When it finally came out, there was no pepperoni on it, despite pepperoni being part of the order I originally placed. I showed the cashier my receipt and explained that I had specifically requested pepperoni, ricotta cheese, and basil. She insisted that she had repeated my order correctly, but the receipt actually reflected the items I had requested. Instead of simply correcting the mistake, I was charged extra for the pepperoni, even though it was an issue with the original order. On top of that and once our pepperoni was added the second time, we waited about 15 plus, additional minutes. the younger male employee was trying to flag me down to come get my order rather than bringing it to the table.
