This is the only review you need to read to tell you everything you need to know about this salon…read moreand why you should NOT go here. First, I have tried this salon twice now (so that you don't have to) and have been dissatisfied on both occasions. The second occasion has made me mad enough to write this review. Also, I get my nails done every 3 weeks routinely (always dip on my natural nail, always the same shape) and have never experienced such unprofessional conduct until I tried this salon. --Bad Quality: I asked for extremely natural color and shape. First time I went, the shape was fine but the dip did not last more than 5 days before it started "crumbling"/breaking near the tip. I work so I couldn't get back to the salon to address this and decided to give them one more chance. I gave them this second chance when I went back less than 2 weeks after the first visit. This second visit, the nail tech (Natalie) said she would do an extra layer of dip (total of 3 layers) to make sure it didn't crumble/break as fast (since dip usually lasts me 3 weeks without breaking)--she did the 3 layers and my nails were extremely thick/globby. She fixed the thickness a little bit with the drill but they were still SO much thicker than any other nail salon I've been to (all other salons have done 3 layers and still managed to make them look natural/not so thick/globby). 4 days later, I've already had one of the extremely thick ones break/crumble--I say "crumble" because it is not a clean break like you'd expect, it's literally crumbling off--this means whatever process they are using to dip is not good bc clearly the chemical agents are not activating properly. --Unprofessional Response: I called the second it broke (4 days later on Monday) and asked if they could fix it after work at 5:30 PM (their business hours are listed as being open until 7PM--they told me that I could "come now" (in the middle of my work day) to which, I told them I could not come before 5:30 any week day since I work full time. They told me that they wouldn't be open at 5:30 and that they'd close at 3 today bc they didn't have any more appointments scheduled to make them stay open until 7PM (their listed business hours). They told me that I could come at 5Pm on Thursday to get fixed. I cannot wait that long as the nail is snagging my clothes. They offered no other accommodation despite me explaining that I work M-F and they offered no explanation as to why their publicly listed business hours were not accurate. I would have never chosen this salon had I known that its listed business hours were not accurate since I work and always look for a salon with later availability in case needed. Their response was not only unprofessional, but their tone on the phone was "annoyed" that I would even ask them to fix the crappy job that they did to begin with. I will not be going back and recommend that you look elsewhere if you don't want your dip to crumble or nails to look like thick-globs.

Not only is she incredibly knowledgeable and skilled, but she is also kind and thoughtful. I remember getting my first set done and having such a thorough consultation. Every style I have experimented with (volume, hybrid, classic, brown lashes) she has executed beautifully. Not to mention her brow services as well. She answers all my questions and ensures everything is to my liking before I walk out the door. As someone who lives a very active life style, I find that my lashes retain very well despite all the sweating haha. I look forward to my refill appointments as I always feel so relaxed and honestly have fallen asleep quite a few times (my partner jokes that it's my lash nap time). Whenever I've needed to adjust an appointment or there has been a change to my schedule, she has always been very communicative and professional! She's one of those people who quietly perfects her craft, and it shows every single appointment. My lashes always look soft, full, and effortless--not overdone or heavy. They grow out beautifully, last well, and somehow still look like my lashes... just better. What keeps me coming back, though, is Johnnie herself. She's genuine, consistent, incredibly detail-oriented, and creates such a calm, welcoming space. You never feel rushed, and you can tell she truly cares about the quality of her work and her clients. In a world where it's hard to find someone you trust year after year, Johnnie has been that person for me. Eight years later, I'm still leaving every appointment happy. She's simply the best.

Tula took the time to really educate me on the best treatments for my hair type, and Regena delivered the exact results I had originally been hoping for. I have kinky, coarse Latina hair, and the keratin treatment I received left my hair silky smooth, soft, and incredibly easy to style without damaging it. Beyond the results themselves, I felt genuinely cared for, listened to, and informed throughout the process. While my son was getting his perm, I had the best time chatting with Tula--her stories and energy are absolutely infectious. It was such a warm and fun atmosphere to be in. She is the only person I trust with my eyebrows. Maya is incredibly professional, gentle, and precise. Every time she threads my brows, they come out perfectly shaped -- clean, natural, and never over-thinned. The morning of our appointment, I received a text that one of our appointments had been canceled without explanation. We arrived on time and, while the salon was running behind, we were completely understanding - we weren't in a rush and were just looking forward to spending time together. My 4yo daughter's service had some confusion (I had only approved a pedicure and had to clarify multiple times that we were not adding a manicure). My friend and daughter began their services, while I waited with my feet in the bath. After someone started removing my polish, she left multiple times to help other customers without any communication. She eventually told me she had another client and that someone else would finish my pedicure. No one ever came. Other customers recognized what was happening and were chiming in as well. The owner eventually asked if I had been helped. I explained what happened, and she made a bunch of excuses, then apologized and said she would find someone to take care of me, but again, no one came. I ultimately left without receiving my pedicure. While checking out after my daughter's pedicure was finished (which they comped and which I appreciated) it ultimately did not address the overall experience - my friend was left there to finish her 90 min service alone while my daughter and I found something else to do during that time. I completely understand that busy days and unexpected issues happen. My disappointment was not the delay, it was feeling forgotten and having no one take ownership of the situation. Time is valuable, and I had planned this day as a special outing with my daughter and friend. I left disappointed because the situation could have been handled so differently with simple communication and care.

She is so gentle, detail-oriented, and makes my razor straight asian eyelashes lift so naturally. Amanda's craftsmanship makes my eyelash lift last around 2-3 months, which is pretty amazing.
