Pad Thai, old fashion on 3rd floor

The food was so great! I had the pad Thai and wife had a shrimp bowl with some type of coconut curry with noodles (#27). We're super picky when it comes to quality and couldn't have been happier with our meals. Walked into the first floor and they offered the 3 floor balcony as an option. Went to the 2nd floor where we ordered our meal. Before going to the 3rd floor the man at the bar said "I already started the fire for you!" What??? We went up to the balcony with amazing 360 unobstructed views. We had the entire balcony to ourselves the whole time. Ambiance was great and we couldn't recommend this place more. We'll be back for sure.

This was a perfect lunch destination and the outdoor patio on the street didn't take us away from the beauty of this small town and mountains. Inside seating looked quite comfy and welcoming as well. Vegetables were fresh and crisp. Service was great although it did take us a while to get our dishes. I definitely would return!

Fried pork belly with steam rice and a rubbery egg on top

Service was great. Super nice. Food was just ok. Drinks were weak. Ordered the fried pork belly with rice. Pork belly was good. Rice was standard steamed rice. Egg on top was rubbery and weird. My husband was craving the Tom Yum noodle soup the entire day. It had no lemongrass flavor at all. Totally not what he was expecting. Not good. We both ordered Moscow mules as advertised outside. Couldn't taste any alcohol. And they were $15 EACH!

Nice little restaurant. Server was very nice as well. Ordered chicken Pad Thai. Different from what I was used to. They put little peanut pieces on the side, which I was grateful for bc I don't particularly care for peanuts. The dish was good, but I wish it had more veggies. The egg (spring) rolls were delicious. Overall, I did enjoy my meal. Next time I may try the fried rice or even the curry.

It's not that I don't adore this little Swiss town in Colorado. I simply didn't think we'd find such a solid Thai restaurant way out in Ouray. After an intense hike in nearby Silverton, we were hungry for something good. Upon doing a quick search in Yelp, my daughter found this Thai place. Conveniently located in the main street where most of the businesses gather (everything is walkable in this quaint mountain town!), the entrance of this restaurant is/was somewhat unnoticeable. Upon entering, we were immediately greeted. It was past the peak lunch time (a little past 1:30pm) on a beautiful Monday afternoon, there was nobody dining at the time. They appeared to have some called in or online orders but they sure weren't busy. Our waiter (he appeared to be some sort of a manager) had a nice/warm smile. He gave us menu and a few waters. Once he sensed that we had decided on what to eat, he came back to us immediately. What we picked as our late lunch (Pad Thai and Massaman Curry) were immediately placed with the kitchen as they came out so quickly (we only waited for 5-10 mins.) The waiter asked us if we needed chopsticks especially for the Pad Thai. He was above and beyond. We were very pleased with the quality of both the Pad Thai and the Massaman Curry. Well-seasoned with right amount of salt. Everything tasted fresh. When we got the bill after the meal, it was clocked at 2:06pm. We entered the restaurant 1:36pm so this lunch occasion was a matter of roughly 30 minutes with entering the place, perusing the menu, placing the order, getting the food, finishing the food, and getting the check! This perfectly worked out with our tight schedule (not that we were trying to rush everything; we still had 6+ hours to drive to go home in Denver so quicker the better!) Ouray is far from our home. Not knowing when we'll be back in this quaint mountain town, my hope is that this restaurant will exists as long as the owner wishes to run the business. We shall be back when/if we'd be nearby.

This is one of our favorite Thai places to go to! All the food is delicious and the service is great! Definitely recommend!

Excellent fast friendly service. Cute place and great food! Highly recommend on your next adventure to Ouray!

Vegan drunken noodles, medium spicy

*Update: So the first time I ordered it was amazing. So I ordered it again tonight because I couldn't stop thinking about it. Unfortunately, it had almost zero flavor without the spice and I ordered it exactly the same way. So, all for extra chili sauce, or make sure it's cooked correctly if you have a to go order. This place is so cute! I ordered to go, but am already thinking I'll be back tomorrow to try more. The food is outstanding and the spice level is perfect. It's always a gamble. They were very friendly too. I can't wait to try the soup and curry.

I was blown away by how good the drunken noodles are here, maybe the best I have ever had! The egg rolls and sauce to dip them in were delicious too. Service was very fast and friendly too. A very nice alternative to the many American food places in Ouray

Thai Peanut dish with chicken

This is a good spot for some reasonably priced, healthy food with good service. I had the Thai Peanut which was steamed vegetables and chicken as a protein. The peanut sauce was served on the side, which is good as it was a bit thick and rich for me so I only added a small amount. My husband really liked his coconut curry, though he did say the sauce was a bit thin

Quality was good -- the fries were a stand-out. I had a green chili burger that had good food flavors, but was nowhere near as spicy as the description had it. DRINK: A brew-pub is only as good as the brew. Both the saisson and the blonde we ordered were quite tasty, as were the seltzers. The selection isn't huge, but that's actually kind of nice; they covered all the beer bases without needing to offer a dozen different IPAs. SERVICE: Very friendly waitstaff, and fairly attentive. We were there at an early hour (they open earlier than other dinner restaurants), but food delivery was pretty quick. AMBIANCE: Brew-pub in an old building on Ouray's main drag -- ticked the boxes nicely. Place was clean, noise level was under control. We chose indoor seating, being concerned about heat up on the rooftop. NET-NET: A bit on the pricey side, but quite satisfying. If I were again in Ouray, I might try someplace else, but I would not need my arm twisted to return here.

She was back shortly after and we ordered burgers and a grilled cheese and chili. The burger was delicious, tender, flavorful and cooked great. The grilled cheese had a great crunch on the bread and a beautiful stretch of cheese when taking that first bite! The chili was tasty also! The fries were crispy and craveable. Cute place, good food, will definitely be back.

Also keep in mind this was late afternoon on a Friday. Unfortunately fast may be part of the problem. I ordered curry-it was thin, one dimensional with some chicken and a few pepper slices. Some other mushy stuff I didn't recognize. It took all the rice they gave me to make it palatable. Wife had Pad Thai. Medium heat was too hot for her-she thought it was average. We also ordered Crab Rangoon. 11 bucks for 4 soggy pieces. Total bill with up charge for using credit-3%. Plus 15% tip for handing me the bag-$60 bucks! Crazy! It wound be different if the food was excellent. I think it was pre-made-getting ready for a busy Friday. That's why it was soggy and quick. You'd be better off making curry from a bottle from the store. Sorry-for 60 bucks I expected much more-for take out! We will not be back.
