Joe is very patient in handling the service. Customer service is top notch overall and shipping is lighting fast. Very good deals on their items and tons of variety in brands. So I live out in Texas and I found this establishment through Ebay and super happy that I have! The service is too notch! Recently I made an order and got the glove hand side mixed up and made a call and Courtney picked up the phone. Let me tell yall and believe me you when I say it! Courtney is incredible, she was able to lookup my order and she even physically confirmed what I had ordered to make sure if I had made a mistake (which I did indeed do) . With out missing a beat she was already looking for the alternate set I needed, whether or not if it was in stock and if it wasn't, then what's the closest thing to what I was looking for. Joe and Courtney helped me out as good as anyone could have. I returned a cue that I ordered online because the shaft size was outa my league (11.50) so I exchanged it for the Predator Vantage (12.9) and it feels incredible. Great quality cue and great quality care taken with it. Was sent from Illinois to Los Angeles and there were no damages. There are no such things as stupid questions, JUST STUPID PEOPLE, and I had a ton of questions because I am new to Pool and Joe was patient with me, answered all my questions and was there for me. My old billiards table hadn't been played in years and needed some new felt. The seems between the slate were terrible and every time a ball would cross a seem it would jump. Dale came to my home and in a few hours had my table better than it was brand new. (Original installer was very poor compared to Dale.) OUT OF THE BALLPARK HOME RUN! While looking for a billiard table saw this business online. While we live ~ 100 miles away, the people here made the trip worth it! As soon as we walked into Nielsen's the employees were friendly and helped educate me. They were patient as I debated which table, table color, and cloth color with myself. The rest of the purchase was smooth but that was not even close to the best part! The night before the delivery Joe walked me through a few questions they had for me, all to insure I had the right table for me. Just like the employees there, he demonstrated fantastic customer service! Today the table was delivered and setup. Again the employees, particularly Dale, was professional and instructive. While the table is amazing, it pales in comparison to the experience we had with this business! They want to sell you cues with the product and not sell the shafts individually. 8/15/20 ....AWFUL online experience with a specific unknown employee/owner (maybe Joe Nielsen) . The Story - Found them on ebay ( under joerackem ) searching for a certain cue and negotiated a few added accessories. The deal seemed good HOWEVER this person harped on and challenged my comments along the way and eventually became rude and insulting for no reason when I asked for the invoice. There were also large time gaps in his reply. Therefore, I played it safe and decided NOT TO BUY FROM THEM. The person should not be dealing with customers or online inquiries at all. I've been in sales for over 30 years and qualify to make this statement. The ignorance I experienced lines up with the other negative comments on this shop. Not Impressed. Walked in and looked around. Felt like I was interrupting them by being there and they took little interest me as a new pool table owner (needing to buy stuff). Owner (or who ever) paid more attention to whatever he was doing on the computer, however when he did talk to me it was with a big wad of Chew in his lip which he had to frequently spit into trash can. I hired them to move a table for me while room was being carpeted. ONE guy showed up to move it (according to him a 700 pound pool table). After he got there he informed me he had never actually moved one - he had only put the table on the carts and never actually moved it. I had to help him and I figure out a plan to get the table up over a carpet seem without creating a crease in the newly laid carpet. Needless to say when the table had to be moved back in place I did it myself. I will be taking my billiards purchases out of town - since they are the only game in town. Cudos: He came back and did a fine job leveling the table. read more
