It's like your average tiny video store except the floor layout is entirely bare. A small selection of straight/s&m/group flicks on the southern wall, a few toys and novelties on the southern and a TINY gay/TG collection in an alcove that lies in the eastern end of the room next to the cash register. The rest of the room is filled with empty space., No public restrooms, no arcade or theater area. I could go on about how terrible the place was but I think you get the idea. The man attending the store this particular day, I gathered by his conversation with the only other customer in the place, was the owner... of former police detective. I couldn't really tell which was more likely the case. So to summarize if you want a video store with any quality traits AT ALL head to deja vu just blocks down the road.

However, there was a miscommunication about alterations, and I called to confirm an appointment for my bridesmaids. I was under the impression that alterations through David's Bridal was free. I am completely fine with paying for any alterations because I know that is a lot of work. While on this phone call with an employee she was extremely rude to me and was extremely unprofessional. I have never felt that belittled or attacked. My bridesmaids overheard the conversation with this employee, and they were in utter shock as well. This encounter unfortunately has me questioning if I am comfortable purchasing anything else from David's Bridal.

I felt bad for having her walk back and forth so many times but she didn't complain or make me feel as if I was bothering her. She would come in and check on me every so often to see how the ones she brought fit and it made me feel very comfortable. I was a little nervous going in and I'm so glad she was there today.
