We ordered 12" build your own pizza (we added pepperoni), lasagna, chicken parm, build your own pasta (w/pink sauce and sausage), braised beef ravioli and beef parpadelle. Pricing was not bad! With all that we ordered it was about $97. Portions are decent, not super big. The 12" pizza was enough for 2-3 kids (about 8 yrs old). It was ok, nothing special. The lasagna was kind of bland, no flavor. The build your pasta w/red sauce, parpadelle and sausage. It was pretty good! Sauce was flavorful! Braised beef ravioli, the sauce was tasty, but the beef could've been seasoned a bit more. The beef parpadelle was good, but again, could've been seasoned a bit more. Overall, everything was delicious, bit it could've used a BIT more seasoning on the protein (hence, just the 4 stars). My daughter told me about this place, so my husband and I went. Oh my goodness it was fantastic. Delicious! The servings absolutely enough for leftovers another night. The atmosphere is very pleasant and the customer service is spectacular. You can even watch them make your pizza right there. Homemade pasta is Heaven! They don't have a soda fountain where you will find diet Pepsi or Regular or Diet Coke. It is a fountain, but it's special fountain drinks. Or they sell bottles of stuff. A tasty hole in the wall pasta spot! There's a quaint "mom and pop" feel to the inside of the restaurant that I just love. They'll make you feel right at home with comfort food and wonderful service! I came in with a large party and we all left with happy full bellies. I would highly recommend the build-your-own pasta option, especially with the pink sauce. Nearly everyone at our table tried something different, and by far the pink sauce was my favorite. Such a rich flavor! The best part is that the pasta portions are so large that, unless you're VERY hungry, you'll have some to take home with you to enjoy later. First time here. Wanted some pasta to carb load up for a race the next day. When you walk in you place your order at the counter then you go sit down and wait for them to bring your food out to you. The soda drinks is a fountain. We ordered Caesar salad to split between my husband and I, garlic bread, chicken parmigiana and short rib pasta. The short rib recommended a few times on the reviews. The Caesar salad was so fresh and had tasty croutons. The garlic bread was decent. The dishes came out hot. The tomato basil sauce on the chicken parm was different than marinara but flavorful. The chicken wasn't breaded just grilled, but still pretty good. The short rib pasta was also flavorful, wish it has a little bit more short rib meat. But the portions were good. Good place. Next time will definitely try the braised beef ravioli cause that sounds delicious! I live in South OC but will make it a point stop here whenever I am in the area. The parking lot is a little small and shared with one other business, I believe, but I had no problem finding a parking spot right in front:) At this spot, you order at the front and there's plenty of indoor seating. Pretty chill environment. The menu is very authentic. Something for everyone. Price is what I would've expected which was fair. But most of all the service was impeccable. Our service, was friendly and knowledgeable. We took their recommendation for food, which turned out to be absolutely amazing. My squeeze and I occasionally like to enjoy Italian cooking and since covid our 2 go to places in Anaheim Luigi's and marzipan have closed. I drive past the Pasta party a couple of times a week and from the outside it looks small and ordinary. Tonight we decided to stop in and were so thankful we did. The food has so much flavor and you can tell there is attention to detail. While she is a tough critic of food and me not so much, she was making noises I seldom hear while eating. We both enjoyed our meal and will be here 3-4 times a month. The chef came out to ask how we liked the food, we made him smile. We tried the pesto and the pink sauce and added sausage to our pasta selection. Both pasta dishes were fantastic. We probably could have just shared one order due to the large portions they gave us. The chopped salad was great- the lettuce was crispy and fresh, and there was a wonderful ratio of toppings to lettuce. I will be coming back again. I remember when this location used to be Orange Deli, but happy to try out a new place! Note: we've only done to-go and delivery orders from Pasta Party. We haven't had the pleasure of dining in yet. Ordering for to-go or delivery via phone/offline hasn't been too bad. There have been a few occasions where I come by to pick up, but the order isn't ready yet. But all orders have been correct, whether for to-go or delivery. Food-wise, everything has been good. We've enjoyed the pastas and pizzas, and hubby absolutely enjoys the pink sauce. Desserts have been pretty good, and salads haven't been bad. Reheating any leftovers still renders the food edible, so the quality of the ingredients aren't that bad! Currently, Pasta Party is on a short-list of pizza places we're willing to go to. Employees have been fine. Haven't had any issues with anyone, but, again, we haven't dined in yet. Decided to try this place out after seeing the great reviews and man, this place hits the spot! We were greeted by the owner at the door and he was super friendly and helpful while explaining the menu. The dishes we ordered were fantastic as well. The pasta is has a great texture, soft with a nice bite, and the sauces were rich and creamy. They make everything in house, from the pasta to the sauce (they also toss their own pizza dough) and you can really taste that in their dishes! At the end of the meal one of the guys offered us some lemon almond cookie (ricciarelli I think?) made by the owners mom and it was delicious too. Haha We ordered the lasagna as the eggplant parm was sold out for the day as well as the pesto penne. The lasagna was delicious with a lot of meat from what I'd assume was the bolognese sauce. Although, overall the lasagna was a tad on the salty side. Pesto Penne was great too with rich pesto sauce. We also loved the complimentary bread slices. I ordered lasagna and salad for a family get together, based on the great reviews on Yelp, and I'm so happy I did. The lasagna was absolutely delicious! The sauce is a pink sauce and it was super rich and flavorful. So glad I ordered extra sauce, as one of the other reviews recommended. We would have been fine without it, but it was so yummy that we wanted more! The owner, Alex, was very nice and so helpful. He said the order would come with bread, and I told him that I planned to make a garlic-cheese topping for the bread, so he sent me whole loaves of bread so I could split them and broil them. The whole family just loved the food and Alex made it so easy for me to host 15 people without spending hours in the kitchen.
