First time trying PRB. Had a great time with a great chill and have a Brew atmosphere. We tried a few in a short time. Wife and I enjoyed the crisp fresh American lager,perfect for a hot summer day. We also drink the blonde and I could see the bbq going, the pool ready and a hot dog in hand. The Pilsner had a unique flavor but very enjoyable. Had a corn dog bratwurst, nice flavor but for me a spicer flavor would rock. Service was friendly and pleasant making sure our glasses were filled. YES! Opened in 2021, this place is great! The staff were super friendly and always happy to refill your glass. The menu had all sorts of food options. Rotating taps and a cool display of their uniquely cooled beer. Tried the flight and then went straight to the Seltzer which was like a regular old sparkling water (at 5.2% warning bells going off cuz I could drink these all day!). When Justin found out it was our first visit and we only had one more night, he handed us each a token which we promised to return to use (apparently some folks keep them... I mean, they ARE cool looking and you never see these things any more!) but we kept to our word and returned the next evening. Lots of cool military memorabilia and pics. Apparently the owners father is a Vietnam era Marine. The merch has it all (hats, hoodies, t-shirts) and uses the oak tree and American flag motif well. Such an incredibly fun spot for all things beer and food related. And so dog-friendly. Love that. Our server Justin was incredible at making different beer selections. Worked our way nicely through their Pub Bites menu, which was perfect for keeping us all happy and well fed. I walked in and found my favorite hat that I've replaced 2 times already only to realize I was about 5 dollars short (forgot my wallet). So I said "hey guys, i need to get my wallet and go to the ATM because im a bit "short". Humble owner Ryan said immediatel..."No man, forget about the ATM, you don't have to leave and come back". Located on the southern tip of Spring Street, is PRB. They have tons of parking all around the restaurant. It's definitely a neat looking Brewery. The Bar is awesome! The Restaurant had an upbeat vibe. We ordered many things, I tried the Chicken Sandwich w/added Avocado, French Fries, Fried Cheese Curds, and Bavarian Pretzel. It was pretty packed and it took 45mins for our food. The Pretzel was good, soft, salty, slight snap, fluffy. The mustard tasted a lot like Heinz Mustard. The Cheese tasted like Nacho cheese, mixed with something else. I dug it. The Cheese Curds were delicious! Gooey cheese, crunchy/slight spice breading and awesome ranch sauce to dip it in. The fries, although cafeteria style, were crispy and well salted. The Chicken Sandwich had fresh vegetables and a great soft, toasted, brioche bun. The Chicken was overdone and dry. Fun! Stopped in for lunch and a beer. Staff was very friendly, and had great recommendations, and knowledge of PRBC's beers, we had a Red Lager, a wonderful and flavorful lager. A bit more malt than expected, and this is a good thing. Very clean and wonderful beer to have with lunch. Hops were very well balanced, just enough to match the crisp red lager. Came in to try since they just opened. All the beers are great. We love Jason's beers (brewmaster). All great. They do more of European pours. Their beer faucets are Lukr from Czech Republic. It's the old European way of pouring. They also move the beer as little as possible and use tank beer. Which means the beers you drink are as fresh as they can get. We also decided to eat lunch here as well. We got the Wagyu burger with bacon and avocado with a side of cheese curds and the Philly Cheesesteak with fries. The burger was your standard great burger. Fried cheese curds are great! Can't go wrong with them. The philly was just okay for us. When we ordered we didn't realize we had to specify to add the onion, peppers, and mushrooms. So that was our bad. Wish we were asked how we wanted it. But it's no fault but ours. Also, I do like cheez whiz with a philly but prefer it on the bread or at least add cheese with it. Fries were good. All staff was nice and great to talk to. Love the look of the place. Bar stools are comfy! We will be back and try other things. And of course have another great beer. read more

It took me a while to finally try PRB out - I think mostly because of the location. I kind of forget it's here since it's a few blocks away from the square. Nonetheless, they have plenty of free parking. In the end, the online menu got my attention so off we went for lunch. First off, I was VERY happy that they serve a few wines. Just the basics, but my red blend was good and much appreciated since I cannot drink beer. We shared the pork riblets and some chicken strips. Both great, but the riblets were definitely the star. Also, good for you guys for serving crinkle cut fries. Yum. Everything was hot, reasonably priced and the service was attentive. This is a really cool space with fun decor. PRB would make for a great place for an event or watch a band. Apparently it's an old car dealership. I've only lived in PR for a couple years so I was always curious. Cool atmosphere and the service was good. Food was ok. The prices are on par with the area. Not really kid friendly. We had 6 people at our table. I guess they automatically add a 20 percent tip which is fine. Although when the waiter put the tablet in my hands it was asking for the tip amount so I added a tip with no idea one had already been added. I was not informed of the automatic tip being added and that's my fault for not checking. Just watch out for that automatic tip because they won't tell you. read more

My first time to this brewery and was very impressed with everything. I sat at the bar and was greeted promptly. I started with their West Coast IPA. It gave me time to look at the food menu. I ordered the filet mignon bites with small mushrooms which are crazy good. Served with two slices of cheese bread. Very delicious! It was time for a second IPA called old school IPA. I'm an IPA fan and this one was unique. Very good! The place has a great vibe and plays old school 80s music which is my favorite. On to the Hazy IPA which I requested the smaller glass to pace myself. Another unique flavor and very good. Will definitely be back! read more

Very dog friendly place! It was cold outside and not very busy so they offered to let us eat inside with our dog. They seemed genuinely happy she was there. The atmosphere was very friendly. Seemed like the bar tender/waiter was on a first name basis with everyone. The inside is very nice with large metal chandeliers, wooden arches and a big screen playing old music videos. Everything was very clean. We got a seltzer, two beers, a chicken sandwich and the Thursday special meatloaf. Everything was VERY good. The kitchen was accommodating of a few dietary restrictions. This place was a quick stop on the way from SoCal to NorCal , in Paso Robles about half way mark. Super great staff , very friendly and a real joy. The place was very clean and done up well. Since driving could not drink but the selection looked great. Did have Philly sandwich which was good , not great but good. The one thing was the cheese must of been liquid cheese. Not that it wasn't worth getting , did enjoy the different taste but probably would not order again. Now as for environment , clean , friendly this is a sure stop next time through in a few weeks So stop in try the beer and I'll do same next time and let's post again. My uncle & I had the fish sandwich; perfectly baddered fish with a crispy thin exterior & moist interior with coleslaw & garlic aioli. I had mine with a side of hush puppies which were crispy on the outside & had a wonderfully moist filling of crew fish filling. The dipping sauce for them was also wonderful. A great addition to the Paso Robles brewery options. This location offers plenty of space, cold beer, and tempting options for dining. I enjoyed a three of their beers offered via their custom tap system. Guests are offered a little bit of everything for quenching their appetite or thirst. The Pig Wings were a great choice. The rib tips were smoked perfectly with a tasty layer of their house rub, and the accompanying raspberry chipotle sauce made me want more. The staff were very attentive to the guests and provided prompt service. There are plenty of seating choices for outdoor or indoor dining as well. My mom and I stopped in to this beautiful establishment the other day. We we're staying at an airbnb conveniently nearby. I ordered the West Coast IPA and the nakey wings. The beer was so crisp and delicious. The wings, omg loved them. Super crispy and delicious as well. My mom ordered the piña colada seltzer and the filet mignon bites. The meat was so tender! The staff were also very friendly and attentive! We loved our food and drinks there and I've already told my beer drinking friends all about it. We ordered cheese curds and pork wings and never got our wings. When we brought it up, she walked away and went to bring them to us. No apologies or anything. We were treated so poorly. Never asked us how we were doing or how the food was tasting. Just overall impolite. If you're gonna be in food service make sure you have a positive attitude and not walk around like you're doing a chore. I mean yikes, I hate to be that person but no tip was earned. However, I don't think they should allow their severs or food expos have a live snake wrapped around their neck while serving food, let alone dogs inside the restaurant with hair going everywhere.
