Does anyone else remember when DiBella's used to load up their subs with meat? The quality and quantity of the food has really slipped over the last few years. There was a time where you could bite into a DiBella's sub and there would be a generous portion of meat on it. Now? Most bites are just a lot of bread and toppings. I have never had an issue with the service here. Unless you consider not loading up the subs part of the service. Everyone is friendly. Because there is so little meat on the subs, I would now consider them too expensive. On a scale of 1-5: Food - 2 Service - 4.5 Price - 2

Picked up an online order for lunch this past week, but have dined in multiple times in the past. This location always has a parking spot available right out front and friendly service once you're inside. The pickup process for an online order is quick; they have a pickup area down by the register. My food was ready a few minutes early, which was nice, and packaged well for travel. I ordered a medium sized Godfather, my staple at DiBella's, and had it toasted. I tried the sub sauce this time and I didn't hate the flavor, but it definitely made the bottom piece of the everything roll soggy. I'd leave it off for my next pickup/to go order. The sandwich, aside from that, was perfectly made with plenty of meat, cheese, and all of the toppings I ordered. For under $12, it's the perfect sandwich to share for lunch with a small side.

I came to DiBella's before my son played a game at Montour High School. I really liked the inside of the restaurant. It had an old feel with a semi dark atmosphere. The woman who took my order was very friendly and helpful with the menu. All the staff seemed like they enjoyed working there. Subs come in 5, 7, 10, and 14 inch options. I got a 7 inch Godfather. It was truly delicious. I liked everything about this sub. It was one of the better sandwiches I have had in quite some time.

Katie was so sweet and patient when we ordered subs. Friendly great staff here on Steubenville Pike. It's the same interior nice comfortable like home place to dine in or take out. The large 14" sub is gigantic and so good. It costs $15.49 and you can get 2-3 meals out of it. Free parking in a small strip mall so it's easy to get here. Subs are amazing! High quality bread and ingredients.

I was in the area and passed by Dibella's Subs. I generally go to the one in Market Square but decided to swing back once i did the errands i needed to. The place is big and has tons of seating. The staff are super friendly and very helpful. I ordered a Italian hero 14" large. I ate only half as it was to big to eat all at once so I had diner for two nights. The sandwich was totally delicious. I will defiantly go back to Dibella s subs again and again.

I've driven by this place many many times and finally decided to stop in on a weekday for lunch... Only issue with my first entry was they said hi, but didn't tell me to order as I walk in... I walked to the cashier thinking I needed to order there. They were moderately busy and by the time the cashier realized I was new to this and didn't order like I was supposed to, he told me to go back to do so. By that time, there was a long line. They REALLY need a sign up front advising to order there... I looked around while waiting and nothing caught my eye. I was tempted to talk out, but I wanted to try them.... The staff truly was friendly, which was very nice. Ordering was a breeze, once I knew where to order! They make the food to order, which is nice! They clearly bake their own bread, which is great! I opted for their new steak & cheese with spicy aioli. I also tried a couple of their salads; the pasta salad and the macaroni salad. The sub was EXCELLENT!!! Really good... fresh, tasty, and piping hot! The bread was nice too. The salads were just ok. The pasta salad was really nothing more than spiral pasta with what tastes like Kraft Italian dressing and a few veggies tossed in. The macaroni salad was better. Overall... I enjoyed the food and, now that I know how to order, I'll definitely return!!!

Was not expecting this sub shop, but wow it was amazing. This shop had two staff on the clock, but were still rocking it and taking orders. This was my first time here and was easy to follow the menu, you can either pick a sub on the board or make your own. Even with a busy business the tables were clean & great music playing!

But then again, I am vegetarian, so I didn't think they offered anything for me. I've looked at the menu online more than once, and didn't see any sandwiches designated vegetarian each time. But I was meeting a friend before a concert on the RMU campus, and this was conveniently located 1 mile away, and it had food and beer. I kept an open mind and figured, I'll just modify one of their sandwiches. When I arrived, I learned they also have a pizza option. But I still thought... when in Rome... There was a black bean option listed on their wall menu, but the waitress double-checked for me and we learned together that they use to offer that option, but no longer do. Damn. There was however a cheese (no meat) option on the menu, which I was surprised wasn't on the online menu. But I'll take it! Their sandwiches are interesting in that instead of sides of french fries and cole slaw, the sides are just stacked into the sandwich to make it a quick easy convenient meal! The draft beer selection was good, the sandwich was decent enough, and the service was great (weekday evening). In the end, I am not sure I'd run back for my one sandwich menu option, maybe I'd try their pizza, or go for some sides, or just stop in for a beer on my way to my next show. I enjoyed the vibe and most everthing about the place, but the sandwich was just okay.

It seemed over cooked which may have contributed to the time it took to receive it. The grease also tasted old. The Mac on top was again, overcooked. The French fries were cooked well, but they had so much old bay seasoning and salt it was difficult to eat. I wish this were unique to my order, but I was dinning with three others, all ordering the same thing, and we all had the same complaints. We arrived around 4:30pm, we had to park on the street, but there were several spots available. The restaurant is small with a casual interior. We were greeted and seated immediately. The food was good with hearty portions, but our waitress rushed us the entire time. We said we needed a few minutes, because this was our first time here, so she stood there and just... waited. She didn't offer to make any suggestions or ask whether we had any questions, she was just standing inches from the table looking at us. Finally I had to say, "oh, you don't have to wait right here, it'll be at least 5 minutes." Then she left. We ordered an appetizer, two entrees, two non-alcoholic drinks, and two desserts. She never asked whether we wanted dessert, and reached to present the bill while asking if we needed any takeout boxes. I had to interject and ask if we could see a menu for dessert options. The check was placed on our table before dessert arrived, which has never happened to us before at any restaurant we've ever been to. Then, when the desserts were brought to the table, she grabbed the bill presenter and said, "are we good?" I replied, "no, I'll pay when we're done eating." It was odd because we went very early and there were only a few other tables occupied so, I had no idea why we were being rushed the entire time. They also brought my daughter's entree with the wrong side, but they fixed it right away with no fuss. I left a generous tip and didn't report our experience.
