I looked at many companies and decided to give Infinite comfort a call Monday morning. They were able to get a technician to my house after only a couple of hours of calling. Fabio Dasilva showed up and was very informative and was able to pinpoint the issue. He also was realistic and told us that the heater was way past its life expectancy and we should think about a replacement. Did not force a sale or anything but did give us a quote for a replacement. The next day we decided to call back and just replace the system to avoid going through this again. They came in the next day, replaced the system and took care of all necessary permits. I would recommend INFINITE COMFORT to anyone!!! Thank you so much.

I am extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism in handling a recent service request…read more I experienced a pipe burst and contacted Michael at 2 pm. He informed me that he would arrive after 7 pm. I, as a service technician myself, prepared everything and ensured that all necessary steps were taken for his arrival. Despite not receiving a specific time, given his previous work at my home, I decided to give him the benefit of the doubt and hoped for a prompt arrival. However, waiting for 7 hours without any updates was frustrating. It is crucial that when committing to a time, an exact time is provided, especially for emergency calls. While I have no complaints about Michael's work quality and pricing, the significant delay and lack of communication were unacceptable. After finally receiving a message stating he would arrive at 10:30 pm that evening or 4:30 pm the following day, I have decided to sever all ties with Michael and will not be recommending his services to others. Punctuality and clear communication are non-negotiable for me, and I expect the same level of professionalism from service providers

I cannot recommend this company. The technician quoted $750 and proceeded to snake the line from the garage cleanout and a pipe junction inside the garage. He did not snake directly from the bathroom drain where the issue was occurring. Afterward, he asked me to flush the toilet once and said the line was clear. There was no clear explanation that the work would only be warrantied if I agreed to additional jetting service.(jet spray power washing). I paid $598.08 (with a coupon), thanked him, and even tipped him. This was April 24, 2026. Less than 24 hours later, the drain was backing up again. When I called, they sent another technician but told me I would have to pay again. I explained that the original issue had not been resolved, but they refused to stand behind the work and said it was not under warranty. I then hired another licensed plumber, who accessed the line from the basement toilet flange and found multiple clogs that had not been fully cleared. The issue was resolved at that time. (See Photo below ) For a nearly $600 service, I expected the issue to be resolved or at least addressed without additional charges.
