Do not book with this woman, she lacks basic empathy towards human beings. I recently had a miscarriage and was mentally going through it also with a toddler at home. It was a genuine brain slip that I missed my appointment. Right away I had communicated how sorry I was. I go to someone else regularly for hair in phoenix suites and have never missed an appointment. She wanted me to zelle her 30 dollars to reschedule. That is actually insane. I started going to Sara a little over a month ago and I'm already excited to see some progress in the shape of my brows. They are very thin and Sara has encouraged me to but my tweezers aside. I'm not able to have my brows waxed so she does a great job of tweezing, shaping what's there, and filling them in. My eyebrows have always been super tricky for me. I was threading them for years, but every time, they would end up being a different shape, one higher than the other, or taking off way more hair than I could spare to lose. Once I started going to Sara on a regular basis, not only was she able to create a shape that was custom for my face, they actually started to grow faster and fill in my sparse spots where hair would never grow!
