We visited the owners restaurant at a different location in Salida. We are visitors so we stop…read morewhen we get to Salida. We loved this place, the food and the atmosphere. The restaurant was moved because a larger kitchen needed however we didn't know where. Now we found it. It's much larger and menu looks expanded. Nicky decorated and cozy. We were greeted by Trevor who sat us and waited on us as well. He was always available for any questions we had or service needed. We got a couple beers and ordered. I had shrimp pho and my wife had chicken pho. The taste was incredible ( I also enjoy a good pho ) and portions just right per size. We were attended to make sure our needs were met. Pawnee ( spelling ?? ) greeted us and thanked us for stopping in. She is the owner. She made us feel welcomed and special customer. Another couple of customers came in while we dined. We seen them get something from a cooler; so I asked what it was. Sticky rice with blueberries. I asked for one ( I've had sticky rice in Thailand before ) Trevor treated me to a serving. It was just like I remembered. Definitely will be back to dine again. If you're in Salida make it a point to stop in.

We believe Little Cambodia cooks their food with an extra bit of love in each plate. Everyone clearly cares about taking great care of us, their customers. You're simply wonderful, Thanks again, Bill & Kirk

I went back to Grub Thai to give it another go; I never like leaving with a bad taste in my mouth -…read moreliterally. In honesty, I'm giving it one more star simply because eating there, the service was the additional star. The pad see ew is adequate, with enough seasoning to remind you of the classic dish, though it doesn't quite stand out. There is no spice to the dish; the chili crisp upon request was more salty tha spicy. The wonton soup and wonton noodle soup are comforting choices--especially on a cold day--but the flavors could use a bit more depth. It really tasted a little lack luster; more on the sweet side. They also offer boba drinks, though these appear to be powder-based rather than freshly brewed. There are several fried rice options to choose from, which adds some variety to the menu. Seating is limited, so it's better suited for takeout or a quick meal. Overall, a serviceable spot that satisfies a Thai food craving when in a pinch, but not one that feels especially memorable.

I am a thai food lover, so always love trying new thai places. I'd say this is a 3/5 for the two…read moredishes I tried. Really lacked flavor and I'd say quantity of food + flavor + price warranted it a 3. We paid with tip, roughly $32 for Pad Se Ew Thai....They charge $5 for tofu. Was surprised that the dish cost $19 with no meat or tofu, but granted it is Aspen/Snowmass so I get it, but once you added in the tofu and tip came out to $32. Presentation of the food, actually looked great! Server was helpful. Potentially could have better flavor on other dishes, but I'd still think 32 for one entree is pretty pricey.

I would definitely stick more towards the Thai dishes here. We had the Shrimp Pad Thai...I would…read morerate 4/5. More on the saucy side but flavor was good. Beef Drunken Noodles also rate 4/5 good flavor and portion. Pho w/raw beef and brisket. Meat was cut too thick so it was a bit tough but had a good amount. Decent flavor broth...We didn't expect too much since this is mostly a "Thai" Restaurant, but still wanted to try it since I think it's the only place in town with Vietnamese Pho. I would rate 3/5. Thai tea was delicious and on point! 5/5 Service today was nice. Just don't be in a hurry and have a leisurely meal. Note: When ready to pay, walk up to the register to get/pay the check and also ask for take out boxes if needed. Ambiance is clean and quiet. Good spot to have a leisurely meal. Parking spots along both sides of the building.

We ordered steamed buns which came out microwaved and horribly stale, tough and flavorless. The pho and the pad Thai is where this becomes a horror show. Myself and two others of our party of four ordered the pho.... We should have left. My meatballs had hard spots in them and the brisket was straight garbage. This was the same for the other two bowls of pho. Absolutely not good, at all. The broth, the noodles all of it was certainly very suspicious on how long they had been holding onto this waiting for it to be reheated and served. None of us could finish that hot mess of what they are trying to call food. Please don't go here.
