I called a few auto repairs nearby and was disappointed as they were almost closing and were not taking new customers. By God's mercy, I called Unique Autobody, and Greg answered. Not only he was very patient in listening to the issue, he asked me to take a picture and send it to him. After which he instantly responded and asked me to bring my car, if it was still drivable; else he can arrange a tow truck. I managed to take the car to him. His wife Alejandra is an equally polite and helpful person. They immediately started working on my car and was functional in less than 30 min. Greg also looked up and printed the details of the parts I would need to replace, and explained the issue in the layman's terms, very patiently. Now, when it came to paying them for the repair, I was already assuming that it would cost a fortune. The dollar amount he quoted was unbelievable. He is such an honest and a genuine person, he could have asked me a much higher amount and I would have no choice but to pay, as I was stranded on a Friday afternoon. I came at 8:30 and service was closed. I called to service but nobody respond me. There was also another guy who was waiting and also had an appointment. After half an hour waiting, that guy said that service respond to him and said that service will be opened at 12 pm and he should drop keys in mail box hole. WHAT? For me service continuously not responding. That whole situation was weird and I decided go home. Service did not respond whole day and days after. TLDR. Horrible service, I spent my work time, which for me hard to find and nobody even respond to me. No respect to customers, just don't spend a time.

They both verified the integrity of the staff. So I brought my 718 in for an inspection, spark plug and air cabin filter service. While servicing my car, they noticed that one of my rear stabilizer bars was loose and the other was completely disconnected. So they fixed the problem for free. The total invoice for the entire service was reasonable and slightly less than they originally quoted. On my second visit for service, they thoroughly inspected the vehicle again along with replacing my drive belt, changing the oil, oil gasket and filter, along with the engine filter. I was provided the old drive belt, and shown the cracking, due to age, and they explained that the next belt change shouldn't be necessary for another 60,000 miles. He knew all about it. I did not receive the refund check from him for the fraudulent activities that I spoke to him about last month. I will be filing a claim in small claims court for the full amount. the judge will be getting a copy of the full BAR report.
