-cove Salmon, which was accompanied with asparagus, potatoes, and a spicy jerk sauce and habanero purée, and my friend ate the Arugula Salad, which contained fresh arugula, baby carrots, goat cheese, olives, and hot honey. For dessert, I ate the Kentucky Bourbon Cheesecake, which was topped with pecans, caramel, and whipped cream, and my friend ate the Maple Panna Cotta with raspberries.
