It's your typical adult toy store. Has a great selection of lingerie and other articles of clothing. Although I will admit the options for plus size clothing is limited. (I try to look out for my big people too; they deserve the same amount of options as us smaller people). The selection of all the types of toys is good. Anyone should be able to find something that "floats their boat" here. The price for the products I've purchased here are very fair. However, I would research some of the brands first and remember that you get what you pay for aka the cheapest options may not last long.

I live in the Chicago suburbs and I will tell you that the prices on the loops were at least $4 cheaper than the prices in Chicagoland... good value. Then to top it all off the store is perfectly clean and well organized and all the labels are turned in facing outward and all of the products are faced label out. However, there was a miscommunication about alterations, and I called to confirm an appointment for my bridesmaids. I was under the impression that alterations through David's Bridal was free. I am completely fine with paying for any alterations because I know that is a lot of work. While on this phone call with an employee she was extremely rude to me and was extremely unprofessional. I have never felt that belittled or attacked. My bridesmaids overheard the conversation with this employee, and they were in utter shock as well. This encounter unfortunately has me questioning if I am comfortable purchasing anything else from David's Bridal.

I needed something more full coverage that'll last. I came in and explained to Sharla I've been wearing a 36DDD for years but I've began to notice a lot of spillage and is causing my shirts to not look so good at work. It was causing a lot of insecurities as I always felt like everyone could tell my bra didn't fit. She took SO much time to help me find the right bra(s). I felt bad for having her walk back and forth so many times but she didn't complain or make me feel as if I was bothering her. She would come in and check on me every so often to see how the ones she brought fit and it made me feel very comfortable. I was a little nervous going in and I'm so glad she was there today. I know not everyone appreciates little things like this but it made my entire day. She was so sweet and I hope she knows that she's an amazing worker.
