I came here looking for Wok of Joy as I think this was its old location. Instead I found Liz which has a similar concept of stir fry rice bowl. It was quiet when I went for lunch. Service was very friendly. I built my own bowl of chicken, zucchini and sweet potatoes. For $2 extra I added spinach and tomatoes. Next time I would skip the spinach. I got the cashew sauce to complete my order. I would just get it plain next time. Overall the food was very fresh and flavorful and it was nice to get some veggies in. I would come here again. Happy hour is 1/2 off from 5-7pm. No dogs but if it's slow they might let them stay inside. read more

Stopped for lunch with the family - walked from the park a couple blocks. Excellent waiter. He was so kind, attentive and helpful with the menu. Food was fresh, clean and delicious. Wowowow! Stopped here because I wanted something healthy and hearty and this checked all the boxes. Got the tofu rice bowl with zucchini, broccoli, miso cashew sauce, and harissa. SO good. Food came out probably in 10 minutes - staff was super helpful navigating the menu and really enjoyed the patio. I think this is a good stop if you're in the area. read more

This restaurant was near where we stayed in town, and finally tried it after eyeing it all week. They are known for their rice bowls, with elevated protein options like short rib and duck confit, plus choice of veggies and sauce. We ordered food to go as we headed out. The beef short rib was really good, and all the ingredients were of high quality and quite tasty. I liked the harrisa sauce, it was flavorful but not that spicy to me. Overall really nice for a healthy lunch option. Prices seemed slightly high for a casual counter service meal at first glance, but seems reasonable in the context of a posh ski town and the quality is great. Would love to come back and try the happy hour next time I'm in town! I'm inspired to try 221 South Oak next time too after this delicious experience. read more

I had such a perfect post hike breakfast at Liz. I'm very picky about acai bowls and this one hit the mark! I got the Revelation... it was perfect. Best (and only ) healthy cuisine in Telluride. I love the açaí bowls and the best (no kidding!) breakfast burritos in town. The staff is very friendly, works hard for you, and the room has a very warm-feeling with it's historic stone walled interior. On warm days (winter and summer), the terrace is almost-private with winning views of the canyon all to yourself. read more

The food was delicious and very fresh! The staff was wonderful and attentive!! We had soup, salad and a rice bowl! Yum!!!

The entire staff, which was small because it was not high season, were hands down the best restaurant staff we have encountered in our travels. My 94 year old Mom was with us and our server went out of his way to make her feel special. I am sorry that I cannot remember his name, but he volunteers on the mountains helping physically challenged and elderly skiers. This is a must for anyone visiting Telluride. read more

I was excited to have a new restaurant in town and was optimistic about the new space, but the prices are too high for me as a local and the portions were too small. The pasta I got was really oily and there wasn't enough sausage for it to cost upwards of $50 after tax and tip for a meal that's advertised for 2 but only fed me. The person at the register was extremely helpful as were the cooks, but unfortunately I won't be coming back because of the price, portions, and quality of my meal. read more

I called him before to ask if it was cool that we show up a touch over an hour before closing time with 5 people, and he was so welcoming.
