Absolutely terrible service. It's obvious that the owner has no experience running a restaurant. He needs to hire a restaurant manager. I'll run through a list of what went wrong here: 35 minute wait for 3 drinks 1.5 hour plus wait for food 40 plus minute wait for appetizers No acknowledgment of terrible service No apology for the service Owner-manager offered a 10% discount OR a round of shots. Unacceptable at best. Our party complained to the owner/manager several times as we waited over an hour and a half for food and it just got worse. When the food finally came out, it was disappointing and bland with no flavor. The owner/manager actually said we were "bullying" him by communicating our concerns. Do not come here. Ordered from here via Grubhub. They got it woefully wrong. Only thing right in my order was the steak. Got one side (not the right one) and the second was missing. The lobster I paid extra for to go with the steak was also missing. And because it was via grubhub they're off the hook for rectifying this. Will use my refund to buy my dinner elsewhere. read more

My party of 6 had reservations on Sunday, September 18, 2022 at 1pm which we all arrived on time for. When the reservations was made we specified seating in the back, we then walked the back to be told they have nothing was available in the back. We then stated to the person that we requested the back, she then said let me get the manager who then came back and said, yes and bought back the reservation name and put it on the table. When our party started to take our seats the manager then walked over to us and said you have to be out by 3:30 they have someone else coming in. Our party all said, we do not have to stay and accept this. If you have time limits on your reservations people should be aware of this ahead of time. It was a prefixed and the appetizer I ordered was wings and the wings was cold ...the frosè was the only ok thing .. now the main course came and I ordered my steak well done of course it came out PINK I sent it back when I came back out I had to basically season my own food with salt and pepper . Then I looked at my rice and there is a fruit fly in my rice . They asked me if I wanted it replaced I said of course not .. the only good thing besides the frosè was the waitress. So sad. Really hoped this would be a good spot. It's like someone went to a steakhouse once in 1993 and then, with no restaurant experience, decided to open one. Much of the menu is comically overpriced both for the obviously Jetro (Costco for restaurants) ingredients but also for the location. This isn't dartagnan or pat le freida meat at all. The burger didn't have the ingredients listed on the menu, the fries weren't seasoned, it wasn't a "steakhouse burger." They called ketchup, tomato jam? Or maybe tomato jam was supposed to be on the burger? No idea. Oh and it costs almost as much as a Peter Luger burger (smaller though). The bun is a bad store bought sesame that's significantly wider than the patty it contains. The cheese a basic Kraft American single. The steaks aren't allowed to rest so they die on the plate leaving them dry, these prices are also all over the places. Sides were bland. The restaurant itself is so bright as well, dim your lights. Oh and I was overcharged each visit. Super bummed, could've been fun. read more

I was visiting from New Jersey and was recommened Patricks Steakhouse. From the moment we went in to the moment we left spectacular service. There was little to no wait time with regards to seating. My family and I ordered appetizers which came out right away. My wife ordered the frozen Margarita and I had a Stella draft beer. Very delicious food ALL served at a timely manner. We will DEFINITELY be visting Patricks Steakhouse again when in the city and to those patrons who feel that the serive here was h"horrible" we must be mindful that we are STILL under a pandemic and most if not ALL restaurants are low staff and doing their best to leave EVERY customer satifised to the best of their ability. read more

The fries were hotter than the steak. the mashed potato's and asparagus were just... okay as well and luke warm which was odd as there was barely anyone there maybe 2 other tables. The drinks are strong but not like omg I have to go back and get another drink. They had no henny colada mix. Like most restaurants the issue is quality control. As they are new and I hope they check Yelp hopefully they will evaluate the quality of food being served, add more seasoning and reevaluate some of the recipes. The wait staff is a bit.. all over. I quickly browsed the menu and then waited for a server. The bartender was cutting up limes and didn't even acknowledge me when I sat down. Two other young ladies walked into the bar area looked around a little and then left. I was a total ghost, no body saw me sitting there. So after about 20 minutes of being ignored, I got up handed the hostess the menu and left. Talk about customer service, they are very lacking in that area. If I could give zero stars I would. Absolutely the worst place I've been to in my time living in New York. Not only did it take my [small] group 30 mins to get seated, we got our first drink ordered 20 mins into being sat down, received our food an hour later, and then of course they "ran out of waffle mix" and chose to tell me when all the other food came (and another order of waffles came to our table lol). Great food and excellent atmosphere! I had the crab cakes for my appetizer, which was made perfectly. Crunchy and flavorful on the outside, full of real crabmeat in the inside. I visited Patrick's Steakhouse for drinks and had to return for a meal. The prices are great, the food is excellent, and made fresh to order. The staff is young, friendly, and they know how to treat their customers. The have great up beat music and a DJ on weekends. It's a great new Black owned establishment. came here for a private work event that was supposed to last from 5-8. I arrived at 5. The food was not served until 8pm. I sat there for three hours waiting for my meal. At 7 I asked for my food to go. I received my food one hour later, and it was not properly cooked. I asked for the steak medium rare and it was well done. They also tried to give me my food without the dessert. The restaurant clearly cannot handle a large capacity of people, which is strange since they accepted our party. Don't come here if you have a large group or plan on having a private event. Very unprofessional and disappointing. Anybody giving this place less than 5 stars is fooling themselves. My husband and I chose this place at random. I wanted someplace well known and popular, and he wanted someplace convenient and not overly crowded. We didn't need reservations which I questioned but he didn't. At the end of the day this place was an excellent choice. The steaks were worth every penny. My hubby had the dry aged fancy ribeye, and I had the regular ribeye. While you could tell the difference they were both AMAZING. My husband LOVES steak, and while I may be an amateur he's from Nebraska, think Omaha steaks. He was very impressed and he does not give out compliments easily. For drinks we had the Patrick mules, which we both thoroughly enjoyed. I had the creamed spinach was also delicious, and the calamari which was good. My priority wee the steaks. The quality of the food warranted the high price, so we were glad to pay. Last thing, the entire staff was amazing. Our server was the bomb, I regret not getting his name so I could give him a proper shout-out. Everyone from the hostess, bartenders, and manager were friendly, polite, and inviting. They definitely made the overall experience that much better. read more

A decent restaurant but extremely high priced above its level. The service was mediocre. There was no warm welcome at the door upon entering. The waitress seemed to have an attitude. I was in a party of three. The environment seemed more like a place you'd go to for lunch (not dinner). We ordered two steak dinners, and a lamb chop tips, two appetizers and two drinks. When we got the bill, it was unbelievable, almost $300!! I did not like the fact that the restaurant added their tip into the bill, which was $45. We were completely unhappy with the service and felt the waitress could've been much more pleasant. The price for the entrees could be more affordable (given the aesthetics, ambiance and quality of service). This place seems like the owners just want to make money they probably lost during covid and are now exploiting people by inflated pricing. Worst dining experience that I had in my life. Ruined my Mother's Day. Made a reservation and was not told the menu would be limited until we were seated . I was annoyed at first because the 2 appetizers we ordered were not available. I was turned off by this. No crab cakes or calamari, I had to settle for wings and coconut shrimp. They were ok. I ordered my skirt steak medium rare with mash potatoes . The wait for the food was over an hour and 30 minutes. when the food came out my steak was basically raw and dry. The mash was home fries instead of garlic mash. My food wasn't even hot after waiting all that time. Th restaurant was almost empty we were one of the last few tables left so I couldn't understand why the food came out so rushed and horrible. Of course I called the manager and complained. She took the food to take a picture comped the appetizers and made us pay for our 2 rounds of drinks. I will never go back. So I made reservations for my wife and myself and upon arrival we loved the energy as soon as we walked through the door. We were seated immediately and we ordered our food shortly after. We ordered the lobster Mac for an appetizer and the brunch meals and the mimosas. Looked around at the other tables to get a feel for what everyone's food looked like, but no one really had food on their tables. We were given cold water and I noticed the other tables had ice cold water. We weren't asked if we wanted ice or anything. We ordered the Mimosas which was given with orange juice and later my wife had to ask if there were other juices that we could have chosen from. Again this should have been said, but instead we were asked "didn't it say that on the menu". The waiter did not pour our drinks, like why am I pouring my own shit at a brunch ? Meanwhile the other tables were getting exceptional service, even the manager was at other tables pouring drinks. We sat there 45 minutes waiting for our appetizer!. You have the manger on duty walking around to every table asking if they were ok and needed anything, but completely skipped our empty table. That should have been alarming to her that we were there for close to an hour and had not a single ounce of food on our table. The waiter returns and says he thinks the other table took our appetizer, then come to find out he didn't even put the order in. Now I'm livid! I have a show to go to at 5:30pm, my reservation was at 4pm and it is now 4:45pm and our order was not even put into the system. The waiter was very nice and apologetic I appreciated that, but the experience was rushed at this point. We ordered the Mac which was just ok , we got the shrimp and grits and that was good, the Steak and eggs was nothing to brag about. I asked for medium steak and received well well done and very dry steak (I was not even offered steak sauce, I had to ask for sauce) Again which I shouldn't have had to do. I got the garlic butter sauce which was disgusting. It looked like it was butter you put on bread and most definitely was not a sauce it was a spread ! So now I asked for the chimichurri sauce, which again was NOT A SAUCE. It was and tasted like thick pesto. At this point I choose to keep my food because now I am rushing to eat so I can get to my show. To be a STEAKHOUSE you would think the cooks know how to actually cook steak. The waiter, unfortunately we weren't given his name, comped the Mac and cheese for us which was great. He really tried to rectify the situation, he did let us know he had only been working there for 2 weeks and I really hate that our bad experience fell on him, hopefully he takes this as a learning tool and keeps at it. When we received the bill we noticed that there was automatic gratuity. Now wait a minute, I waited for almost an hour for food that was not great, I had the toughest steak ever! My mimosas was not coming back to back, which you'd expect at brunch, and now I'm being forced to give a tip that he was not deserving of! No, absolutely not. The Manager finally came to the table after my wife asked for her and she explained that gratuity is automatic no matter what but she could take something off of our meals. Oh and lastly the DJ SUCKED, his music choices were horrible, there was better music playing on the inside compared to the outside. Please get grandpa out the dj booth.
